Absolutely amazing. Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was cooked perfectly! Everything else was great too. Came at around 12:15pm, guy with glasses did a great job and was very pleasant. Dine-in area is available, although no waitress, you can still enjoy the pizza inside the restaurant and they will give u napkins and plates. Forget all the other restaurants in the area, come here instead!

I ended up being late to my order and by that time I apologized for being so late and the cook was rly nice about it he even offered to remake my order for me! The food was still good regardless so im glad :)

Food and service were great! Decided to bring my family in to eat. The manager working was so polite and friendly! The kids had a great time. Now the food, the margarita pizza suggested by manager was AMAZING. The kids got a pan cheese pie. It was good too! Everything came out at the promised time. We got a cute little bin of seasonings, straws, dips, etc. Vibes were good, good atmosphere. I might need to make this a regular thing!

My son loves Pizza Hut, but there aren't many in CT. So, we decided to go here and weren't disappointed. Dave, the restaurant's manager was really cool and accommodating. The food was good, too. Definitely worth the trip.

I love Pizza and have ordered from many different pizza places. I grew up on NY pizza. I have been living in the Midwest the last decade and pizza is not great. I came back to visit and our Pizza Hut in the Dakotas, which I thought was decent, now gets a 2 star compared to this one. Here the dough is fully cooked yet not over cooked. A nice golden brown crust with cheese fully melted inside. Amazing!

I just met a friend there to chat for a couple hours The place is small but clean and had a few tables and chairs. We just ordered coffee as neither of us were hungry. Also because I try to avoid eating donuts and pastries altogether, but they're menu is fairly big if one is inclined to indulge.

Service is very slow. Seemingly nobody in charge to delegate behind the counter resulting in staff running here and there so your order takes a long time. Very friendly staff though coffee's not bad.

The lines are usually moving fairly quickly. The staff is always friendly. The parking lot is a Hazzard due to the volume of traffic in and out of it during busy times. It's a bit disappointing that they don't have a drive thru.

This is essentially a take out location with seating. Despite there being a sign that says, “It will be our pleasure to seat you” they most certainly do not seat you. There is no hostess and no wait staff. You must place your order at the counter from a laminated paper menu with no prices listed on it. 🤌🏻 There are no fountain drinks. Only bottles. No silverware. You can eat your food in their dining area but you’re on your own. Despite this place being run like a McDonald’s they make sure to leave a tipping option on the POS system. Nope. Sorry. If I order my food standing up and seat myself tipping is not going to be a thing. I miss the old Pizza Hut. 😞

I ordered light cheese pizza and they were definitely not light with the cheese. The marinara dipping sauce was refrigerator cold as well as the brownies. The breadsticks & brownies weren't even cut, so trying to eat them provided a challenge. Since we were eating on the road, there was no way to heat or cut anything and we just had to do our best not to make a complete mess. While I was waiting in line, the customer (or delivery guy) in front of me got his order & left, and a few minutes later the cashier realized she didn't give them 1 of their items (looked like a pasta container). After telling me it was "totally their fault", they did at least attempt to call the person to let them know, but they didn't answer. The staff was overwhelmed & not prepared - possibly understaffed. I won't be stopping at this Pizza Hut ever again on my monthly trips to the area. I'll go out of my way to one a different in the area when in the mood since there are no Huts 2 hrs northeast of here where I live

Ordered a pizza online at 3 to be picked up at 4:45. Was not ready and had to sit in store until well after 5. After getting home and opening the pizza was soggy and weird. Not only that but the slices were oddly shaped like two of them were from another smaller pizza. I don't mean cut weirdly I mean two different sized pies, see attached photo. Boneless wings had very little buffalo sauce. Will not be returning.

I am at the chestnut market in balmville ny and I go into the Duncan donuts bathroom and there was a girl working there with dark short hair and olive skin and I come out and tell her there is no toilet paper in the bathroom.. she laughs and says “yeah I know, we are aware and have no toilet paper” I said and you do not think to put a note on the door!??? If I could give a minus star I would !

I waited about 20 minutes until someone finally answered me. The worker who was named Diamond was extremely rude to me, the worse customer service I have ever received. I can't believe that you would hire someone that rude to work in public establishment.

I come here almost every day, but when they gave me the wrong, and I brought it back, nobody bothered to apologize. In fact, I paid again to get the coffee. I have a record of all the crazy stuff that happened at this location.

Thanks again for preparing my food on a clean surface or on paper!!! Don't eat here, proper food preparation seems to elude the staff and management at this store!!!

My pregnant niece went in to buy a iced coffee a person in front of the line was courteous enough to let her order first so that she can avoid the line , being that’s she’s very much pregnant, here comes the manager and asked the courteous customer. “You was first , she can go to the back of the line. “ that just made go in and ask why she would do that to a pregnant woman, her excuse was I didn’t she was in the line. The nerve , I will never ever go into that Dunkin Doughnut again.

I went to dunkin donuts on north plank road on Sunday night at 9:15pm. It was the worst customer service ever, the guy that was working he act like i was bothering him or disturbing him while taking my order. He kept rolling his eyes and breathing hard, like I was taking too long ordering. Never said thank you or anything. He doesn't need to be in customer service. Very rude!!! And by the way im a regular customer. Shame on you young man...

Ordered a medium through the app. They just put a small drink in a medium cup. This is absolutely horrible. Spent almost $7 for the drink to not only be the wrong size but to also be missing the Carmel swirl and extra shot that I paid for. Never again.

Very rude service. I go to the one on Robinson ave just because the employees are polite. Last time I went to this location the lady lost her mind because I walked up to the counter and not on the side where the line is roped off. It would make sense if I cut someone but I was the only person in there… will never go back even though I live right around the corner. And if you ask for one cream be prepared to get a gallon of milk and a splash of coffee.

Worst service ever!!!! I didnt get a receipt and im waiting for wings for 40mins so i just wanted a refund and someone (who im pretty sure is the manager) said they needed their supervisor to refund which can take days. They were trying to gaslight me into thinking i didn’t order the wings at first but i showed them my bank transaction. This has been the worst service i have ever experienced and ive worked at fast food so i know what its like but it takes 2 mins to do a refund.

I ordered through DoorDash and my order was incomplete. When I called to see what happened, the person that answered the phone ( Jovon, or Chovon) simply stated he failed to get that portion of my order to my Dasher. A failure is a failure, as the Dasher said he had a short conversation with this person.

Have been here numerous times. Use to be really good but the guy with the glasses is beyond rude and will never go here again. We use to always sit down ourselves and there was never a problem with it until today he started screaming at us and said we have to wait to be seated. Asking us what we wanted to order without even giving us a menu. We just turned around and walked out. As long as that guy is still working there I will not be visiting this Pizza Hut.

Was greeting by a guy in glasses complaining how he is going to flip out on the customers for giving conformation number for online order when he has no way to look it up, complaining as walking to my table how tired he is and can’t wait til 6pm, when we said we wanted to dine in we were told that we have to eat out of the pizza boxes because they do not supply plates, but yet throws 2 plates, napkins and a small plastic basket with salt, pepper and cheese in it. Racing around here like he is on something. Being my pizza to the table drops it on the table and goes well here you go. This is not okay when you come to a restaurant. This is not the first of heard about this guy or read about him as well. Sorry not sorry but something needs to be done about this. Oh yeah let me not forget the woman in the back is NOT WEARING GLOVES.

They have a menu that is the family pizza but when you go to the counter it has nothing and they only want to steal your money for a burnt pizza and no cheese, no 8 oz of cheese they added and small. At least the other employees would bring the pizza to your car or let you know when it was ready. They let you know nowadays even that is really useless, don't waste your time or money. There are other pizzas with better flavor and better prices. Fair prices. Don't buy from them.
