Girl out the counter was extremely polite accommodating and coworker working the espresso bar is very accommodating and polite and helpful regarding nutmeg topping.

The establishment was clean, and the staff was friendly. Good variety of seating from cushion benches and interior tables to exterior tables with umbrellas. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with extra espresso; it was sweet and strong. No complaints. I did notice trashes were almost full, but before I finished my coffee, they were emptied. The two batista were working well together and addressing the store's needs. Note that there isn't a large variety of retail coffee/tea gear. I will come back for sure.

If it weren't for the tiny parking lot; that they have to share with the Yoga Studio, I would give them 5 Stars! The coffee is always fresh and yummy, the specialty drinks are perfect about 97% of the time, the staff are always A+, friendly, courteous, efficient, -really nice folks! This is my favorite coffee shop! It isn't as easy to walk to as their old location, which I preferred, but glad their new location can serve the commuters better. :) Oh, and their pastries are always fresh. Yum, yum! ;)

Honestly GREAT coffee. Best peets location when speaking about quality of drink in all of Marin. However, there is one young girl who runs the bar in the morning and she truly has a bad attitude. Always snappy and never smiles. It’s kind of embarrassing to say hi to her because she just gives you a rude look. So if you don’t mind dealing with a HORRIBLE / not welcoming attitude from ol girl with the run down white Nike sneakers then this is your place.. but seriously, best coffee ever here. Do better employees (name tags would help too 💗)

Fairly helpful personnel, a little cliquish, but nothing a little self confidence can't break through, to make it your coffee 'home base' . It's understandable considering how many people are just moving through, because of the nearby bus stop. In other words, I got the coffee I ordered, I was not either encouraged nor discouraged to stay. Business done and done. Points off mainly for being slightly unwelcoming and grubby restrooms on more than one occasion.

John the barista managed to take my Peet’s points but then refused to fix it. Zero sense of courtesy. Not the end of the world, but just a heads-up—don’t expect them to always know what they’re doing

Bakery is old, coffee is okay, nothing special. Dr Insomniac has them beat, all to hell. Not sure how they stay in business.

Great little coffee shop,always packed so don’t expect to get your drink in a hurry. Coffee is strong if ya like that, but my Son said Starbucks Is better. I’ll return for my coffee every now and again when I need something different in my life, but if your going with kiddos,stick to Starbucks and they are located in more convenient places as well.

It’s really comforting that this company doesn’t care about their employees to the point where the store wasn’t even open at 5:30. Was waiting for 10 plus minutes for the story to open and no one was there. Don’t hire people who don’t want to work

Customer Service isn't good at all. They take really long time to prepare your drinks. They are so rude to be talking between them instead of taking your order. Then they put the pastries away 15 min or more before closing. Also they don't warm up anything in their microwave because they already cleaned it up. Aren't they supposed to do it after closing?? 😠
