New to this spot, walked in and was greeted by the employees several times, offered to suggest or help me with anything. They have art on the wall with qr codes and the surroundings are clean. The coffee is delicious, I got the chocolate crème caramel triple shot and my mom got the same drink but with almond milk and if you're looking for a sweeter, softer vanilla latte, almond milk tastes 10x better imo. Will come back again!

Great coffee! The vibe here is great, and the drinks are made well. Bella was our barista and did an amazing job with our latte and tea. The decor is made up of pictures of the local area's history which I love! I definitely recommend this place for a quick drink or a longer study session. They had several pastries to choose from as well. They also have a drive through which is a plus.

What a great little coffee shop I didn't know existed! I live in Rowlett, but have a good friend who lives in Allen. We try to find halfway points to meet up, and Murphy seemed to be the way to go. My friend had been to Sweetwaters before, so we decided to meet there. It was nice and quiet, a great place to catch up. I had the Great Pumpkin latte and they had 2 non-dairy options --- almond and oatmilk. Was able to get decaf that didn't taste burnt (the Sbux near me can't seem to accomplish that feat!) and the drink was tasty. I also couldn't resist trying the pumpkin chai loaf. Delicious! (Definitely get it warmed up, too! 😋) The employees were friendly and it wasn't overly crowded, but it was a Tuesday morning, so that might vary. It was easy to get to and fairly reasonable (coffee seems to be a little pricier everywhere these days). I'm not sure when I'll be in Murphy again, but if so, I'll likely stop by Sweetwaters!

Fantastic spot for some good coffee, love the pastries and the staff was so friendly. Definitely worth checking out, I think the young lady that helped me out was Amanda, totally gave me some great recommendations. Oh and the joint was hella clean.

We were able to go to the grand opening event and so have the ability to try a lot of their drinks. I don't venture too far but my wife has liked everything she has tried so far. I typically go for the mocha ice dragon which is what you'd expect, a chocolate coffee iced drink. It's also a good place to go and get a little work done on your laptop. Plenty of outlets and comfortable chairs. The taller chairs might not be as good but that might just be me. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They're attentive and seem to actually want to help people with their orders. The only problem I've had so far was when they microwaved my brownie and put it in a paper bag. I think they've realized this isn't a good idea though so you should be fine. The cost here also is reasonable. It's a little out of the way for me usually but I think I'll keep coming anyway because the atmosphere is relaxed, not too loud, and the drinks are good. It has never been super busy inside but I can tell there is often a steady flow of drive through traffic. The parking is easy as well. We've never had a problem parking since it shares a lot with other businesses. The restrooms are super clean and comfortable. Again never had a problem there. I've seen the owner a couple times in the place and he seems to really enjoy running the place. Upshot? A nice coffee place to get some reasonably prices good coffee and possibly hang out for a bit. NOTE: there are also some games on a table if you want to play.

I love this coffee shop! The coffee is always great — I drink it every day. Their lattes and desserts are amazing too. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Rida is always the one who helps us, and she’s super friendly and professional every time. Great service and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend! ☕️☕️

One of the best coffee places in Murphy! The atmosphere itself is cozy, and when I first was there, they were playing some french song, which I loved! I got a dreamy, and it was delicious! I have been served by some amazing barista's like aleeza, Kendall, Rida, Rachel, Ashley, and a couple others that are professional and very friendly! If you are looking for a good spot to get coffee, this is the perfect place! 👍

We went there today, and tried a ton of items… From butter croissant , pastries, brownies to tiramisu, the affocados, coffees, frappes, Vietnamese tea, and even the regular lemon and ginger tea.. And everything was also amazing!! Even simple things like butter croissants were made so well, that they tasted very different and very fresh. The staff was extremely kind, extremely friendly… And everything was very clean. They even have small crayons and drawings for children, and games like Scrabble and chess… So it is definitely a place you would love to go with family and kiddos and just have a very peaceful time… must visit!!

My friend recommended this place, and of course I went! Rachel was our barista, and she gave a great recommendation of the jeweled lemonade as I wasn't look to have coffee, I got the ruby raspberry! It was great, and a real picker upper! What a great place!

However, what makes Sweetwaters better is for one, they are usually not as busy as your typical Starbucks, but the main reason I prefer them is the food. You can actually get extra bacon on your bacon egg and cheese croissant. Don't like croissants? Get your sandwich with a plain, or everything, bagel or biscuit or pretzel bun. You get to choose how you want it. I recommend adding extra bacon to it as well. They have very good bacon here, and they know how to crisp it up without over doing it. Check this place out. I don't think you will regret the decision.

I come here quite often to get my coffee, they have a wide range of coffee from lattes to mocha, and a whole bunch of other items. Their lemonade is also spectacular, my son really like the pastries from here, I am a life long customer and will continue to come back.

This has to be my favorite coffee shop! The barista Kendall has, on many occasions, had my regular drink already prepared for me and it has been great every time. Definitely recommend this place!

Great place to come and get a coffee, the dreamy cold brew is my favorite, if cold brew is not your thing,the french Vietnamese might suit your taste more. Rida, our barista gave great service, and there was very little wait time!🙂

I’ve ordered from Sweetwaters many times before, and I recently noticed they offer halal turkey bacon for their sandwiches! This was such a game changer for me. Their food and coffee is always so fresh and delicious. Will definitely continue to order from them in the future.

Food was terrible. Description of hashbrown was crispy on outside, fell apart as tried to pick up s mushy. Look at picture of the egg or lack thereof, placed in my biscuit sandwich. Also, scone appeared to have a bite taken out of it. I couldn’t eat anything I ordered. What a waste of money. Maybe the drinks are good??
