My 15 wings came out quick and they were great! They fall off the bone real easily. They put a lot of sauce on them so that is also a plus! The price is good as well! EDIT (06/24/2018): I have been here three times, and each time they have prepared the wings at a reasonable time and put a lot of sauce on them. A fantastic place. Order here if u never want the food to show up. They suck it takes w hours for food to come cold or not at all.... perfect example of horrible customer service they need to fire everyone and hire people who care about a job the owner should find a new career cause the way he runs a business they should throw him in jail u own a sorry excuse for a restaurant

Ordered wings for Super Bowl as always. Well received by the family ordered 3 different flavors Buffalo mild but still tasty, garlic Parmesan flavorful, teriyaki for something different!

Wings and curly fries were hot and had good flavor. The cookies were so good. Service was quick and the dining room was nice and clean.

My favorite thing here is the thai chicken salad. I'm sure the other items on the menu are good too, but my favorite is the salad. Suicidal wings are super hot, beware lol. Employees are always polite.

Was visiting a local business and stopped in for a quick lunch. Ordered the chicken tenders. While the service wasn't particularly quick the tenders were quite large and very tasty. They were tender white chicken breast with a crispy fried batter. Would buy again if one was around. They were as good or better than ones I have eaten at Popeyes.

Moved to the neighboring area and while working on the house we found this wing place to eat. The food was good the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a good experience. Also noticed my boy Ward William's who was with me during the move left a review also and we agree the food was a hit.

Love it when the staff have side conversations with customers present...makes the experience sub par.

Ok so I been going to planet wings for about three years. It seems to me like they started out great then the quality started to go down. The wings are very very small now and the ranch sauce was a bit thin. The fries were good though. Prices are a little steep.

Chicken wings contain more bone then chicken. More times then not, chicken is over cooked and chewy. The worst planet wings I've ordered from. It's a shame they closed the other one in town.

Good flavors and seasonings for the wings but OH THE WINGS ARE SMALL. Literally, no meat and just skin on bones for lots of them. Sad, never saw wings this small

The wings were complete garbage. Small, overcooked, and too much sauce. I never thought I would say that. But it kind felt like I was eating sauce with a bit of wings. The place wasn’t dirty, so there’s that. But if you’re in the area and craving wings, my recommendation is avoid this place.

Just ordered a 20 piece with fries. Literally the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. I honestly felt bad eating them. Couldn’t even finish. Who cuts off a baby chicks wings that small. Couldn’t have been larger than my chicks from the class incubator in elementary. I’m still sad. This is not hyperbole. I’m smoking a j hours later still thinking bout baby chicks n the trauma they experience.

The sauce was good, but the comments from other reviewers about the wing sizes were spot on. They were some of the smallest wings I have ever had, almost no meat and mostly just gristle. I will not be returning even though the flavor was good.

Last I will buy from here. They selling baby wings. I order a 15 piece wings and this is what I get, not worth the price. Plus they dont let you go half 10 cajun 5 jamaican for the price. Need to fix that policy

Over priced, and my wings were cold when they were finally delivered an hour later.

Sat on hold for 10 minutes on a Thursday afternoon... Then my call was dropped. Called back and was placed on hold again. Lost my business at that point.

Ordered food for delivery, I always give planet wings my business more so the one on North Plank because they’re nicer & more accurate. This one has been forgetting my drink every time I order for delivery. The last time it was no big deal, I figured it was the holidays & business was busy. And plus the delivery guy at that time was nice about it & he apologized & even tried to fix it. This time, another delivery guy comes and forgets the drink, has the most blatant, disgusting attitude when I ask where’s the drink and blames it on his manager saying it’s his managers fault, the 2 liter wasn’t on the receipt (which was a lie because it was on the receipt) then he continues to literally say “oh well!! at least you got your food. It’s not my fault, blame them.. you should be glad we didn’t charge you for it, it’s not my problem” & so I didn’t tip (why would I?) & I walk away and shut the door & this guy continues running his mouth even after I close the door on him I’m assuming because I didn’t tip. WHAT KIND OF BULLS*** CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! How unprofessional, rude & nasty that driver was! I did call the store and spoke to the manager who was polite about it & did send another guy out to bring the drink who was nice (this guy I tipped). But THAT delivery guy should be fired, coming to my doorstep talking to a customer like that over something that was HIS fault. Disgusted. Will stick to the PW on north plank.

Today I had the most worst experience at this location. My wife and I came in about 8:45 to pick up our order, as we walked in the door 3 Hispanics were behind the counter. The guy frowned at my wife ,said something in Spanish then they all laughed. I was livid.....why do all Hispanics think black people do not or cannot speak or understand spanish?????? I told my wife what transpired. I did not take the food we left and I will never go back again.... I didn't want to give 1 star but that was the only way I could leave a review #mad #black #woman

It was the worst wings I ever eat for one it smells rotten and the few that I eat was so oily and dry that I had to dump it would not buy it any more or recommend to anyone. About a small cup of oil was in the foam container I waisted my money

Horrible taste of barbecue wings which was fried and a nasty tasting sauce poured on it to say it is barbecue the wings had no flavor or marinade flavor I could not recommend planet to a hungry soul taste is sickening

Placed an online order for delivery, it has taken an hour and a half and still have not received our order. I called at 1 hour and they said they were a little backed up this evening.

Wings were dry. Maybe bc they were close to closing. But they were tough and dry. Don't ever go after 9pm

Whatever you do STAY AWAY. I got food poisoning from this place. The meat color on the wings looked terrible dark and tasted awful. GO TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS not to far. This place had me throwing up and stomach pain for days. You have been warned.

Always ordered from them for my daughter, they took more than a hour & a half and when the delivery guy called he was being very rude and loud. I called the store to ask about my order and this particular woman was being disgusting, she was very unprofessional, even hung up the phone when I was trying to find out why it took so long for this delivery person to find my address when they were the one that confirmed my address at the beginning of my order!!! I will never order from them ever again!! They disgust me!!! No professionalism and classless!! Thumbs down!!! They don’t know how to communicate with their customers, and for that they’ll never get my money ever again..

My workplace used to order from here at least twice a week, until the new district manager ( female) came on the scene . Not only is she rude, but she has changed the menu , many of the things we all used to order and enjoy so often are now not available ! We have collectively decided to not order from planet wings anymore !

Never going back here again. The next day after eating the wings I got a horrible stomach ache and was throwing up and felt horrible all day. Despite all of this the wings did taste great. They definitely weren't good enough to ever go back though.

Well I'm not sure what happened to this place but for starters the service is horrible. The last 2 times that I stopped in to order have not gone well. Both times it was a short black male standing at the register (sorry but I don't know his name) and he just stands there staring at his screen and from time to time he shakes his head. He doesn't acknowledge me what so ever. You can stand there 5 minutes and he says nothing! Lol Weirdest thing! This guy needs a new job somewhere else.....somewhere away from people. You can yell that he's just miserable! Now the young ladies that work there are very nice and take your order right away. Yes.....the wings are becoming too small these days as well. Don't get me wrong......I actually like the small wings but they're tiny now. I'm very disappointed .

Found a hugeee insect in my salad when I was almost done eating. Called and spoke with the manager who did not even apologize. All he said was to call the main office. I order from there all the time but never again. I’m disgusted that I already ate most of the salad before noticing and the way he was unfazed and unapologetic made the situation even worse.

First time visiting this establishment and i thought that the wings were going to be good judging on the price of the wings. I paid $25 for my full order which was 15 wings and i made it a combo and got a side of the mango habanero sauce. Once I reached my home i was very much anticipating the meal from the smell of Cajun seasoning coming from the bag. I opened the container and much to my dismay and shock i found my boneless wings swimming in grease and so was the container of ranch and the celery. The wings were also burnt and since they were partially submerged in the unnecessary pool of cooking oil, the breading was soggy and falling off the wings leaving the bottom of the of the container looking breaded mud. The side of mango habanero was also a disappointment. It was just sweet with no heat and no flavor, definitely not worth the price of the side of sauce maybe if it was half the price it would be slightly worth. The curly fries were below sub par and tasted of how long it must have been lingering in the bag in the back of the freezer because there was no crisp or bite to it and were very bland. They were so stale it felt like i was eating fry jerky if it were a thing. Over all experience on just the food alone felt like if i had been swindled of my $25. Everything was absolutely dreadful.

Called to order 20 wings with two sauces, was told that they only allow one sauce for an order of 20 and that I had to buy two orders of 10 wings and pay more if I wanted two sauces. Told the guy on the phone that this is a shady policy and he agreed. You know its bad when your own employees think a policy they are forced to apply is shady... Thanked the guy for his honesty, told him that I was going to go get wings from somewhere else and to let the owner know that they lost a customer over a policy that saves them pennies. I bet this place doesn't last long.
