Friendly customer service and very helpful with our Uber Eats delivery request. We are glad we called and asked the restaurant to place staples across the bag with stickers on top because the Uber Eats delivery driver ripped through the stickers attempting to get in our food and the staples stopped them from getting in the bag. A big thank you to Buffalo Wild Wings for excellent customer service and protecting our food from Uber Eats delivery drivers who have been eating our fries and chips lately. Always request bag staples with these third party delivery drivers for your own safety!

Everything great.. EXCEPT THE SIDE SALAD. It was plenty but I had a lot of rust and thickness salad. The pic tells all. NOT GETTING SALAD AGAIN. But my wings were excellent!!!

Very quick service, the servers are attentive and ask if I need anything periodically. The boneless wings are great, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Multiple screens with various games and news going on, and they are also very kind and welcoming of registered service animals.

I think our service was pretty great to begin with, and thought it was on a timely manner had honestly no complaints... but our appetizer came after our meal did and the waitress Sabrina and manager Carissa comped that appetizer which we appreciated, when they brought out my wings they were the wrong flavor and they were quick to replace them. This honestly the best service we ever had anywhere, and here too! I'm excited to come meet often, probably even next week! Lemmon Pepper Sauce wings are so good!

First time at this location and can I just say, Can we give Grace a raise??? I have worked in the service I dusty for several years and it's hard to go to a restaurant and have a server who actually seems happy to serve you! The food was hot and our drinks never ran out! 5 stars!

I got the lemon pepper boneless wings and they were smothered with the sauce. It was so delicious! I was dipping my fries in the extra sauce. You have to order the hatch queso and chips!!! Waitress was friendly and attentive. Did not disappoint!

I wanted to mention that I usually go to the city base location .. but it’s too, and the closest is the 151 location Most customer assume that the wings include fries 🍟 that why I choose the tender meal .. Other then that The nachos cheese 🧀hits the spot And bird 🐦 dawgs .. and traditional wings

I’ve been coming here for years, and if I’m being totally honest, it was always for the food — not exactly the service 😅 BUT this visit completely changed the game. We had Valerie as our server for the first time, and we will 100% be asking for her from now on. She was so sweet, attentive, and genuinely made the experience better. This was hands down the best visit I’ve had at the 151 location in YEARS. And can we talk about the food?! It was actually FRESH. My husband ordered a smash burger and it was cooked perfectly — not a burnt hockey puck (bless whoever made that burger 🙌). Bonus points because Valerie was the first server EVER to understand that fries belong with my meal, not as an appetizer. I want my fries with my wings, not before… that’s just weird 😂 As a former server, I hate sending things back, so this meant a lot. Amazing service, great food, and a much-needed redemption visit. Keep Valerie forever!

We went to my daughter's Air Force graduation and ate here for dinner one night. It did take a very long time to get our food compared to other tables we saw but the food was absolutely amazing. The whole family cleaned their plates and got the cookie and ice cream dessert.

I waited at the take out register for 20 minutes with not one person acknowledging i existed even though multiple people walked right past me and not saying one word to me. Then appearing out of nowhere a employee with the first name of Ted was getting ready to log out for the night but took the time out of his day to ask how he could help and he made sure I got taken care of before he left for the night. Did not even get a chance to thank him and let him know how grateful and appreciative I was of him and the help he provided. SO MR TED HEAR ME ROAR YELLING OUT A VERY LOUD THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

Good place and great food. Son and daughter had the wings and we had the black bean burger. Decent fries, good onion Rings, cheese cake was very good as was the chocolate cake. Our family visited Buffalo Wild Wings for BMT celebration and we were beyond well greeted by the staff there! The service was outstanding, the food was fabulously delicious, great atmosphere, and we had a very short wait time. The smile on our grad’s face was priceless and this unforgettable moment is an everlasting wonderful memory for all of us! Great establishment and superb service! I highly recommend this location 👍

My son and I stopped by for food to go. The woman helping us was a new employee but was extremely helpful and friendly. She called another gentleman, to help, who greeted us with a smile. That really goes a long way. Everyone was super friendly and helped us get the best deal (we ordered online for a better price). I talked to the manager and let him know how great his employees were. Great service and we'll definitely be back.

Please have Managers train employees to wipe down menus at the end of the night. Everytime I come they are sticky or have food dried on them, I've traded them out, had them cleaned even asked the waitress to address the issue with the manager. Other then that you are great!

I know there are many BWW’s and they are pretty standard so I will keep this short, sweet, and to the point. Lots of locals come by here through out the day, busiest of course on game days so I’m sure a lot of you know what to expect. Plenty of parking, staff are nice, and the service is adequate. And if you want to live life on the edge try their hottest wing sauce.

My food was good. However, one person in our party had a bad experience with the wings. His wings were cold when he got them. I think there weren't enough staff there to serve, but our waitress was wonderful.

It was my first time at this location, and ive only been to one that was tiny! So i was excited! My family and i Went right after opening time, so server should have been fresh and ready to start her day. Ive been a server for about 15 years now, so i expected the same experience. No greeting. Dont remember her name. Placed every single item in front of my 18 month old granddaughter and didnt even act like she liked us, was having a bad day or something or hated her job. BUT Employee 101...never bring your issues to work. Food was good but seemed as if no expo to make sure food was plated correctly. Id honestly just come for the bar food and a drink for some games! Wouldnt take my family i think. More of a sports bar restraunt type.

Some one forgot my coleslaw but that's okay. The waitress was very nice and the staff definitely put their best foot forward. I'll forgive the coleslaw you incident because of everyone's friendly behavior. I didn't want it that bad anyway. I'll come back for more for sure. Maybe get something less spicy next time.

Update... Cat( Catalina) was amazing! Service Was prompt and friendly. Food is consistently the same which is good too Great. Upgraded to four Stars just because of cat... Thanks again Update: maybe it's just me but the service has gone to hell, waited forever, I'm here writing this review and I've been here 25 minutes and barely got my drink! Sorry but you've lost a star...oh and the naked wings are horrible Always good, service awesome, and food is always consistent! This location does get busy so don't expect quick service when they are... But they will get to the point and you will be pleased

Came to Buffalo Wild Wings on a whim. I had been to a different location near 151 and didn't have a great experience. This l9cation location off of 1604 on San Antonio's west side was much better. The staff only had two people working the bar and the tables but you would never know it. They were hustling and our food was delicious and we had great service. Thanks to Daisy, the bartender. Awesome personality and great representative of Buffalo Wild Wings.

We walked in around opening on a Saturday, so it was very empty inside. We were greeted right away and seated. The bartender was helping us out that day. I ordered an old fashioned and my wife a Mojito. The drinks came out pretty quickly, and he took the rest of our order. We did our cheers and had a sip... the Old Fashioned was sugar sweet and had muddled cherries and pineapple... def not my kind of OF. The Mojito was pretty tasty not too sweet. We then gout our food about 15 minutes later, I git the southern chicken sandwich and it was really good! Nice and crispy with a yummy sauce! My wife's burger was thick and juicy and she loved it! The fries we both got were cold tho.... not crunchy just limp and chilly.... great service, great sandwiches but the fries, the fries!!??!?!! Why?! Lol We'd probably go back if in the mood for some wings.

I had not finished ordering and 1/2 of my order was already at my table. That would've been amazing except for the other half of my order came 15 minutes later. This occurred the last time we visited this location however that day was hamburger day and the place was packed so we gave it a pass. This time there was no excuse why our order could not come together so that one of us is watching the other eat. Taking half my order home. Also, ladies restrooms I'm told was like the fountain at the Balagio spraying outside the toilet. Our server Havana was great, thank you for great service.

We ordered to go. I don’t know what it is but there is nothing special about Buff’s anymore. We found a hair on our wing (we get bad days) but even after we got it remade the wings were dry, hard not even crunchy and flavorless. Fries dry, almost like just munching cardboard. Shoutout Ashley and Lavaughn for giving us awesome service when it came to switching our wings. Buffalo wing wings wasn’t worth the hassle.

I will not be returning after this. I decided to give them another try after 10 years. No change at all. The traditional wings weren't good. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and flavorless. It took 45 minutes to receive our food. The waiter was nice. The atmosphere was ok. I'll be looking for a better wing place.

WARNING - this BWW does not sell the normal amount of wings for each size. A small is only 9 wings versus 10, and a medium is only 14 wings versus 15 - for the menu price. The server said it was because “the wings are larger”. They brought me my wings and many were tiny.

My boyfriend and I was very excited to try this restaurant for the first time, I’ll tell you my experience and why they receive a 2. First, tried placing a order online and through their app, for some reason just doesn’t want to take any orders no matter what date or time you place it as. Second we place our order over the phone and said I’ll be ready in about 25-30 minutes which is reasonable because how busy they always are. Third I went to go pick up my order, they forgot about our drinks, and I had a gut feeling I should’ve check the bag, but as soon as I got home, sure enough I didn’t have my fries ( which seems to be a lot of a problem from the reviews ) and my boyfriend wings we so dry and we’re supposed to have lemon pepper. As you can see in the picture there is nothing! Wings we’re also cold. So I called nicely was on hold for 20 minutes talked to two different females about my situation and I was waiting patiently until they decided to hang up on me. But as far as the rest of my order the Asian zing was really good and the garlic Parmesan was ok. Also my boyfriend loved the beer batter onion rings. Will I be going back? Definitely not, they ruined my first time trying.

Sat at this dirty table for 20 minutes before I got up and tried to clean it myself. It's something management needs to look into. Update: It has improved a little more in service. Second update: Ordered ranch with wings and they never brought out any ranch. So I decided to eat them without it. Right before we decided to pay they show up with the ranch. I came here with my family for dinner. The restaurant was not busy inside and there were plenty of servers working. Seemed like the servers didn't really care about their jobs that much, and didn't give much attention to customers other than to take orders and bring food. Our server was very soft spoken and the television broadcast was pretty loud, so ordering was a bit difficult and holding conversation was challenging with a group of 6. When the food arrived, there was a boneless wing included in a traditional wing order. We ordered a plate of chips and dip mid-meal, and it took 20+ minutes for it to be prepared, so we ended up having to take it to go. The provisions were very small both for the boneless and traditional wings, especially compared to other wing establishments like Wing Daddy's. It seems like this restaurant chain has really gone downhill, or this specific location is just a poorly run one. We didn't get any wet wipes with our food, which seems like it should be standard, as well as having a $2 charge for the vegetables (3 little celery sticks and 3 baby carrots). The sinks in the restroom were also poorly designed or installed so they sprayed water in a way that made it difficult to wash your hands, as well as having a hand sanitizer by the door that was out of solution or broken. Overall, we probably won't be going to any BWW establishments again anytime soon; it's just not worth it to go to a sub-par restaurant. The lack of enthusiasm and energy in the staff really kills the atmosphere.

We sat in patio for social distancing. But that was a bad idea. Someone's car alarm kept going off every five minutes. We asked management to do something about it nothing was done. Not an enjoyable evening at all.

I should’ve turned around when I saw the over half empty parking lot… From the moment we walked in, there was disorder. And the establishment was not busy. There is no clear entrance or hostess stand for guest to wait at to be seated, so we were just standing looking around waiting for anyone. Our waitress was sweet, but seemed to be preoccupied elsewhere. There were long absences between her stopping by the table. The first of which was waiting for her to come take our order. It took almost 15 minutes for her to take our order. We had ordered cheese curds for an appetizer WELL before we ordered our entree and they came out within 5 minutes of each other. Our appetizer was missing a sauce we ordered with it. When I got my entree, I was short a wing. We were not given any silverware, not even when our Mac and cheese was brought out. When she finally visited our table again, we asked for boxes and the check. It took her another 10 minutes to get those to us. THE. PLACE. WAS. NOT. BUSY. Any time I looked around for her, she was either sitting or standing by a table with a coworker. I could not see what they were doing, but I could see the light of an electronic in her face and her hand scrolling. It took us over an hour and half to get in an out. I’ve never had to be at a BWW longer than an hour sober.

Anytime I go with a group, its an hour and a half to get cold chicken and fries. Last time, handling the checks took multiple reprints and a half hour. I think the food is good enough for what it is, but, just terrible wait time and managing the checks. Not going back.

Are you looking for subpar food, subpar service, or a Buffalo Wild Wings that doesn't double fry wings because they are a very "busy" location? Welp this is the place for you! The bartender jacked up our order...and gave us some excuse that this location cannot double get wings because it's a busy location but there were a total of 9 people in this whole place. The dang wait, hostess, and cook staff outnumbered the number of patreons. Don't believe the lies or the hype. This place is not worth your time!! Try your luck at another BWWs or go to another place that serves wings if you are having cravings.

I normally try to give positive feedback wherever I go, but sometimes you have to rip the bandage off and have people make informed decisions on the places they go out to eat. My experience here was brief. I am extremely disatisfied with this establishment. I did take into consideration all the other reviews and decided to go and make my own judgment. Here are MY red flags: Red flag #1: From the very moment you pull up, all parking is practically empty. Most restaurants that were nearby had the parking lots full. Many establishments make it a point reminding you to lock up your vehicle to deter theft. However, the sign outside looked like it was recently added, and the words PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK in bold lettering were discouraging to see. Red Flag #2: No one in sight to sit us down. We just stood and stared awkwardly at the servers to come and acknowledge us. Red Flag#3: Lack of knowledge. When asked which table we would like to sit in, she told us in a very confusing manner which tables or booths we were allowed to choose from. Red flag#4: It goes hand in hand with my previous point. I saw a group of three sit in the tables closest to the entrance. A few moments later, one of the servers is raising her voice and explains to the customer in a very condensating manner to move to another spot since they were not allowed to sit here. Keep in mind that the restaurant was not even busy. If anything, it seemed to be very empty. They just got up and walked out. Red flag#5: Lack of attention. We finally seated ourselves, and we're waiting very awkwardly for someone to come and take our order. We haven't even received our menus yet. Finally, some girl told us that a server would be here shortly. Then, after a very long time, a group came in and attended first. I simply tried to ignore this discrepancy and wait to order. It was obvious that this place was understaffed. Red flag#6: Lack of quality. All it took was for a server to stroll down the aisle with a tray full of food to see that the wings looked dry, small, and not very appetizing. Please don't just take my word for it. Make an informed decision if you decide to come eat here. Carefully read the rest of the reviews also. After red flag #6, we were fed up with the ridiculous time to even get our menus, and now we walked out. Managment: This is unacceptable. FIX THIS

TERRIBLE service on the bar side with the exception of 2 guys and one girl. I come here every Thursday and if it isn’t any of the three waiting on me and my party, it’s a shitty experience. Takes around 20 mins to get drink orders going. Twice now, they forget to ask me what I want to eat after taking my parties order. The food comes out room temp. Sometimes cold. They really need to revamp some training or hire more help.

I've been a loyal Buffalo Wild Wings customer for years and recently started going more frequently again. However, the location at 151 and 410 has consistently been the worst experience I've had. I typically visit BWW 1 to 3 times a week whether it's just for drinks or for a full meal but after multiple disappointing visits, I’ve decided I won’t return to this location. I’d much rather make the short drive to the 1604 and 151 location, where the service and overall experience are significantly better. The difference is like night and day. I highly recommend avoiding the 151 and 410 location.

Seated within 2 minutes of walking in. Felt unwelcomed after that. We sat in our booth for 12 minutes without a server even acknowledging our existance. I watched the server for the table across from us talk to the male worker that sat us and she even pointed at our table but nothing. To make matters worse, two women walked in and sat themselves and was met by a server within seconds from sitting down. So I told my wife lets go. Worst experience ever at any buffalo wild wings.

I've been to several BWW's across this great nation and have never been disappointed, until now. This was our first time visiting this location and we always get the ultimate nachos. It's so big that we split it as a meal for two and maybe get some wings. But today was just a let down. The "ultimate nachos" consisted of some beef, and a pile of lettuce and jalapeños. We know it's not the waitress's fault, but the kitchen. So, someone is slacking off. I added a picture of our "nachos."

Worst experience I have ever encountered in a restaurant or bar. Upon arriving we realize we were not receiving any service or attention or attempt to be greeted. When we move to the bar we realize the bartender was very rude dismissive and inattentive. speaking with the manager Scott Swanson who became argumentative, unprofessional,and continue to show lack of customer service in front of the entire restaurant defended the actions of the bartender who tossed menus across the bar top to us refused service. Swanson did not provide any problem solving, any recognition for the issues we brought to his attention regarding his bartender, he lacked empathy and understanding which are important in the leadership role. Scott Swanson claim to be the AGM and I believe this makes the company look very bad when they have someone such as him and the female bartender representing Buffalo wild wing , I shared with him that we were racially profiled and he was belligerent to that fact .I'm in the service industry and I know exactly how customers should be treated when they are right and when they're wrong. We will never return to this place and I will share my experience with friends and family about this location. We took our business right next door to twin peaks where the customer service was outstanding they definitely changed my attitude after being so irate with Buffalo wild wings. I had a great experience at twin peaks and recommend if you want great speedy service where the servers and staff are attentive and professional I recommend to go there and do not waste your time while Scot Swanson is in charge. I wrote a positive review as well for twin peaks I love my experience at twin peaks and shared great compliments to the manager there about his staff and our server that we had . I have also reached out to corporate and made a formal complaint regarding my experience at Buffalo wild wings

They seriously need better management. To begin with, it took too long to get our order taken. Then we didn't get our meals all at once. We received them at different times which makes no sense. We prefer to eat together as a family. Then, we were missing items. The waitress tried to correct everything but our evening was already ruined. This occurred on my son's birthday. I placed a order for delivery through the website. I kept adding a different address and I edited it on the second line. When My order was not received I called to inquire about it and was told it was done through doordash and was refused a re-delivery. Then manger would not take the call and had a employee take it. They said OK very rudely and hung up on me when I said I would be reporting them. I was told I could get a credit or a refund which can take days to be given and do a re order. My order was over 40.00. I am not pleased to say the least. Very poor management and attempts to re-delivery. When I went to contact to doordash I was given the run around being told I needed to reach out to BWW and not to them for a re-delivery. It was a complete mess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY FROM HERE

If I could give a 0 I would. Was seated for over 15 min no one ever came to ask for our drinks or anything. Watched other tables serviced before me and my friend. Will not come back to this location and will not suggest this either.

Stay away from this restaurant. It was my first time here, and I regretted it. It is dirty and the toilet is awful. The waitress brought all the orders wrong. It arrived more than 40 minutes after we ordered. We gave up ordering the main course. The apatizer was cold and tasteless. We asked for cold UNSWEETENED tea, and they brought us SWEET tea. We asked for the bill, and they charged us extra. They charged us 30 dollars for the apatizer that was 18 dollars. We did not ask for anything extra. We told the waitress and she said "It was wrong@ sorry". Now the refund will not show up in the bank for 3 days, I will come to the restaurant and complain. This is committing theft. It is a disgrace. Then we will get up and apologize and do not write anything here. Stop this disgrace and insolence. Return the extra money. Period

Service has fallen..... waitress never brought silverware.... was on the phone in a video chat.... 26 Jun 2025 Came back and service still bad waiter was more concerned about a bigger table.... the way the food comes to the table is still ridiculous 1 son got his wings 10-15 min later our other son got his sandwich, 10-15 min later my wife got her wings.... and lastly mine another 10-15 mins.... when I got mine was surprised I ordered onion rings instead of fries ($2 more) and only got 7 rings... when I questioned it the reply was "ya but I cam get you a free basket of fries"... really!! You guys truly got to do better....

Uncooked wings, missing items and poor customer service. I picked up our food from the Alamo Ranch location. We have several missing items (carrots, celery and ranch) from the bag. I called to advise them of the missing items and was told there was nothing they could do since these items are compliantly to our meals. When asked to speak to the manager, I was placed on hold and than hung up on. The food was mediocre and two of the wings were not cooked through (see picture). Definitely, not ordering from here again.

I don't leave reviews often, but wow this place surprised me. Not only did it take our group over an hour to get all our food, but our food was all luke warm when it came out and multiple people had their orders forgotten. The waiter also dropped a plate of food and didn't even attempt to clean it up the whole time we were there. The roof started leaking when it wasn't even raining. The waiters weren't nice and had no idea who ordered what. They also kept bringing out food and drinks that no one ordered. No one was given napkins or utensils. Literally the worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant.

Order BOBO food is cold and just hit the table, ordered a large fries definitely does not look like a larger and on top asked for a boot got sat at table because those sections were close but then seats other people not a good experience

Terrible. Ordered Brisket Burger No Bacon Aioli No Onions. Received Burger And Staff Said Hold On Think There Is Onions, Which There Was. Then This Where It Got Interesting. I Recieved Burger Back Thinking They Remade Sense I'm Allergic To Onions, I Get Home And It's The Same Burger But They Just Tried To Scrape Stuff Off And Onions Still On Burger. Ordered online got food. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad did not have dressing then opened my cheese sauce for my nachos and there was barely anything in there! The store was already closed so I couldn’t exchange or get a refund and I’m on tour so I can’t go back to the location the following day.

Went here last week and the service and food were horrible. Waitress kept asking others at my table if they needed anything or wanted drink refill and never asked me or refilled my drink. Had the honey bbq chicken salad and the lettuce was not even fresh. There were not that many people inside and the music and TV was so loud. Never coming back to this place.

Our table was sticky when arriving. It wasn't really that busy as it was a weekday. It seeks the food comes out in spurts, which I find kind of odd especially when we are trying to eat dinner as a family. Upon getting my wings it was cold as if it was sitter there for awhile. The waitress was really nice and took it to the back to have them remade. After 15 minutes of waiting and my family already done eating I had still had not got my order. So I requested it to go as i would be the only one eating at our table. I informed our waitress and waited another 10 minutes. By the time I got home I had to reheat them. That was just my experience. The next morning my child woke up 4 times vomiting and noticing it is chicken wings. Yeah... we will not be returning. It really is ashme because the staff are friendly

I came here on this day 09-19-25, on this day I came cause I saw the promotion for endless apps on YouTube so I decided to call and make sure the host Ashley said that they still do have endless apps. When I get to the BWW I find out that they do not have the promotion for endless apps. I ask for blue cheese the server never brought it . I asked for a manager they brought a shift manager that I felt didn't know they're promotions. Very disappointed cause everyone should the promotion before the shift starts I will not be coming here and again I will be calling Headquarters

Got the all you can eat wings, and on checkout the server gave me a foot long receipt with a huge amount of extra “orders”. The server told me the manager put a bunch on my tab to “get their numbers up”. I had them amend my receipt to be accurate. Food came out cold, server forgot forks after we asked, very unfriendly service. I’m beyond underwhelmed and will absolutely not be back

I went today with my troops and the food took 40mins when there was hardly anybody inside just for all 12 of our meals to be old and cold. They didn’t even have hamburger buns, when we arrived we saw a lady walking in with Walmart bags full of buns. Just blows my mind every Buffalo Wild Wings location was an awful experience.

Trash. Trash. Trash. The ultimate nachos should have been called struggle nachos, the soft drinks were.not carbonated and the staff was unfriendly. Naked wings had no seasoning. Portion of fries was equivalent to McDonald's but less desirable. ALL BWW ARE THIS POOR QUALITY. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Literally terrible. This is 100% the worst BWW I have ever been too. They NEVER get your order correct. I posted the pic of my order 20 wings garlic parm and Asian zing got spicy garlic and , got 15 of the wrong wings. Tots with desert heat, got no desert heat. Four blue cheeses got three. So. I will never go there again. This has officially been the last time I get messed over by them. And I know. I should have looked at my order but I was in a hurry and didn’t.

How are you guys still in business. The French fries were so dry look like they have been sitting out for 4 days. The lemon pepper bone in chicken just as dry. If I’m going to spend over $50.00 for food it should be fresh. Don’t worry about me coming back.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Service and food was absolutely TERRIBLE to say the least. Everyone’s food came out at different times. Food was ice cold and had clearly been sitting out. By the time the plates we had been waiting on arrived, we were so frustrated and no longer had appetites so we had to ask for to go box’s! We will NOT BE RETURNING.

When we finally asked for the check so we could leave, we were met with attitude from an employee named Alexy instead of an apology. Completely unacceptable service—we won’t be returning.

From the minute we approached the front door it stunk. The tables were dirty and sticky. You sit there and waited a long time until we were finally acknowledged. The food took forever. And for wings being Buffalo Wild WINGS main dish, the wings were shrunk, dry and dehydrated looking. Just a bad, disappointing experience from beginning to end.

I wish I could get the tip back. Super slow and disorganized. Cashier was rude as hell and incompetent. Get a receipt i know I over paid because she charged me for bundles! My order Said ready for 25 minutes but wasn't. When it was ready I asked about ranch. She said they didn't have any but when I asked for the manager they all of a sudden did. Never received carrots or celery. The wings were barely sauced. Most of boneless wings were more like popcorn chicken. It was not hot for waiting so long. Total waste of an hour.

Waitress didn’t know the menu, took about 46 minutes to get our food, the mild sauce was really vinegary and unbearable, would NOT recommend this place to anyone, avoid this establishment at all cost, go to Ojos Locos!

The absolute worst! I’m a regular customer at Buffalo Wild Wings I literally have to go if not at least once a week I hardly come to this location even though it’s the closest to me because of the waiting time I decided to order takeout so I was willing to wait an hour for my order, my husband picked it up and I told him to make sure it was two fries bc the burger came with fries when he got there they told him no his order only had one fry which is clearly incorrect in the receipt bc I made sure the burger was a bundle. He didn’t argue and asked if he could buy another fry if the wait time would be long the lady said no after a whole nother hour they finally gave him the fry which is upsetting right, when we get home we realize we’re missing a 6 wings because we ordered a 30 piece okay, and to top it off the wings were undercooked. How disgusting. Did I mention the first time I tried ordering over the phone they told me to hold and just hung up after 5 mins of holding. I’m not saying don’t buy buffs but don’t buy from this location!!! The one on zarzamora is way busier but the best location I have been to!

We’ve given this Buffalo Wild Wings location multiple chances, but this was the final straw. We placed a to-go order and were disappointed from the start. The fries were stale, the wings were not only sauced incorrectly but barely had any sauce at all, and we were missing both the drink and extra blue cheese we paid for. We called the store and were transferred to the manager, who told us to bring the entire order back so it could be remade. While the replacement fries were better, the rest of the order was still wrong. The wings were in the wrong boxes, the quantities were off, and they still lacked proper sauce. We had to remind them again about the missing drink and blue cheese, and even then, we didn’t get what we paid for. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue- it happens often at this location. And since even the manager couldn’t fix it correctly, we’ve decided we will no longer be dining here. Extremely disappointing.

Called in to check on wait time and was told 15, 20 minutes max. Got to restaurant and was told an hour to an hour and a half. From the time we called to the time we arrived was less than 3 minutes. Our side of fries ($4) was equivalent to a kids fries from McDonald’s. My “loaded” nachos had more than half the chips completely “naked”. When I asked the manager to actually make my loaded nachos loaded and add some more toppings, I was told I could add more for an additional charge. It’s 40 degrees outside and they have the AC on. Our entire table of people are freezing and have their heavy coats still on. We had one waitress for our party of 12, the orders were coming out wrong, and to top everything off, the food was only subpar at best. Not one person at our table said they enjoyed it or even liked their food at all. Extremely disappointing experience considering we were celebrating 3 birthdays. Will not be coming back and I highly do NOT recommend this location or even this restaurant in general. I’d give zero stars if that was an option.

I really don’t know what happened to this location. It used to be filled with bubbly, friendly faces and now it’s borderline insulting to the workers that you came to bother them. Walked in while a server was at the pos system in front, no acknowledgment, and felt like she was trying to avoid communication. Finally the host/runner/to go, the only friendly face in the store, came and sat me. Server came ten minutes later and said “it’s only you?” As I waited for my +1. Brought drinks fast but took her time coming to take our order. My food came out over ten minutes after my husband’s, incomplete from how it was ordered. I asked for my missing items and the server helped two cashed out tables and took another order before disappearing from the floor. After waiting ten minutes longer, I went to the counter and asked for a manager. Same girl who avoided me the first time, attempted to avoid me the second time, and replied with “uh, give me a second.” The only girl who helped me initially came around and was the one to grab a manager for me. Maybe it’s on me for not letting him say much, however he said he’d look over our check, and nothing came from it and he never visited our table afterward. I would not recommend this location to anyone, unless they’re looking for a disappointing experience.

Very disappointed with my experience. While I was eating, I overheard the manager, Danielle, tell a customer that if they played any type of “Mexican” music, she would turn it off because it was “annoying” to her. I found that comment inappropriate, unprofessional and disappointing. I wasn’t aware that music selections were limited to a manager’s personal preference, especially when customers are paying to choose songs while eating and drinking. Customers pay to choose music, and it should not be restricted based on a manager’s personal dislikes. Singling out a specific type of music like that felt disrespectful and created an uncomfortable environment. I hope ownership and management address this, because everyone should feel welcome regardless of the type of music they enjoy

Im beyond disappointed with the service. Arrived at 7 pm and got our food 1 hr and 20 minutes later! We saw people come and go way after we arrived! When I asked for the manager " Clarissa " or whatever her name is came to the table with the worst attitude! She wss acting like it was my fault our food came in very late! Not to mention that I got my food 18 minutes before my other party! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING! AND I WILL TAKE THIS AS FAR AS IT CAN GO! NO MANAGER SHOULD TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IN A DISRESPECTFUL AND CONDESCENDING MANNER! SHE DISRESPECTED THE WRONG PERSON!!!! AND THE OWNER RESPONDS THEN DELETES THE MESSAGE??? IM STILL CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE! SHAME ON THIS ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT!

The service at this location has been consistently disappointing. I’ve visited three times to pick up an order and each time the staff sees me waiting and ignores me. I’ve had to go find someone to help at the counter. The manager — the woman who typically wears a bandana has also seen me waiting on multiple occasions and chooses not to assist. Her attitude and facial expressions come across as dismissive and unprofessional. It’s clear customer service isn’t a priority here, and it shows. The only reason I continue to come here is the location is close to home.

Came for valentine’s at2 and service was slow. Ordered 20 wings and only 5 flats. Other entree came 10 minutes later and order of fries came 10 minutes after we were done. Ordered a second beer never came until we were paying our bill. Will not return

Service was one of the worst I've even had. Had ordered personally at the front register and was told to wait 30mins had a few drinks and gave them 45mins just to stretch it a bit. Had went to pick up order and was told the order had not been put in. Worst place ever DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Server was horrible. Not sure of her name as there were two different names on the check. (Annmarie or Carissa) Asked me if I wanted another beer before the appetizer even came out, never got it. Not even a water. I had to eat my whole meal with no drink. Wings came out room temperature, not even under a heat lamp. She dropped the food off to the table next to me and then took it out from under him and servered it to me. Dropped it off on the table and walked away, never said a word. NEVER came back to check on us after dropping off food. NEVER spoke to us. It was not even busy, plenty of empty tables. Failed to set the table and we had to ask for napkins, had to eat appetizer over napkins. Server finally stopped by at the end, I expressed my concerns, she became defensive and barked back at me in passing. Management and leadership did not seem to care at all after speaking to them, like this is the norm..... my wife and I have worked in food and beverage for many years, we normally over tip. This is the first time in my life I have not tipped my server. Not one single employee apologized, including leadership, for the poor food and experience. Just attitude all around.

Worst service ever! 8 pm dining room closed, go to bar. Went to bar, sat almost 20 minutes...no service at all. At least 4 people wandering around, mopping, doing whatever. Went to Pluckers, better food, great service. This experience will probably never see me go there again.

This is the second time we get broken into at this location. Don’t come here if you want to get broken into. The restaurant knowing how many cars get broken into does nothing or the SAPD. When we called them they told us to just make the claim online and no police was going to come out. Last time we will ever come to eat here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Came to have dinner and the “hostess” looked for a table from across the dining room and pointed to where we could sit. Where we ended up at a filthy table, and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were sitting there. No one came to greet us or take a drink order or try to wipe down the dirty table, as both managers and servers continued to walk by. This location is trash. Highly don’t recommend.

I went to have dinner with my family to have a birthday dinner and the service was good but the food came back wrong , flavor of the wings, tried to eat it after 2 wings but it was too spicy and the severer was told by her manager Danielle that it couldn’t be replaced and had to repurchase the meal to have it corrected. Found out after the fact that the count of the wings was wrong to begin with. Horrible manager. Funny thing is, they literally just had a team meeting about reviews online and that is coming from the manager to mess things up. Please don’t go there. There is plenty other places you can go Twin Peaks, Ojo Loco, or just don’t go when she’s there just to make your day. And I’m a regular customer and this is the first time this happens I didn’t make no big deal out of it for me. It’s just money, but that tells you managers are not meant to be manager sometimes.

This place was a disaster from start to finish. We get in and it took us 10 minutes to be even greeted at the table by the sole waitress in the restaurant. Mind you there was only 1 other table eating and nobody at the bar. After we order our drinks and my 6yo food we wait another 5 for my drink and my sons my mom ordered alcohol which didn't come until 15 minutes after she ordered and it was brought by the bartender herself the margarita had the salt dissolving and the ice near melted so we were guessing it sat there a while and the server was suppose to get it which she never did the food came out in stages about 5 minutes apart with the wrong sides and my mom's sandwich coming about 40 minutes after ordering (she got her side of onion rings about 10 minutes before the sandwich and I got my burger 10 minutes before that) my bacon Mac And Cheese burger could only be described as hamburger helper on a bun because I don't think the meat was ever patty shaped and my mom's sandwich was so salty it was inedible would have liked to speak to a manager but it took an additional 15 minutes after the server took the plates to never bring us our check and had to go up to the counter and ask for it to pay

I ordered on door dash and we got the smallest traditional wings you could imagine coming from Buffalo Wild Wings. I also got 10 boneless and they have next to no sauce on them, you could tell they were running out and just used what they had left. If I hadn’t door dashed this order and seen the wings for myself at the restaurant there’s no way I would’ve paid $30 for this.
