Great lunch spot that I discovered , the vibes here are very positive, the staff is friendly and professional, the food is very fresh and healthy. I always come back , with special mention to Laurie she’s very sweet and professional always ensuring the customers have a wonderful experience

This place definitely serves the "corporate 9-5 world" being nestled in the center of office buildings. Like other reviews mentioned, the menu is not extensive. Its simple and makes ordering easy for those of us that struggle making decisions. It seems like most people order take-away vs dining in, as I remained the only one sitting at a table, while I watched at least 5 people come in, then leave with their order. I got the B.L.T.E. for breakfast, and I would order it again. Its a cute little place place. Parking was a bit of a struggle. I didnt realize that its much easier to park on the street and walk up the steps. I followed Maps, and walked all the way around.

Found this place the other day with a friend and wow. Robert guided us threw the menu asking questions. I ate the chicken pesto and my friend had what Robert recommended southwest salad as a wrap sub asada. Food was amazing and definitely hit the spot. And after lunch I got an iced mocha with salted caramel syrup and it was delicious. Robert keep up the great hospitality you made this visit amazing. I really recommend this place to anyone.
We were staying at the nearby Pendry Newport Beach hotel and found this delightful spot for breakfast just a short walk away. The service by Laurie was very friendly and efficient. The food is fresh and delicious, and we even got linen napkins! This is a great option in this area.
This unfancy restaurant in a business park next to Fashion Island is an absolute gem! The menu isn't long, but every item is delicious and very reasonably priced. Try it and you will want to come back!
The food is really really good. My husband and I ate everything before taking any pictures 😋. The turkey burger and Buffalo Chicken Panini with 3 different cheese was awesome. I recommend this place to everyone. They are open for breakfast and lunch only.
Most OVERLOOKED gem in all of Newport Beach, CA! The avocado toast is delicious as was a breakfast burrito with coffee. Stopped in for breakfast, food was awesome and prompt and staff was friendly and attentive. Was really hungry and the burrito was filling. Would go back again.

You were in town for a few days staying at vea resort next door and found Pacific breeze Cafe to be our favorite breakfast spot in the area. We ate here every single morning and even had a lunch here. The staff was always friendly. The food was repaired well and it was a nice, quiet spot to eat our food and enjoy our mornings. Thanks for making our trip a little better
