We love Jersey Mike's! I bought the #8 club sub and #13 Italian sub. Everything is so fresh and tastes as good as anything I make at home. But what doesn't taste like what I make at home is the bread. The bread is soft, chewy, and doesn't turn into mush the second a tomatoe touches it. Jersey Mike's was fund raising for the local food bank so that gave me another reason to pick up sandwiches for dinner. Good food and good cause and no dirty dishes! This is how I love to spend my money! 💰

#43 is DELICIOUS!! The chipotle sauce makes it take so different from your traditional philly cheese stake sandwich. And the meat taste fresh. They have many selections on their menu and the workers are always very friendly.

this store usually is good about getting my orders right ,but for the past 2-3 mobile orders i’ve had my bread has been wrong. it’s not a huge deal but that’s the best part of the meal ,the bread ,especially the rosemary parm. food is always amazing tho ,just small mistakes along the way. thank yall anyways!

The cashier practically threw my to go meal across the counter, tearing the handle part in the process. I asked for a second bag to reenforce the first and was told "they all do that". I still got a second bag and oddly enough, the handle didn't tear at all, even when I added a rather heavy item to it for ease of transport when I had to carry all my items inside when I got home. I'm not sure if he was just having a bad day, but regardless, he was still pretty rude

Ordered online to pickup a jersey mikes #17 Philly bowl with extra meat. The bowl and drink came out to just over 16 dollars. The meat was well seasoned and it was ready when I arrived. The reason for 3 stars is the stingy portions. I did pay for extra meat and I am not sure I received it. Seems really pricey for the food you recieve. Not sure I’ll make that decision again.

The employees take forever to acknowledge you. They don’t seem happy to be there at all. This has happened multiple times!

The subs are okay, nothing special, although a bit expensive especially for the giant sub. Anyway my husband ordered a sub that was suppose to have mushrooms on it. He loves mushrooms. We didn’t eat there so when we got home he found out they didn’t put mushrooms on it. Also we had forgotten to ask for the rosemary Parmesan bread. They didn’t ask us what kind of bread we want even though they should have because that is part of their job. I highly doubt we’ll go there again.

I had an online order today the cancroe special. Before getting my order I did go to the women’s restroom. The restroom was dirty and had roaches. Then after leaving the restroom, I notice how dirty the floors are in the entire restaurant even towards the kitchen and food prep area. It’s not busy after 2pm. There’s about 6 or more workers only 3 are making sandwiches. The others could use this time to clean instead of standing around and talking. My sandwich was made well but the meat was brown. I already was rethinking my meal after seeing the roaches and the dirty restaurant floor. This location used to be really clean. I’m shocked how unkempt it is now.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. As a gluten-free customer, I understand there are upcharges, but the staff’s refusal to accommodate a simple request was unreasonable. I tried to order a mini tuna sandwich on gluten-free bread and was told no. When I offered to buy a 'Regular' size and have it split into two different 'Mini' sandwiches for my party to share, I was again refused. It felt like the store’s rigid inventory rules were prioritized over serving a customer. I shouldn't be forced to buy more food than I can eat just because of a dietary restriction. Because of this lack of flexibility and helpfulness, I will not be returning to Jersey Mike's."

I've been a regular at this Jersey Mike's Subs store for a few years now, and while their customer service has always been satisfactory, the cleanliness of the store has been increasingly disappointing. One glaring issue is the lack of adherence to basic deli standards, such as using separate slicers for cheese and meats to prevent food allergens and cross-contamination. Unlike traditional delis in Jersey, which typically have two slicers to maintain hygiene and safety, this location uses a single slicer for everything. The store often has crumbs and food debris on the counters and floors, especially around the slicer area which aren’t addressed promptly. Due to high traffic at times, I believe it to be the main reason for lack of action. “See picture for reference” Restrooms are sometimes in need of attention, which raises concerns about the overall sanitary practices of the establishment. Given the importance of cleanliness in a food service environment, I believe management retraining is necessary to bring the store up to standard. Improving these aspects would ensure a better and safer dining experience for customers.

Stopped by here on 12/4 @ 5 pm. This kid was keeping on dirty gloves after working the register and getting himself drinks and would make customer food. Go elsewhere.
