They once made me wait in front and they gave me free churros lol my orders are usually always right.

They always get my order right and their staff are always very welcoming.

Marie was so nice greeting us and asking how we were very very friendly amazing customer service. The cooks did an amazing job asked for no tomatoes and they did not disappoint thank you so much favorite location!

Really fast drive-thru service during lunch rush. Workers were efficient in getting our food out to us quickly. The cashier was nice and friendly, ordered an extra water at window and she was happy to get it for us. Only downside was no fork for mexican pizza but maybe I shoulda asked for one.

This hotel has been redecorated, and updated. It's clean, the staff is friendly and it's close to Disneyland and is by the ART transit system for easy access. We were happy with it and would use it again. We didn't use the pool. Breakfast is mostly carbs. Cereal,pancakes, waffles, toast and Danish.

I had an odd experience here. I ordered 3 small quesadillas and got fritos burritos instead. They let me keep the burritos though!

The staff here is really nice. Bought a pizza combo and wanted the pizza darkened a bit and they did it. Thank you guys.

I gave a 4 because surprisingly it was good. I always visit this location and it is a hit or miss. I'm either missing food, something is incorrect, or it's a mess and skimped out, or thrown together. Whoever worked the night shift on 4/20/22 did an amazing job and your location needs more staff like you!

Taco Bell just doesn't have the selection anymore all the good stuff isn't on the menu and we wanted to try a new item but it was only available if you ordered online. Not sure what's going on with them. 4 stars because the service was excellent from the 3 employees working there if not for them 2.5 stars because they just don't have anything to choose from anymore.

11/1/24 Seems like they changed / upgraded their drive thru menu interface to a more friendlier version ... last time I visited was a few weeks ago.... at peak times, the drive thru line can get long though.... Wait time as well. It's your ordinary taco bell. Best to visit during off peak hours.

The establishment was satisfactory; however, the men's restroom facilities, specifically the urinal, did not meet our expected standards. While the food service experienced a delay, the quality of the meal was commendable. Furthermore, a team was observed installing large fans at the main entrance.

Although there are about 4 self-ordering kiosks at this location, the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. At the time we went, this restaurant was clean and quiet. Food was prepared & tasted as you'd expect from Taco Bell.

Always a wait. Only seems to be one cashier for walk up and drive thru. Order seems to take longer when you use the kiosk

The female assistant manager is very nice. The short fat female cashier was ill mannered and pushy.

Good a long wait for food 15 min being we went on or lunch break and there wasn't very many people there.

Dont bother come in drive thru at night, they take about 20 minutes or more to get out of the drive thru which is ridiculous. They need to get it together.

I went through the drive thru to order my food. It was a very long line. I believe they were under staff. My order was correct, but my food was extremely cold. It really wasn't that appetizing.

Their food taste like imitation: ground beef, soft cheese, beans. Authentic tasty food w/Sauce Bar like El Pollo Loco bring more customers. That's healthy.

Customer service was friendly, but I'm a stickler for messing up on all the small details. Asked for 6 packets of fire sauce and received 2 packets of hot. 2 packets? Really?

This locations is never open before eight even though it says it is. I’ve gone multiple times in the morning trying to catch them open they never are. I’d give this location 1 star but at least they are open for lunch.

Last week they gave me wrong item, I ordered nacho supreme fries and they gave me nacho cheese, they should watch out for one of the cashier over there that don't know how to count. The cost of the food is $3.01 and I gave him $5.01 and yet he gave me the change of $2.99. When I told him that he should gave me $2.00 change instead, he looked at me as if he did not believe what I said and when his co worker came back from lunch break (I think) he asked him again and when his co worker told him that I should get $2.00 as the change then he gave me that $2.00. Yesterday I have to wait like 17 minutes just to get a nacho supreme fries and there were 2 people in line including me. Busy?? Nahhh. !!While I was waiting I saw this man (the one that could not count) again looked confused holding some coins in his hands and tried to count and stood there for like almost a minute may be tried to figure out that he will give out the right change to the drive in customer. Any body buying here beware, count your change !!

I came through the drive-thru to pick up some food and ordered a pink lemonade as I was handed a cup that looked like water I asked the cashier if this was pink lemonade. She said yes I tasted it and it was water. I then proceeded to let her know that it was not pink lemonade but water. She then offered me another beverage sense they would have to change out the lemonade and I wouldn't be able to get that at the moment. She was very rude about it when I asked her if she could toss that cup because I don't have space in my car to hold it. She then says I could toss it myself. She then gave me my other beverage. Another girl walks up to the drive-thru window starts talking to me, very polite and nice.

I live less than five mins away from this Taco Bell in Norco it’s rare I go grab something to eat at this place but all the times I have gone service has been terrible. Cashier at drive thru window I know are trying to get cars in and out but quality and good customer service is priority and the key to get customers to come bk ! Taco Bell is advertising a nacho $6 box, i order and cashier at window lie and say they’re no longer selling the nacho box but the advertisement is on the menu so I ask why are you still advertising while I was at speaker then ask her at window is she sure and she lied in my face “Taco Bell stopped selling the $6 box nachos yesterday(05/30/2019) and we haven’t updated our menu.” I didn’t order from Norco then drove to Taco Bell on sixth street in Corona and ordered the nacho $6 box with steak no problem at all. I’ll never go bk to Taco Bell in Norco 👎🏽😡

Janette at the drive through is a B*itch. She has a very mean demeanor and never offers any sauce. As soon as she hands you your food she disappears. I ordered a half tea and half lemonade drink, and asked her at the window if it had both tea and lemonade in it. She assured me she did it correctly but when I drove away and tasted it, it was plain lemonade​. That's not the only time she's messed up. So I called to complain and some girl picks up claiming she's the manager and is a total b*tch to me as well and makes excuses for her. I knew someone who worked there and they said that the employees would pretend to be the manager so the complaints don't go to a manager. So if you want to complain, you need to go in an personally see a manager name tag.

My crunchwrap was just a regular value taco that was flattened out and wrapped in a tortilla. My second crunchwrap was just the same. A flattened out value taco. Got the picture to prove it. Gonna charge me 12$ for 2 value tacos, I'm gonna write a review.

As of 8/28/20 @ 12:50 p.m. ABSOLUTELY WORST VISIT OF MY LIFE!!!! After 15 years of being a customer. By far hands down the rudest, careless, most disrespect group of all women employees I've ever encountered. All this a result of them getting my order wrong and shorting me a item I in fact paid for. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. The food is cold and the employees have the worst attitude. I called to tell them about their service but they continued to deny me even coming in the first place. Hadn’t been back for a year because the service was so bad but I went back tonight hoping for an improvement. I got a Crunchwrap but it barely had anything on it and was cold and soggy. So disappointed. I definitely will not come back.

Do not come here when the manager Evelyn is here. She as a manager gave me a crunch wrap with old lettuce, no extra beef when I asked and when I asked with no tomatoes, you can tell she intentionally put some. The food was old and bad. If the Area director or anyone above Evelyn, she denied my access to reach anyone above her for fear of me letting them know my experience here. Evelyn you reading this, don’t be lazy. Make everything fresh cause honestly to see a manger give you that, that’s a disappointment.

This place on 6th st is horrible. Frequently closed. Lights always off even when they are open. Wait at the speaker to place your order is too long. It's ok if you're busy just acknowledge a car pulled up and say I will be right with you. I have pulled up with 4 cars already in line and they are closed. But you don't know it cause they don't block the drive thru. Each car waits a few minutes and eventually pulls thru when no one ever comes to the speaker. I go to the one on hamner now. I get that it is hard to find decent help nowadays, but the one on Hamner seems to be able to do it.

Always a Worst Experience and i don’t know i go back to the same place. Every time either they mess up my order or forget my some items. i tried calling to let them know that they have forgotten my items, but no answer. I don't know why you even bother to ask people what kind of hot sauce they want at the drive through if you're going to give them the exact opposite of what they requested. I asked for mild and medium and got ALL hot. Not even remotely close. Just completely ruined my order.

Arrived to pick up food for a delivery buisness. Store was already closed 30 minutes early. This has happened before with no signs out letting costumers know of the early closure. I also have been given wrong orders in the past and had to go through the drive thru again to fix the issue.

No lettuce means no lettuce. Unbelievable that right after a visit to another location that had no ingredients to make 99% of their menu, I come to this location with the simplest request, and you're incapable of fulfilling it. Taco Bell is officially a subpar fast food chain.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce, I had to repeat the order twice, because the cashier kept saying "no cheese ". At the window she was complaining to the cook about my order . She gave me plain bean burrito with no cheese. Irma opened the bag and acted like she spat in it and gave it to me. Miserable people like her she not be put in the window taking orders.

I ordered a beef chalupa, took off the veggies but also added potatoes and fiesta strips. When I recieved my order I immidietly noticed how hard and stale the chalupa shell was. Now I personally like my chalupa shells slightly stale with a slight firmness, but this was extremely hard to the point it was difficult to bite into. As soon as I picked up the shell I also noticed the lack of warmth. I opened up my chalupa seeing all the modifications I made but unfortunately with those modifications they also seemed to have forgotten to put any meat into my chalupa. This was extremely disappointing. I would have gone back but unfortunately we had to get back to work and weren't able to turn around. Truthfully I only ate it because I had nothing else to quench my hunger. After that my husband dug into his chalupa, he found the same problem with his shell, extremely hard and difficult to chew. Towards the end we dug into our nacho fries which seemed to have a similar problem. Very cold and very stale to the point the fries felt almost rubbery. The only thing I found to be enjoyable was the apple empanada. Again I want to preface I have a lot of leeway for mistakes and try to never complain as I understand how the workload can be as a former employee but I also know the standards of what should be coming out of the kitchen, this visit was so disappointing I felt I had to bring it to someone's attention.

Frequent miscommunication, runs out of menu items often, and closes early more than they should. People come here to quickly get their food and go about their busy day, but whenever I’m here my time is more often than not, wasted. My expectations of fast food workers aren’t the highest, but I didn’t expect workers like these to be able to treat customers this way in the first place. My review is a culmination of experiences throughout the last two years. I’m done here. Get it together, Taco Bell.

The last 4 times I have gone here, I am always missing several items or am given incorrect food. I always submit this via the app because I place mobile orders, and yet I never receive any communications back. I have probably spent well over $50 on food I’ve never received and haven’t been refunded. This is so frustrating.

I been to some pretty good Taco Bell’s in some very ghetto areas but at least the food was so FiRE! This place didn’t give that awesomeness 😢 My 1st time, I didn’t want to eat there because No Baja Blast😅 Gave it a second chance & although drive thru was empty on a Tuesday @3pm; They got my order right; the food was weak. I always love getting my chalupas but I they think they were lazy & warmed up the flat tortilla on the flat grill instead of dropping it in the fryer like you’re suppose to🤭 Anyways, they hire some weak employees for the kitchen. These lazy people need to go somewhere else because Taco Bell is so good & so easy to work at! You can’t mess that up😬 Edit: I LOVE Taco Bell 💛 The way the cook makes the food, SUCK! I keep coming back, but each time I regret spending money here. I pay .30 extra to add onion, lettuce .70, for the chkn quesadilla & it’s so skimpy 💔 It’s upsetting to pay almost a dollar for just 12 pieces of shredded lettuce sprinkled in there😅 Fontana has the best Taco Bell kitchen. I keep coming back, but each time I regret spending money here. I pay .30 extra to add onion, lettuce .70, for the chkn quesadilla & it’s so skimpy 💔 It’s upsetting to pay almost a dollar for just 12 pieces of shredded lettuce sprinkled in there😅 Fontana has the best Taco Bell kitchen. I’m heartbroken it’s too far for me for my cheat day)’:

Frequent miscommunication, runs out of menu items often, and closes early more than they should. People come here to quickly get their food and go about their busy day, but whenever I’m here my time is more often than not, wasted. My expectations of fast food workers aren’t the highest, but I didn’t expect workers like these to be able to treat customers this way in the first place. My review is a culmination of experiences throughout the last two years. I’m done here. Get it together, Taco Bell.
