On our way back from vacation, we stopped for breakfast at this restaurant right across from the bus terminal. The owner was very punctual and opened her business, and she greeted us as soon as we walked in. The best part was that even though we were the first customers of the day, our food arrived almost immediately, and everything was delicious. 👌💯

The food isn't bad at all, but the service disappointed me. We were served rudely, and I paid for the service without any problem. However, charging you for something you ordered without warning is rude. Let's keep things straight and live life at peace. We are tourists, not moneybags.

Terrible. We tried to eat there twice, and it was awful. The people are very rude. We went to Victory, which is across from Neto, and it was one of the best meals we've ever had.

The worst service in Nautla. All the staff were rude. If you're waiting for the ADO bus (it's across the street), go one block away. They're friendly and the food is much better.
