We mobile ordered our food and picked up at this location. Staff was super nice, confirmed my name and my noted request. I hope she's always there. Food was nice and warm. sandwiches are wrapped nicely and portions are good size. We enjoyed it very much . Thank you 🙏 we hope to stop by again on the way back. (Rotisserie chicken sandwich)

I have been to many subways, and I can say with certainty that this is the best one. Stopped here late one evening on a roadtrip. There was a bit of a line, but Sean put together these subs faster than if there were two people working. Not only was it fast, but he put in time and effort to do it right and make it look nice too. And he able to do all that while being very friendly and making good conversation. Never thought I’d be writing a review about a Subway, but Sean went above and beyond. Give that man a raise.

Stopped at the Subway while driving back to Louisiana, and I’m so glad I did! The young lady working was very nice and welcoming. The place was super clean, and everyone was really friendly. It was a great little stop on a long road trip—quick, fresh, and with great service!

The overnight worker was exceptional! Such a sweet young man, super proper and friendly! He deserves a raise!

Good and service was excellent! Doesn't seem like we get as much meat as a few years back that's why I put 4 ⭐. I used coupons and got a great deal on 3 foot longs. The girls there were very helpful and checked my coupon for eligibility before we even ordered.

Georgia was observed for 3 orders and was so polite always saying "Thank You My Pleasure", responding to request very kindly, she is a go getter. The line went Fast and the workers where friendly. My Veggie Sub went front end to end without me prompting them to do it (hate biting and getting no veggies for first two bites and then again all bread at each end. It was perfect today!

The young lady that seems to be in charge is fantastic. We eat at a lot of subway restaurant’s traveling and this young lady is the best I have ever seen. Watching her work is amazing. Very friendly and welcoming the second you walk in. Subway has a gem I hope they know it

This is your typical subway - I like their sandwiches. You can customize by adding more or less vegetables and toppings. This location is a great stop on the way from So. Cal. to the Grand Canyon.

The food and service where great. the floor and tables where gross but this family brought their dogs so when I got there there was a clean spot not for me but still maybe fire the janitor get a dog

Subway in general was easy to access and quickly assembled our order of seven different salads, pizza, and subs. Negative side restroom disgusting.

Is Subway always 'bad'? Not at all, choose a oven roasted chicken salad loaded with lots of veggies, olive & extra avocado! Great! 👍 Nice service!

I have been there for a quick sandwich with my family. Kaci was so amazing, exactly the type of person you expect to find in a place like this: very educated, gentle and very sweet with my daughter! Definitely the best in this subway. Not the same for the rest of the girls.

Twenty four hour subway! Noice..! When I visited this subway, my experience was good.The step there is very helpful. Ariana was great. She was able to talk and make you feel comfortable.

One of the best Subway is handed down real tentative workers only reason why I give them three stars is if you do the mobile order it's never as good as when you go in and is never correct and for those of you that do do mobile orders I hope you read this review if you want cheese you have to request it although it shows that your sandwich comes with a specific type of cheese they do not add it unless you request it.

It's a subway. What can I say. The food makes my stomach upset most times. I prefer a more organic chef style place myself.

This is in a truck stop, but run more like a local deli. Not great if you are in a hurry. Super friendly staff. Also, if you are passing through, the bread is not stale, but dry from the desert...people so nice I hate to give it a lower rating, but I have to be fair.

I asked for yellow peppers and she put jalapenos on my sandwich... She took them off and put the yellow peppers on but the jalapenos juice and a few seeds were still there.... Ruined my sandwich. I only made it thru about ¼ of it. That was an expensive fail. Ugh. A footlong B. M. T. in the trash was a heartbreak 😭

Flys were landing on our food and the lady just told us she had no way to get rid of the flys... how disappointing, I was expecting her to get me a new piece of bread since she hadn't put anything on it yet. The way she made it almost made wasn't very appetizing, she got some meatball sauce on her glove and just started wiping her hands on the bread of my sub like it was some paper towel, she should have wiped it on a paper towel, not on my sub. This place is super unsanitary. I was surprised she didn't even have a hair net. We also got some cookies, they were ok, but you could tell they were old. Not recommended to come here.

the portions are small when compared to other places...nope also a young girl of high self-esteem and does not ask the client how he wants, but she decides how it should be..

Over priced on salads. $11.30 chicken bacon ranch double meat and cheese. Not enough salad dressing requested extra still only filled cups half way. Don't think the employees are happy as They are not very friendly.

I know some people hate their jobs but it's not my fault. I would appreciate if cierra would have a smile just 1 time that I go in there. Also she makes the worst sandwich ever. I stopped in here a couple months ago, it was at night, and the lady who made my wrap that evening was awesome, I'm sorry I didnt do a good review for her as she is the only reason I stopped here today, I doubt I'll be back.

My Husband just stoped in And was shocked that the servers did not practice , safe Covid -19 measures And did not wear mask !!! They said it was optional . So we took our Business else were . We found another establishment that did practice safe C-19 . Safety won’t be stopping here again . FYI hope they don’t catch Covid !

online order not ready at time specified after having to stand in line.. kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online ...the soda is always flat .. 17$ for a foot long .. what a joke won't bother to go back

Came in to pick up online order at 1:50pm today. I waited patiently for the cashier with the heavy southern accent to finish her conversation with what looked like another coworker off the clock. Finally she asked if that was my online order she was bagging. Service is lacking here. To top it off, our sandwiches were poorly made as well.

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour shown by a lady employee doing early morning shifts at 3:30 am on sept 4-2021. Literally hiding behind the blindspots of the camera and using foul language when i refused her services.

On a summer Family Roadtrip, and what was suppose to be a quick stop for fuel and a bite to eat turned into a horrible experience by the employees working on the night of 6/9/22 9pm-9:30pm. First of all, Subway, Shell, and DQ have an open floorplan for their customers giving everyone the chance to make a purchase and still roam freely. My relative purchased a drink and bananas from the Shell cashier then joined us in ordering subway sandwiches. On our way out to our car we were screamed at and accused of not paying for the one drink my relative had already paid for. The 2 skinny blonde girls with double ponytails working for subway and the one blonde, short, skinny girl working for Shell caused a huge scene even took the liberty to take pictures of our vehicle and license plates to report us 🙄. We spent $140 in gas and purchased Subway + Snacks and this is the customer service we received. Smh, definitely don't recommend this stop! Stay away! There is plenty of other gas stations and food places to eat in the same area.

I am a travel nurse and on my trip from Cali to Arkansas I stopped here with my husband for a late night dinner while traveling and when I came in the guy working was adamant that he had to mop the dining room before he could serve us. I asked if he could wait until he served us and he outright refused and said that he was already mopping before we came in and he was going to finish. When he finished mopping the entire dining room he was extremely rude and argumentive to both me & my husband and we just decided to take our business somewhere else where the customers actually come first. Wtg, subway. Lovely night crew you have here in Needles, CA.

Food was fine, but the entire place was filthy, chairs all over, food and trash on the floor and tables, trash cans were over flowing. And the place was empty, while employees held the counter top up. Definitely earing that $20 an hour👍 Only good thing is if you are a late night driver/traveler its open 24hours. Do yourself a favor and eat else where.

I ordered a footling chicken bacon ranch on Italian herb and cheese bread and was told that all they had was wheat and that they had been busy. The oven is right behind the counter I don’t understand how they can run out of all bread but just wheat. I then asked for a discount since they did not have the bread I wanted and she told me it doesn’t work that way. To me that was rude. I am not happy with the service.
