I came late night after work. They were very busy both drive thru and inside but they were quick and very patient with me. Good service and delicious food. 😋

They're always nice whenever I go food is always fresh and delivered quickly, and this was the first place I ever tried a boba drink from and if it's still on the menu when I go back I'll be getting another one

I received a burger a little undercooked through the drive-thru. So I called the store and let them know the manager, which I believe her name was Martha, was very professional with how she handled the situation. I was really impressed on how the whole issue was resolved. Will definitely be a return customer. Great service

Has a 24 hour drive thru and they are pretty good at keeping down the waiting times. Another plus for me is that it is right off the 605 freeway. Its also less than a mile from the 91 and 105. About 2 miles from the 5 so their location is almost perfect.

Hardly ever at ease day goes by that we don't hit up Taco Tuesday at Del Taco! I mean really, how can you beat three tacos for a $1.29? Okay, they may be small but my husband and I get 9 tacos, I eat 4 he eats 5 and we don't feel stuffed and we don't feel hungry! All for under $5! Love Taco Tuesdays at Del Taco!

While all the food was good, I need to check my order before leaving the property when going throughdrive thru. My entire order was wrong. I didnt feel like driving back to get the right food so I ate what was given to me.

Been a decade since I had Del Taco. I gotta say this one was fast fresh and just how I remembered. Had a double del burger, two shrimp tacos and five chicken soft tacos. Dining room was clean and service was excellent. I will return next time I am in town.

I think this is only a drive-thru I believe that's true. They have excellent inexpensive Tacos on their menu better than one would think for the price. They have a large variety of other Mexican food on their menu as well. Come to think of it I think you can go inside the restaurant at this one and it's wheelchair-friendly there's disabled parking and they do have a restroom but they prefer customers only use it. It's fun to take the family too but I wouldn't go there for a romantic dinner at all it's just quick service and fast food and it's clean.

The absolute most delicious, best priced, fastest made, most bestest and authenticest Mexican food I've ever had in my life!!!! My grandmother has nothing on del taco!! She should be ashamed to say she knew her way around the kitchen (rest in peace)! Shame on you, Gma!!! Obviously I'm joking. But I do love del taco. The beans are made fresh not freeze dried. Huge. Yum!!!

I haven't been to a del taco in 15 years. I lived in a state where they did not have del taco. This is going to be the best one that i've been to since i've been back in california. The service is perfect. It is very speedy. And the manager , there should get a raise . In fact, the entire store should be given some love.Because every single time I come to this location , it's amazing. The manager was always helping in one way or another. And the entire crew is incredible.

I am a new and forever customer of this Del Taco location. It's all because Angelica works there. Angelica always greets me with a smile. After two visits, she remembers the amount of cream and sugar I take with my coffee. I prefer my hash brown well done and Angelica makes it just right. Thank you Angelica and thank you Del Taco for hiring Angelica.

Came to this Del Taco for water and got great customer service and kind faces. Recently was laid off nearby, and throughout my time as grateful a customer to this location, as I normally am not to any fast food chain or restaurant, I believe this Del Taco has a really nice vibe and good memories. Good for a Del Taco. The service was very good when one of my coupons wasn't working. The drive thru attendant got help from a manager and figure out why the coupon was not working and resolved the issue. The food was hot and tasty! I went there two days in a row and would recommend. The coffee was good as well.

I always enjoy going to this location. Fast and friendly service. One thing I can say is the drive through. Employee needs to be speak up louder . A busy street with noisy traffic its hard to hear him.

Good customer service. Medium wait time on food. Food was 4/5 for taste. BUT they forgot to give napkins. Pet peeves is going to fast-food/restaurants and they FORGET THE NAPKINS. Over all, 7/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I will respond to the Del Taco located on Alondra near the 605 Freeway. They say the Del Tacos have independent franchise. This is the only Del Taco that I have found that has a special on Tuesday 4 different types of tacos and their service is definitely acceptable so I would recommend this Del Taco

Not crowded, quick service, tried a new item (triple meat epic burrito). Too much meat for me lol but tasty. Freeway-close location, convenient! Will stop here again.

Decently priced, definitely Americanized but still good tasting. Would recommend their deals like chicken boxes or 2 for X tacos. Their burritos are also pretty good but I would not recommend their desserts personally.

It's pretty awesome that they sell burgers here. I had the double del cheeseburger and it's pretty darn good. Tacos are still king here but this burger was pretty good. And a shout out to the chili cheese or cheddar fries as they are called. Very good very tasty.

We went through drive thu it was easy enough. The up charge to is crazy. I left off the beans a the mini nacho and ask for chile instead cost 60 cent What happen for a discount for leaving you with your Beans. Well it was clean enough from what I could see. You must ask for napkins and and 66 cents for Pico and a fee for ranch. Wow. Charging for all things.

This is a typically very busy Del Taco, given it's proximaty to the freeway, and the surroundings, it attracts a variety of customers, few of whom live near by and most are passing through, with an occasional "homeless" transient. Tonight was no exception. The parking lot was packed with the drive thru line monopolizing the space so I parked in the only spot I could access and went inside. There were a handful of people inside, including an unbathed and disgusting homeless man in his late 40's who was uncomfortably close to the register and soda fountain. I didn't wait too long, thought longer than expected, to order, given the crew size and the line (no one). After a few minutes I got my food and left. Rating....3. Not great but not bad. Not a place I'd ever go out of my way for. Everything was adequate.

I mean, it's Del Taco. What can go wrong? This isn't a bad one. All I ordered was a buy one, get one free Del Combo Burrito, extra cheese and onions. Sauce? Del Scorcho. Always Del Scorcho. Then, why do I get other sauces included? It's either mild or next level up. Can I just have my Del Scorcho? So I'm driving away away, putting sauce on my burrito and it's the super hot one. Ugh. Why?

I recently found myself eating the fish tacos and steak quesadilla tacos , all the burritos are very good and del taco has the most randomly delicious cheese burger, two years ago I would not recommend but after seeing all the improvements I have changed opinion,I recommend this place for variety of food and quality.

RM - Not today, but on other occassions: People that appear homeless to me walk in sometimes, get a drink without paying and walk out. My purse went missing from this location as I was attempting to get my order on my own in my wheelchair. Staff did not offer to assist me to the table, but a customer did help me to my table on one occasion. The food is affordable that is what I like about Del Taco. The iced coffee is a sweet treat.

They have great specials and the portions are big. Liking the honey mango shrimp. They are great for the quick bite on the road or to take home. Their burritos are big enough that they are usually good for a couple of meals.

Went around 7 or 8 pm. The drive thu was long, so I decided to walk in. There was no customer waiting in line inside. No employee acknowledged us when we walked to the counter. I saw that there were only 2 workers manning the restaurant. I waited maybe 3 to 5 minutes before one of them said anything to me. I also noticed that one employee was on break eating in the dining area. We ordered our food and waited a little while not too bad for only having 3 employees. Got our food and left, but he did make sure I had everything and that I didn't need anything else before he let us leave with our food. Service was not very welcoming, but I get it. It was busy for the 2 that were working. The atmosphere was very cold and non welcoming but what do you expect from fast food with very little staff.

Del Taco has always had the best tasting mexican food for fast food. However, the fries at this particular resteraunt are sometimes not done right. Other than that, this establishment is a good place to eat. Not very busy and you get your food pretty fast. I enjoy eating here.

It seems like around 12 midnight till. The food is not Fresh especially the stake & fries. I live close so always eating on the run. During the day food is awesome.

I bought a pintos and cheese and the serving was a size of a small Dixie cup. Barely three bites. I would much rather pay a little bit more for decent serving.

It's Del Taco, what do you say? They've mostly always gotten my order right. The one thing I have noticed is that their hashbrown sticks are never much good. They are rarely friend properly, usually limp and tasting of bad oil. I started going to the Del Taco across town instead.

It's been a long time since I visited a Del Taco. At least 30 years! I was happy to see this one. It was late at night but it was a good choice. Del Taco has changed a little bit but the food was good. Friendly service.

They read our order back to us and it was accurate. We checked our bags before leaving and they left out part of our order. The items they got right, they skimped on everything. Deluxe chili fries were dry and barely had toppings, the tacos with tomatoes had 3 little cubes of tomato. We were polite during our order and after they messed up. It wasn't busy either. Please do better guys!

I use to love their tostadas, now though,they put some nasty red sauce on them. Always have to remember to tell them no sauce. Spicy chicken burrito I'd my favorite, actually liked the switch up they did with the rice. White rice they using now is pretty good.

The food is consistently good, or what you'd expect from Del Taco, and the location is great because it's right off the 605 Freeway. But during the hours I go in the evening, they tend to be very busy. The drive thru has 5+ cars during my visits, so I go inside to hopefully speed things up, but the cars seem to be priority. If you have the time to wait, the food is cheap.

Same food as all the Del Taco restaurants, but it was kind of dirty in the kitchen and dining room. There was a fly buzzing around, the parking lot was littered and the walkways were very dirty. The staff was friendly and they made our order correct.

This place was not like other Del Taco is that I have been to In The Orange County area. To start the food was not made correctly. Some of the items were missing ingredients some of the food was cold and all around just not happy with the food. Now let's talk about the service, the staff was nice but very short as they were very tired. The atmosphere was kind of not welcoming because it wasn't clean. Not sure if this location was just having a bad day or if business there it's just a little different. I think I'll give them one more try and decide whether I will ever eat at this location again or not. You guys can decide for yourself.

I had a minor accident on the street in front of Del Taco. I didn't eat there, I went in to use the restroom. The employee was very nice and friendly. He buzzed me in and wished me a good day. The bathroom was very messy, but I appreciate that he let me in.

Stopped by at 10:22 PM. Very dirty men's restroom. Unsanitary condition. Employees goofing off and yelling. Soft taco made with dry hard flour tortillas. I will NOT to return to this location.

I called early in the morning like at 2:00 a.m. to ask to see if they were open and they said yes. Once I arrived they gave me this excuse that the machine didn't work that process credit cards. Also they take EBT here which is a good thing if you have hot meals on your ebt.

Every time i have been in this deltaco i have had to wait a couple minutes to give my order even when there is no one in line they just ignore me, i always have to get there attention and get frustrated with there lack of customer service and when i say every time its really been every single time. This last time after getting someones attention to take my order, a extremely rude women named Cindy took my order deliberately giving a disgusting attitude and on top of that they put cheese in my order and i cant eat cheese. This last time was the last time its the closest deltaco to my home but i don't mind going a little out of the way cause service really makes the whole experience for me ill get it at another deltaco

9 out of 10 times, their fries are always cold. I get it's supposed to be fast but cold fries are disgusting. And at $11 they should at least give you got fries.

The drive thru wait was over five minutes despite only one car in front of me. When I got to the window, there was no apology for the long wait. My order had been recorded incorrectly. I asked for BEEF burritos and was receiving bean burritos (I could tell by the total of my order that it was incorrect). When I told the worker I wanted BEEF (meat) burritos with only sauce and cheese, she clarified I no longer wanted the bean ones. I said NO, just beef. When I got home, what did I have in my bag? Beef with bean burritos which tasted extremely unappetizing. I tried to call the number listed here on YELP, but it is out of order.

If it's not the manager blocking coupon use then it's the workers messing up your order. You know you're gonna be extra busy on Taco Tuesdays, Del Taco!

Del Taco. My favorite is the Macho combo burrito. Seems to have become smaller than it used to be. This is all garbage food. But I will not eat Taco Bell anymore. With all that said the Macho combo still taste good for fake food. Probably shouldn't eat it either. But if you're reading this I think you know how that goes.

Food is Always good, but the evening shift staff seems to be sooo pre occupied with other things instead of paying attention to the orders they pass thru the drive thru window. NEVER fails something's missing. I shouldn't have to stop and double check my order EVERY time I go there.

We're disappointed on the size of their "Crispy Jumbo Shrimp Taco", it's not even big in size. It was served cold too. 3 pcs. of shrimps were place on a straight line to make it look big/long. I have to take these close-up pictures to make it look like big.

Computers were down & its seems like this happens a ton at Del Tacos at night. And why I thr world would they not take cash & just ring up the order when their systems are up! I guess this store has a dumb owner who likes missing out on $$$

The lady in the drive through puts the wrong sauces everytime intentionally. Very annoying and a waste of sauces I'm not going to eat. I will no longer be visiting this location.

I got one of each flavor, Epic Triple Meat, Epic loaded Queso Chicken, and Epic Shredded Beef to try them. First and last time, they are just salty burritos with no character, plain flavor.

Well Del Taco, my wife and I consumed your product and regretfully all night we had diarrhea and vomiting… Loss wages, medicine to calm the stomach, medicine to kill off the bacteria we consumed from your product. I hear 3 things - Food Poisoning - A Call to The Health Department - A Lawsuit for missed wages and these inflated prices for medicine.

This location has actual mold in their soda machine. After smelling it for the second time I decided to peak under the soda faucets and there it was. I’ve contacted Deltaco and have not heard anything back. This location should be closed. So many people could get sick.

Terrible management, Some lady just gives attitude when I moved a caution sign out the drive through after trying to walk in because I saw set sign. Then you’re running a 24 hour restaurant and you “have no cook”

Ordered a double del cheeseburger, was given day old one that was recooked, Burnet and soggy. It was very VERY obvious it was atleast day old cooked old food and so disgusting I had to throw it away and wasted money.....Your food should be served fresh, Shame on you!!! 😡☹ BTW, you need to change your business hours because you are not 24 hours, you close and open whenever you want, that's not 24 hours

Worst del taco! Drive thru guy was very rude. No one behind us in line, guy gets annoyed after asking what kind of sauce we want. I guess it's asking too much if we want del scorcho, salt and a side of green sauce. Then he slams the window closed before we realize he didn't even put napkins or stows in the bag for us. The del scorcho never made it either, just ketchup, great with chicken tacos.

I order 2 kids combo and two tacos combo medium and dubble bacon cheeseburger combo macho size and a macho size fries. All the fries were about empty and were not cook all they why if thinking about going to del taco don't come to this one

Imagine the disappointment when one is craving churros at 1AM. So one goes through drive thru, just to get some dried out churros with no cinnamon sugar.

The restaurant is filled with high school teens or old grown ups that should know how to treat a customer. That's not the case at this resturant. I get long waits , incorrect food on repeated visits, and this morning they tried to sell me a old chicken salad. The avocado was old and brown, lettuce was browned , and the chicken was dry. I took it back right away and gave them a piece of my mind. I will never return to this resturant in this area ... the one in bell closet to my job has better service by far. And no food complaints from me .

6/25/2024 approx 4:59pm The Mgr or person who was in charge of the restaurant this day should be ashamed of themselves for serving taco meat like they served today. Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The meat looks like dog food. The meat was Watered Down. No taste of seasoning at all. Bottom of Taco shells were all soggy and the nasty meat fell through the bottom of the soggy shell. Ugh Ugh Ugh. Most of the taco's were thrown in the trash. We WILL NOT be returning to this Restaurant anytime soon. No Way. We paid too much for this food $25.00.

Showed up at four twenty am and told by the voice on the speaker they were closed for the next fifteen minutes. I asked why and they said the registers reset each night at 4 am. Might as well change your hours if that's actually true.

Went and there was only one car in front of me which seem they only got drinks. I myself ordered carne asada fries. Took also 20 minutes to get my order. All the workers seem like they are just starting at each other waiting for orders. One young Latin girl with a pink hair clip seemed she was doing all the work. Unfortunately she has to work with a crew that seem like they don’t care on helping her fulfill orders.

The morning shift ladies do not comprehend well. I asked for mild they gave me inferno. I redeemed a coupon and they looked at me like the worked for the county. Then did not deliver the gratis product. I specified regular chicken not habenero. My stomach hurts now. I better not get cchorro. I dont think they are good with the Ingles.

This one is right down the street from where I get my motorcycle fixed. When I go to the shop a lot of times I stop here. I will never go to Del Taco again. Taco Bell or In-N-Out Burger are just a little farther down the street. Del Taco has done me wrong 2 times through their app, and I won't give them another chance. Horrible customer service!!

The workers here are decent, but the service is very....very...slow. I honestly believe that sloths and snails would get you your food faster. Clear off whatever you have scheduled before going in because you will spend a good amount of time waiting for your order. I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not. I waited 20+ minutes for a hardshell taco. I would also like to add that this is not from a one time visit, I work in the area and I've gone in there morning, afternoon, I've walked into the dining room, and I've waited in the drive thru... Slow.

Don't go here for dinner. They say they close at 10 but the staff closed the dining room before 8 pm. Then gave us burritos so poorly made we had to eat them with forks.

This is the Del Taco in my area. A year ago I gave this Del Taco a great review. Apparently they don't care about what food looks like when someone uses doordash. The food was sloppy, the fries were luke warm, soggy and upside-down in the bag and therefore everywhere. Awful. Do better.

Del Taco in Bellflower, corner of Clark and Rosecrans would not except my coupon that was issued from the back of the last receipt I got from them, so I left empty handed and hungry! Esperanza was the person I spoke to that wouldn't make this right. This is no way to treat senior citizens such as myself. Shame on Del Taco !!

My 1st and only time going to that Del Taco. At the drive thru the guy didnt get my order correct. Then I pulled up and saw I was missing fries and some tacos. Then came home and my fish tacos tortilla was not cooked and my sprite tasted like mineral water. It was bad.

Rude rude rude! If you don't like your job you should change it. Food was gross and refused to give a refund, told me I can only have food replacement. Why would I want to eat more disgusting food from this location? Nasty will never come back. Always dirty.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Del Taco location. Despite being a 24-hour establishment, they refused to serve us due to our big order and even declined a simple request to make our burritos well done. The customer service was incredibly lacking, and it’s disheartening to encounter such unhelpful staff in what should be a service-oriented environment. This experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I will never come back to this location. Please do go if you need food late night because they will not serve you and you will waste your time. I went to Del Taco on October 22nd around 2:00 am.

They take they're sweet time with every order. "Fast food" only describes the quality of the food, not the speed of service which moves at a snail's pace. They also under-fill their items, making most bites at least 50% tortilla. Tbh this location should be shut down, definitely not worth even $1

Worst del taco I've ever been to. The ladies here are extremely rude, my bean burrito was smaller than a chicken roller. Ask if that was right. Was told that's the way it is now that they are now less than half the size as the old half pound bean burritos from before. And they are now $2 a piece. I said every other del taco still has the normal size. They said that's the way it is. Was literally 3 bites. Will never come back to this location. Absolute worst.

This Del Taco has the worst customer service ever. We stopped by on our way to the airport for a quick and FAST bite and we were surprised with a 30 minute wait when we were the only car in the drive thru. The crew were busy talking to each other and completely ignored the fact that we were waiting for our food. We finally had to ask the crew for our food and the guy at the window was very rude. As we made our way around the building another crew member held the main entrance door open and was yelling at us "Go watch the super bowl and be careful on your drive to the airport." To add salt to the wound the flour tortillas were cold and the French fries were old as if they hey had been sitting under the food warmer for a long time..

The Women's restroom is for employees only apparently... As the Men's had a sign stating it is for the "guests only". Once I got "buzzed" into the restroom, I was disgusted.. couldn't even feel clean after attempting to wash my hands in the dirt and corn filled sink. .. I would have skipped using the restroom all together.. however, I am pregnant and could not hold it any longer. It's inhumane to subject paying customers to this filth and bacteria infested atmosphere.

I don't like it at all. I asked for 8 layer burritos. They gave me wrong burrito and not only me they made a same mistake to another costumer while I was eating. I don't recommend this place or you should check your order before eating.
