Sunshine Cafe

Sunshine Cafe quickly became one of my favorite breakfast spots. The way their dishes come together is pure harmony—everything on the plate complements each other perfectly, making it a truly satisfying meal. Beyond the food, the staff really stand out. They’re friendly, welcoming, and always make sure you feel taken care of. It’s a place that not only serves great food but also leaves you with a sense of comfort and happiness. Perfect for a relaxed morning with a great vibe!

This was our favorite breakfast in Napa/Sonoma! Loved that they’re farm to table and use organic ingredients. Coffee was great and so was the traditional breakfast. Definitely get the biscuits. My husband especially enjoyed the breakfast sausage.

We came here twice during our visit, we loved it so much! The food is great lots of good things on the menu, and the cocktails are delicious!!

Breakfast and Brunch place recommended by a local in Napa. They were busy even before 11:00 AM Brunch rush and rightly so. The food and service are excellent. The Chicken and Waffles are the right balance of sweet and savory. Their Mexican Omelette with beans was interesting. Terry's Biscuits with Jam are a must on the side with anything. Their spiked hot chocolate was perfect for the chilly morning and the Rose Cocktail was a great aromatic experience. The lattes to finish were smooth and perfectly round out the brunch. Service is attentive and they never rushed us. They experience was comparable to an upscale NYC brunch but at a much lower price.

I had the Huevos Rancheros, which was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food didn't take long, and the decor added some nice character. The prices were decent for the area.

Love the vibes and the service was great. This is where most of the locals go. The carrot cake is a must. The eggs Benedict was really good.

This is a fantastic breakfast spot--especially if you want to sit outside with your dog. They even have a dedicated doggie menu and doggie service bowls (how great is that!!). I came around 9:30 on a Saturday and it was pleasantly full. By the time I left, it was packed with a waiting list. I had the Veggie Benny. Delicious! It was so savory--sometimes a spinach benedict can be watery--not this one. The caramelized onions were exceptionally tasty. The dog at the table next to me had the hamburger patty, which she seemed to thoroughly enjoy. Her human had a great looking breakfast, too, although I don't know what it was he ordered. If I am ever back in Napa for breakfast, I'm heading here.

We came around 9:30am for brunch on a Tuesday. The staff was so inviting and friendly. We were seated immediately. Our order came out very fresh and delicious. We're from the southeast, so we were worried about having fluffy biscuits. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the biscuits were. I got the Classic Eggs Benedict and mimosas. The portion sizes were pretty big and everything tasted great. Would visit again!

New favorite breakfast/ lunch cafe! The cafe has a local rustic diner feel with a menu to match. The service was very fast and always correct. I tried their all American burger with hour made potato chips and it was a classic burger that was delicious down to the last bite. Also the chips and my partners home fries were cooked to perfection which is not always the case and very much worth noting. I appreciate that their menu has a good variety with a lot of classics. Price was more for the quality as well. My partner and I will definitely be making return trips for lunch again.

Very pleasantly surprised... Short wait to seat (10mins). Fast service, attentive interactive and pleasant staff.. the kitchen must be super efficient.. fast food delivery and still awesome quality tasteful food... Salmon toast was fantastic and they were happy to adjust.

Well-appointed, sparklingly clean and cozy. Welcoming. Good service. A bit on the pricey side but generous, fresh, delicious portions. Everything from the garden omelette to the light & fluffy biscuits with amazing strawberry spread to the fresh, robust, flavorful coffee… amazing. Just what Napa needed. Perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Sage is so personable and wonderful! I split my excellent order of Eggs Benedict (the muffin is from Model Bakery-) perfect thickness, the ham is salted and the right amount, and the hollandaise is just the right consistency and great taste with a hint of lemon - its perfection! The accompanying potatoes are soft to the bite and the exterior is sooo crispy! My friend had a basic breakfast and I ate her rye bread, which was so tasty!!! I had a latte with Oak milk and it was the best latte I've had. I have been here one other time and will return with my crew of family for the chicken and waffles and the reuben sandwiches!!

Amazing spot for brunch. Sat at the bar and Ver took great care of me. The service was great and the food delicious. I highly recommend this gem!

My wife and I had breakfast here a few days ago. Overall we did like it. Really fun vibe and great customer service. I had a latte and an order of the biscuits and gravy. Overall the meal was so so. Nothing super memorable and I found the biscuits to be a bit dry. We did like the potatoes a lot. Would return and try something else.

Delicious food! Awesome ambiance. The service was excellent and very fast for a busy Sunday afternoon and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu is very diverse, so there is something for everyone. We will definitely be returning for more! Update: 10/9/2022 The service was even better than last time. Very fast with no mistakes. Once again delish food! Highly recommend for lunch or breakfast.

This place was a random breakfast spot that my friend and I decided to try because we thought it was in downtown Napa and it wasn't, but either way we are glad we tried it because we absolutely loved it! I had the shrimp omelette and omg so tasty and I would get again and the French toast was bomb! My friend enjoyed her chicken and waffles too. The only recommendation I have is that they need to have more options for hot tea. The hot chocolate was really good per my friend. I would absolutely go back and recommend to others.

By far the best corned beef hash around. Every item on their menu has been delicious / fresh / creative. We drive 40 mins to eat here and it's always worth it.

We were visiting some of the vineyards & needed breakfast before we got started. We loved the atmosphere, because it was upbeat, music was good, & the service was also good. Even the bathroom tiles were great. They were filled with Marvel heros & comic book scenes. All of our food was really good & hot to order. We will be back even if we don't visit a vinyard.

A nove little breakfast nook in a town-and-country mall, Sunshine Café was a pleasant Monday morning experience. The wait staff was fairly attentive, the food was well seasoned, and the price was higher than expected, but that might just be me getting old. Definitely recommend

Great food. Eggs Benedict withstood salmon. Lemon hollandaise sauce. Delish. Mimosas were fresh. Great service.superhero tiles are the decor in the bathroom.

My opinion. Excellent food. The slow service maybe they were very busy and I was sitting on the outside and the tables were not stable my coffee spilled. My table moved a lot.

Unbelievably bland food. When I took a bite of my $20 chicken and waffles I thought I was being pranked. No sweet, no salty, no savory. I have had pieces of white bread that were more flavorful. I tried some of the syrup by itself and it tasted like water. I had to open a packet of sugar to check my sense of taste. Chicken seemed to be from some sort of sandwich patty and the breading slid right off. Service was ok. Was ignored for about 5 mins before someone asked if wanted a table and the rest was fine. Decor is pretty cool. Lots of attention to detail. Bathroom was Avengers themed and clean. I appreciate what they are trying to do with the local sourcing, but the food is just not worth it.

I really wanted to like this place. It looked like a local hangout and seemed inviting. Service was good but the food was only so so. The sausage was under cooked and the scramble was soggy and had no flavor. I'm sure there are better options in the area.

It’s our first time here we came to have breakfast me and my mom after her doctors appointment the food was good the restaurant is pretty packed. I just did not like how dirty and stain the coffee cups are. While I was drinking my coffee, I looked inside and I saw my mom‘s cup too I mean how I could’ve keep drinking like this you guys using a dishwasher machine, but I think those cups needs to be soak in kind of Clorox to take all these things away prices are not cheap at all even you guys charge for jam when we order toast with our meal how we supposed to eat the toast with butter only !!!! It was not a good start of our day surly we are not coming back Server ver was polite and nice but he should’ve pay more attention before he pore coffee in a stain cup :)
