Hit this BDubs on a bogo traditional wings Tuesday and they did not disappoint. Wings were excellent and sauces were phenomenal. Waitress did give us a heads up that it was national burger day but I didn't care I needed some wings.
It was a pretty busy night, but overall a good time. Tons of TVs to watch every game, including a few outside (not sure why they're still on during the middle of winter, but ok), and a pretty solid selection of beers. I would totally go back!
I just ate at Buffalo wild wings, it was cleaner than most places I have been! They also took note of my allergies which is huge thing to me and anyone else who has food allergies! The Waiter Mike was very friendly made sure we were okay and joked with us! I felt very welcomed in the resront. Food was excellent I highly enjoyed the food which is not common ( picky eater). I will definitely be returning to Buffalo wild wings!
Excellent traditional wings, hard to choose just 2 flavorful sauces, potato wedges seasoned perfectly, and Street Tacos made just right with the right amount of sauce and fresh ingredients. Take out service was quick and accommodating. Will be ordering again soon!
This place is great with friendly sevice and decent quality food for the price you are going to pay. I have eaten here numerous times and almost every employee and manager have been great to me. I did have an issue with one of the female servers saying some things that were not very nice and she acted overall rude but i still give them 5 stars becuase everyone has a bad day and maybe that was her bad day. Overall this place is very clean ran very well by a good managment team and it worth the price you are going to pay. This place is pricey be prepared to spend $20 to $50 per person.
Our waitress yesterday was excellent. I am gluten free so my choices are limited and I always have a burger, no bun. I do wish they would consider offering a gluten-free beer.
Annie was amazing! Our full team, along with family members showed up unexpectedly and yet she greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service. Food was delivered quickly and was delicious.
My favorite french fries! Had the all American burger and it was flavorful, the perfect amount of condiments and a healthy portion of cheese. My waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall a very good dining experience.
My favorite place in town, shout out to Jon the new manager (I know this because I come here so often) for doing a great job, being kind and putting customers first. He takes the time to ensure any customers’ concerns are fully and positively resolved and all of their questions are answered. Can’t wait to come back!
Once we actually had someone seat us in the nearly empty room, all was great. Unlimited wings and fries is a great deal!
Excellent service. Menu has a good variety where just about anyone can find something to eat. I decided to order an appetizer sampler as a meal and it was absolutely wonderful! We were there just after lunchtime and little to early for dinner time so we literally almost had the entire place to ourselves. Building was spotless, seats were comfortable and waiter was friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. A+
Came here with my girlfriend, it was her first time ever going to a Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was excellent, and our server Tara was absolutely incredible! To be honest, the spicy garlic wing sauce was a bit disappointing because the spiciness was overwhelming, so we couldn't taste the garlic. But overall a great dining experience!
We had a fantastic lunch!! Alyssa, our waitress, was absolutely fantastic!! The manager came out to apologize for our food taking a little longer to come out than they usually like, but we weren't waiting more than 15 minutes for our food. It was well worth the small wait because it was all exceptional. We got the house sampler and spinach artichoke dip as out appetizers and dang they were awesome!!! They were very generous with the dipping sauces. And our burger, quesadilla and wings were delicious. We will definitely be back for the awesome food and Alyssa's wonderful service.
Nice experience. One of the nicer BWW I've been to I liked this better than the Ithaca location. I like the setup w the big TVs central location and wall to wall tvs all around. Im originally from Oneonta and havent been back in 20 yrs so ota nice to see this place there and I chose it to eat out of everything that was available. The staff was very friendly. The host was nice and Davina was a sweetheart. Good experience and Ill come back when I'm in town. The burger was prepared hot and juicy and the tall beers were cold. Excellent meal. I felt very comfortable there and the seating was clean. It was a slow time so we were seated quickly w no wait.
Best boneless wings I've ever had. Waitresses were really nice, no matter if they were ours or not. Responded quickly and checked in on us every once in a while, but not too much. The bathrooms were cleaner than most restaurant bathrooms, and felt safer (had really secure looking doors that covered a large area), sink faucet sensors actually worked really well and soap was perfect amount of strong/weak. Overall really clean and the atmosphere was great for younger people because of the wall tvs. Prices were cheap too, got 10 boneless wings and a drink for less than 15 bucks. Would recommend 100/10
Excellent waitress. Excellent food. Good family time.
Mikaila is an excellent server friendly great hospitality. Went Above & Beyond to service us. 20 stars
Food and service were great. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of different sports and tv's to watch. Parking was easy + there's more park behind the building. I forgot to take pics, so maybe on my next trip I'll post then
Food was really good. Staff was friendly, and the sports atmosphere might not be for everyone but rather enjoyable. Maybe a couple too many tvs. But still an overall great experience.
We had an amazing server, and she was busting her tail to provide us with excellent service. She made the experience fantastic. She was clearly short staffed. We arrived, and had a party of 8 we're sat at a table clearly marked broken do not use. She came over and said idk why they sat you here and removed the table and brought over a new one like a champ. She was being yelled at by another servers table and just slammed. She is really a great asset to their establishment I hope to return and have her again! Thank you for all you did for my boys special day!
I had the All American Burger with caramelized onions. I highly recommend it. The burger was so juicy and Packed full of flavor. Also had the house sampler it had so much food on it. I was very satisfied with my server and food! Excellent experience!
This place is like every other Buffalo wild wings. Very enjoyable to eat at very relaxing. The food was delicious
Loved this place, for a chain restaurant it was amazing. We went for dinner and the were running a special on unlimited appetizers. Figured they would be small portions and absolutely not. Nice size portions. Also we could switch which ones we had. Mozzarella stick, onion rings, boneless wings, it was all great. Also ordered a cheesesteak sandwich the was phenomenal, a great beer cheese sauce on it. My GF had. Burger which she lived. Our server was friendly, courteous and helpful. Everything came out hot and fast. We had no issues talking, there was numerous tables yet ot wasn't too loud.
This location is like most other locations. The staff are helpful, friendly, and interactive. The best time to go is when they have specials on wings. The drink menu is superior as well. This restaurant usually changes up the menu options from time to time, and out a twist on the food items. It's very high inside, and a great place to catch some sports with buddies!
Great food and even better service. Our waitress was friendly and attentive often checking on how we were doing. She also offered us a small sampling of our choice of sauces with some free fries to dip in them. I especially recommend the blueberry mint lemonade.
Visit regularly. Consistent food quality and good service at the bar. It's not foodie fare but you wouldn't expect that from BWW but it is always a clean and cheerful spot, with a good range of beers and cocktails, and items such as chicken flats with the Asian Zing or the cauliflower wings or black been SW burger are good. Their dressings could be a bit less salty. Otherwise good.
Fun place to eat. No wings can compete. We get varying service personalities which is to be expected. The last time our waitress sighed when we asked for their hottest wings. When I asked her about it she mentioned that a lot of people order them and then can't handle the heat. Haha. We did and loved them and will be back for more.
There was good service and excellent wings, but the burger I had was dry and did not have enough sauce. If you are ordering something other than the wings because the picture seems good, don't order it. The server was friendly and got us our drinks and wings very fast.
Went for lunch during Covid. The staff were very friendly and professional and took care in following all safety measures. It was quiet during lunch with only one other table present but a typical experience for wild wings. Food was a bit slow despite being a quiet day, but was good. Parking can be a bit difficult when entering from the main road but the building is easy to see.
BWW is a consistently good experience with regards to service and atmosphere - it is exactly what you want in a sports bar/restaurant. On this particular visit we had a larger group of family and we ordered drinks, appetizers, wings, and sandwiches. Everything came out freshly prepared and delicious. The only (small) complaint we had was with the 2 Dubs Tots appetizers we ordered. They were both tasty, but seemed stingy on the toppings. We had a lot of tots left after the toppings were gone! Otherwise a great visit - 4.5 stars!
First time I've been to this location, but certainly not the last. Friday night and we were seated quickly, our waiter was fast, friendly, and made some great suggestions to enhance our order. Food was cooked perfectly, the beer was ice cold, and almost everything was a perfect experience. They could use a little more parking, definitely more napkins on the tables, and one less Aaron Rodgers jersey on the wall. Thank you to our waiter Matt, and the management, we had a great evening. Looking forward to the next time.
Service and atmosphere is always very nice. The food seems to always be hit or miss for me as the wings are either really good or so dry you got to drink more to get it down but things sometimes happen! Mostly good though! The selection is large and family friendly for sure.
The food was really good. I had a chicken wrap & a few appetizers. Our table was too close to other tables & our server kept having to squeeze through a space too small while holding the trays over customers' heads.
A Lil over priced but who Niantic now a days
This was one of the better BWW locations that I've been to. Food was good and the servers were good as well. We went with a large party twice and everything was served timely and correctly. Not always easy to do. One gripe was that some of the beers on tap were sold out and when we went back two days later they were still out but still listed on the menu.
Food was good, service was fast, clean, friendly staff. We got our bill without being asked if we wanted anything else. Then when we asked for the ice cream desert. We did not get what was on the menu just a bowl of ice cream and caramel. No cinnamon and brown sugar or nacho shell. So it was a 5 till then last course.
Food is good, wait staff ok. Awesome environment, kids friendly
The food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is what you’d expect from a BWW. Service can be slow on busy nights—I’ve waited an hour for food a couple of times at this location. That said, the servers are always friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Atmosphere is fun with many TVs on the walls. Service is mediocre and food is fried and standard American fare. Quite greasy all around. Service is hit or miss
Okay positive first. Tons of options for sauces on your wings and the fried food comes out very crispy. I really liked the tater tots that we got for an appetizer. I ordered the medium wings going by the heat index scale. In my opinion they were extremely hot for a medium. When our server came over to check on us I mentioned to her that they were super spicy and she agreed that their medium is very hot. I didn't really know what to do about it since she offered no suggestion. So I just kept trying to eat them. I only ate two out of the 10 that I ordered. The other issue I had that caused me to give a lower star rating is that the celery I got with my carrots was mushy and slimy on both ends really off putting. Normally I would point this out to the server, If I'm being honest I did not bring it up because she didn't seem to be very attentive. Update Occasionally the celery and carrots are still really gross it's hit or miss. The wait staff and employees we've interacted with the last four or five times have been great. So that's a good improvement.
The food was amazing and I appreciate that they understood a food allergy and kept my food separate. Good atmosphere, small portions, but the wait staff didn't talk to us until we were done with our food and drinks had been empty a while. That was my only complaint because typically they ask how everything is long before you are done. But overall I'm happy about the food and so we're the others who joined me
Food was good. Our one complaint is the fries could have been hotter. Our waitress, Lizzy was AMAZING! Had a smile every time she came over, was really hustling. Looked like she was on roller skates! She got everything right, very pleasant to deal with.
Our waitress Emily was great. I made the mistake of going in without a long sleeve shirt so uncomfortable with the air conditioning (even tho not blowing directly on me). My husband's sandwich was not as large as the picture made it look. I got soaked when the ketchup bottle fell off the stand and knocked over my ice tea onto my shirt and pants. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was very good.
Buffalo Wild Wings in Oneonta is a nice restaurant. The bar was clean and bartenders were very nice and knowledgeable. I definitely enjoyed all the beers on tap and the many tv's. The jalapeño cheese burger is the entree to try if your into spicy things. The bathroom was very clean and parking is easy. The location to my hotel was nice as well.
Service from kitchen was extremely slow, despite there being very few people in the restaurant and it being the early evening. The beer was not cold and the the Mac and cheese side was hard. We didn't get wings this trip, but the burgers were tasty. Also, the waitress called every single person at our table "hon," even my aunt and uncle...it was honestly SO annoying every single time she addressed us or come over. Gave us a good laugh though.
I ordered meals to go and when I got home, I was missing a few items. Manager was able to process a refund but still waiting for that refund.
Their atmosphere is why I visit. The service is good and relaxed. The sides are ok, but the wings from a "foodie's" standpoint really need work. My Taste Buds and I have ordered every kind of wing flavor there is to try. We have no issue with their sauces, but the way the wings are prepared is what we contend with. @Buffalo Wild Wings, here is a culinary tip-Try putting the dry/wet rub seasonings on BEFORE you fry the wings. This technique locks in the flavors to the meat. Then, once they come out, go ahead and sauce those bad boys up. Overall, my Taste Buds and I will go back, especially because it's football season and the atmosphere is good, but boy, would we love it if the wings were just as good! My Taste Buds visited, experienced, now you decide. #Loveonpurpose
Food is always great, service is hit or miss..last visit the waitress really wasn't paying attention to what we ordered. Ended up with boneless wings instead of the traditional I ordered, but..chicken is still chicken when you're hungry! 2 visits before that the waiter was way too attentive and appeared to have some jock itch going on..very unappetizing!
Had thai curry wings and a burger. Those were pretty good. Staff was friendly and good. Just disappointed that my first three beer choices on tap were out. Other wise I'd have them at 3.5 stars.
I like the atmosphere of BWW and will visit here to watch a game, as they have a great TV setup. They have a fairly large variety of beer on tap, which is always enjoyable. The unfortunate part of the chain, and it's not just this location, is that their food is not that good. I love wings, but when I want wings, I go to another location in town. Great for a beer and to catch a game.
My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was somewhat disappointing. I came with high expectations for a great meal but left feeling underwhelmed. To start with the food - my party and I ordered a variety of items from the menu - wings, burgers, and fries. The wings, which I expected to be the highlight of the meal given the restaurant's name, were smaller than I anticipated. When it comes to wings, size does matter, and these just didn't deliver on the size or value front. On the burger side, I'd say they were simply average. Nothing special that would make me crave to come back for more. The fries, though, were standard fare and as satisfactory as any you'd get elsewhere. The service at the establishment was another issue that detracted from the overall dining experience. Our drinks took a considerable time to be refilled, which is a basic service expectation in any restaurant. I felt like our table wasn't given the necessary attention and quick service that is crucial in creating a good dining experience. In the end, my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was more of a missed shot than a slam dunk. I am hopeful that this was a one-off day for them, but it's hard to ignore the overall disappointment from this visit. My advice would be to take some time and focus on improving the quality of the food and the responsiveness of the service. A great dining experience is a combination of both, and this is where Buffalo Wild Wings fell short during my visit. Would I recommend them at this point? Not enthusiastically, I'm afraid. They have some work to do to get back in the game, in my opinion. I'd say proceed with caution if you're considering a meal here
This Buffalo Wild Wings is beautiful and new. I've been here three times and the food is always great but the service is not the best. The servers themselves are always friendly and good but they're always understaffed and it takes a long time to get served. Even when there's not a lot of people in the restaurant.
I’m usually a fan of BDubs, but this location is kind of on the struggle bus. The service is consistently slow and not the friendliest, which is disappointing—especially since it’s really the only official sports bar in town. Maybe their consistently understaffed though?? Anyway, after a few frustrating visits, we’ve stopped dining in altogether. The food is exactly what you’d expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings, which I do appreciate, so we’ll still order take-out now and then. Even then, it can take a while to get someone’s attention when picking up an order. The burgers and wedge fries are still solid though! I really want to love this place, especially since options for sports bars are so limited here, but unfortunately, it’s a miss for me.
Big baseball weekend tournament and they didn't even know so they were unprepared. Half their menu is burgers and they were out of them
Atmosphere was pretty good, clean tables, open concept, plenty of tv sports entertainment. The service was okay… after we got our food we had to ask a different waitress for knives and more napkins. Food was mediocre, I ordered the brisket tacos w/fries and the fries were cold. I made the almost hour trip home and barely got into the driveway before getting violently ill on my front lawn. Not sure what that’s all about. Probably won’t go back for awhile.
So, let's start with the positives. The food was hot and cooked properly. The staff, although very young, was friendly and attentive. Now to the negatives. The booths are horribly cramped if you are not thin and many seat cushions on the bench seats are ripped open. 6 wings and six boneless with some fries is $18. Pretty steep. The platter was also supposed to come with a small container of coleslaw, but as you can see, did not. Although the huge dining room was all but empty at lunch, it took a half hour for the food to come out after ordering. Pretty bad if you only have a half hour for lunch. Now, the last bit is personal taste, but I had 2 types of sauces on the chicken. The Asian zing was in the middle of the heat range. It was tasty, but where was the zing? It was barely spicy. The Thai curry sauce is near the top of the spice chart. It still wasn't very spicy, but it WAS salty as hell. I had a hard time eating the boneless wings with that sauce on it. I won't be visiting again 😬
We have been to this location multiple times as a family and have never been disappointed until tonight! There were only a few other tables occupied while we were there but it seemed as if our server was very inconvenienced by us being there! We received what we ordered but the food was nowhere near the normal quality...bad Mac n cheese and barely any chicken in the buffalo chicken wrap. When it came time to pay the bill our waitress overcharged us by almost $20. When I pointed out the mistake, she was angry. She brought back a new (correct) bill but then didn’t come back to the table for 20 minutes! I ended up finding another staff member and the manager came to the table. When I explained the scenario he shrugged his shoulders. The waitress was rude when I was finally able to pay. I guess we won’t be going back there for a while!
Waiter was basically just flirting with other wait staff. Fries were stone cold, lettuce in salad was rotten and could tell it was store bought. Could tell that the food was just sitting there for a bit. And the place was practically empty. My first time here and probably my last. Would not recommend.
We are here right now. Have been sitting here with no food for 40 minutes. People that came in after us have been served already. Our waiter Matt was great. The kitchen messed up our order. Sent out ice cold fries, cold boneless wing and didn't have one order. I asked to see the manager. He came over I told him what was going on and he asked what he could do for me. I have been watching this manager the whole time we are here. He is just standing up against the wall watching TV. Every once in awhile he will bring a drink to someone. We come here often and this service is unacceptable! Our bill was $80 for cold late food. Our waiter was great it was the kitchen!!!
Overall service was excellent. The menu and dishes left something to be desired however. We ordered two American burgers which were absolutely delicious. Then we got to the sampler. That's where things got off track. The boneless chicken wings were as hard as rocks. In fact all the deep-fried items were hard enough to break a tooth. Not a place we plan on revisiting. I can get a good burger anywhere in and around the city. The $50.00 price tag for mediocre food just isn't worth it.
If you are heading to a Buffalo Wild Wings you pretty much know what you are going to get. However, here - with its close proximity to Cooperstown, you also get an abundance on energetic 12 year old boys and their younger siblings sugared up on soda refills and running around. I almost had my drink spilled off the table twice by kids running around (they were told twice by business staff to settle down). I did not see and adults sitting with this large group of kids. I knew what I was in for, so I ignored it the best I could. What I couldn’t ignore was the food. I ordered some boneless wings and couldn’t finish them because they were so horrible. Hard, cold- it looked like someone took the dry rub seasoning and dumped it in a steady stream over the wings. When the waitress asked if I wanted a box and I said “no”, she looked puzzled. I explained to her that the food wasn’t good and she did offer to prepare something different. I declined because we did not have time to wait. My husband told me that his cheeseburger was incredibly salty (probably a mask for having no flavor),but he did eat it. It was a disappointing visit (especially after the excessively high bill) for horrible food and babysitting 11/12 yr old boys. Should have went to a locally owned place somewhere in town and taken our chances.
The place looked clean, and the staff was mostly friendly. We were not greeted when we arrived, and waitresses stood around when we were waiting for our check. But our waitress was kind, friendly, and helpful. I had the street tacos, though, which were decently tasty, but I ended up with food poisoning!! I have been so sick since eating there. Never again.
Service was terrible. Our waitress acted rushed even though it wasn’t busy. Our family of 6 was there and we got our food at three different times. I was almost done with mine before my 2 children got theirs. Food was very overpriced.. won’t be going back.
My family and I went to this location around 3 pm. Was super impressed with how clean this location was. Unfortunately, the customer service and food was terrible. There was only 2 other tables being taken care of while we were there, so you’d think service wouldn’t be slow. I should’ve known with how crowded the other table was with empty drinks and stacked plates that service wasn’t great. It took us about 15 minutes to even be greeted by the waitress. Took forever for our one beer to come out & took even longer for the wrong food to come out. I ordered extra wet boneless wings & received bone-in. When I told her it was wrong, she said I ordered it wrong. I used to work at BWW, I know how to order boneless wings. Anyways, she comes back 20+ minutes later with my extra DRY wings with no carrots or celery. I looked at it and looked at her and asked her for extra sauce. She apologized for them not being extra wet. If you knew I ordered extra wet, you should have corrected that in the kitchen. During this all, she didn’t fill my empty glass of water or ask my husband if he wanted more to drink.
My son wanted to have his birthday dinner at Buffalo wild wings, and was so excited the whole drive to the restaurant. When we first walked in the door there was no server to be found, after about 5 minutes of standing there waiting I realized the server was leaning on the counter near the registers playing on his cellphone the whole time we were standing there. We asked for a booth and he seemed annoyed but pointed to one and we sat down. After 10 minutes of watching employees either playing on cell phones, or standing talking to each other and we still didn't even have menu's we decided to leave. Incredibly disappointed because when we didn't receive menu's my 8 year old son picked what he wanted from an online menu and was very excited for his meal that never came. Also, it was 1:30 pm on a Tuesday and there were maybe 20 customers total in the entire place, so they were not busy at all.
Our waitress was very rude. didn't seem interested on taking our orders. Waited 20 minutes for a beer. Finally got our food after a hour. She was rolling her eyes and had a attitude. Tossed our food on the table. At the end couldn't even split the checks right. won't be back.
Usually we have a very positive experience, how ever this time was different. While holding my son I had to get my own high chair. We didn't get our silverware until after we got our food. We were never asked about how our food was or asked if I would like a refill. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time either. Worst experience I've had yet.
Highly do not recommend going. If you wanna go and not be served and ignored . Our party of 6 were very patient. Waited for over 20 mins . Also heard the hosted upfront tell her friend not to serve us. Ended up leaving . Very rude
Three people at the bar and no one sitting at any tables or booths. It was 5pm on a Monday, we had to wait a few minutes to be seated, the host didn’t greet us only said “table for 2?” We sat down and waited 15 minutes, no one came over to greet us or ask for our drink order. There were three employees by the front doors chatting and giggling the whole time, we ended up walking out, when my boyfriend told the three employees that we had been waiting for 15 minutes and no one had come over to us two of them turned their backs and ignored him and one looked at him like a deer in headlights. Never going back.
Music was louder than necessary and kind of had to speak up to even talk to the person next to me. Food was not satisfactory but the server was very nice and comped our wings because truthfully they were gross and our food came out cold. First time at a buffalo wild wings and we drove an hour to get there. Manager didnt even come over to talk to us when it was quite dead.
Arrived at 4:50pm didn't get waited on for over 30 mins. We got our food around 6:30pm after complaining to the manager. They had no accountability, they simply said "it was a big order" it's now 7:15pm and we still haven't gotten our checks and she probably checked on us maybe 2 times. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend, too many other restaurants in this area to go through this trash again.
I have never been in a restaurant with this bad of service. After waiting an hour for my food they brought out cold chicken wings. My water was empty at this point and I asked for a refill which she didn't provide. Finally she bright the check with a lemonaid on the bill that I hadn't ordered. I'm very disappointed because I liked my Bdubs restaurant in Ohio but I'm very unhappy with this one
Didn't have the ingredients for a sangria and didn't have Shredded chicken for street tacos, staff weren't helpful should just close down, they keep discontinuing good drinks
the girl who was working charged me 45 dollars more. I left a tip of 5 dollars and she added zeros and the bank can't refund me because I don't have an account, thank you very much for such a steal
The waitress was no where to be found, they stack everyone on top of each other even though they don’t have that many customers. Food was nothing special. If you want wings go to the Depot in Oneonta. Burger king’s wings are probably better
Waitress was slow and rude when we brought it to her attention. Went there with a party of 4. In 40 min we only had a glass of water. Asked for the manager but looked like a line cook that came out. Never apologized just said ok. Never again! So I wasted my time in the restaurant and now I am supposed to navigate their website to give them more info. It was Oneonta location on a sat night. It wasn't very crowded so there was no excuse!
I've never left a one star review before. I've also never not tipped a waitress before. But this place totally earned both of those. To be fair, we had a large group (10 people). But they weren't very busy. And didn't appear short staffed. (5 tables seated, 8 waiters) Yet, we waited for well over an hour for food and then it was all cold. We also weren't offered refills once from the time we ordered our drinks and finished eating over an hour later.
Went in on Halloween. Was informed that they were short staffed. All but asked to leave. Maybe 15 customers in the entire restaurant. Asked to sit at the bar and hostess was pissed about it and I over heard her ask the server not to serve my party. Expressed gratitude and understanding to the server and offered $50 to serve us and was called obnoxious.
The waitresses saw that our table needed refills and never asked or gave us refills, it took over an hour to give us your food, we asked for straws napkins and never got them my table felt neglected food was ok but it was cold. Please do better.
I waited 30 additional minutes from the time my pickup order was supposed to be ready. With no greeting or explanation for no service at the register. When I ask the person up front if someone can help with the pickup orders. He stated “she is in the back and it is very busy. I informed him that myself and others have been waiting with no acknowledgment that we are standing there. In the end I had to request a refund. Customer service is no longer “ a thing.” It is really sad how people continue to support these places and they don’t give good quality food half the time and hit or miss with customer service. My family and I are locals who has had one to many bad experiences with this location. We will no longer dine at or order from BWW again.
Not what it used to be. I never post a review so low. The staff seemed out to lunch..the quality of the food has dropped. Try other local area mom.and pop places skip this place. Image below was to be pulled chicken tots. Very little protein a plate full of tots drenched in hotsauce and hot peppers.
Waited at the door for 5 minutes to be told there was a 20 minute wait. At least 50% of the tables were empty. Also, the tv’s were so loud I could barely speak to the hostess
We walked in tonight at 6:05 sat at the high top tables in the bar since they are self seating, the bartender looked at us multiple times, waited on the table next to us. We asked a waitress if she could wait on us and she did, she took our drink order and 15 minutes after waiting and still no drinks We left. They need more help, a second bartender or a bartender that can handle the bar. We left. Don't waste your time going to this location of buffalo wild wings. I don't blame the waitress at all she tried her best. The bartender fd the whole place because she can't keep up
Service was good food was fine but I have noticed past few times I have ordered drinks my drinks don’t taste like the liquor I ordered this time I ordered crown on the rocks absolutely is not crown and I watched bartender pour from the crown bottle. They are filling with low quality liquor. Beware
First time eating here as it what is very convenient to the hotel I'm staying at. Unfortunately these were some of the worst wings I've ever had. The meat was extremely chewy, it was almost like the wings we're steamed instead of deep fried. There is still so much skin and fat that had not been rendered I found a lot of them to be unedible. It also seemed criminal to only put 1.5 oz of blue cheese in a 2 oz souffle for 20 wings. Overall I think I just have high expectations for any "wing" establishment that has wings in their name.
If I could give zero stars I would. Never in my life have so seen a worse business model. On December 7th at approximately 9pm I placed an online order through the Buffalo Wild Wings website for roughly $215 worth of food(Wings, fries, etc) It was my sons birthday and he is a student at SUNY Oneonta, so we ordered the food for him and his friends to celebrate his birthday on December 8th. The pick up time for the food was 7:10pm. When one of the kids arrived at the restaurant they discovered that it was closed for renovations and there was no food being served. There was no notifications on the website or the Oneonta Buffalo Wild Wings website informing people of this closure. After getting a panicked phone call from the kids saying the store is closed we scrambled to call other restaurants trying to make other accommodations for food. The Buffalo Wild Wings in Oneonta stole $215 from us and has done nothing to correct the situation. I have call the customer service number for two days with zero call backs and I even emailed the customer service department only to receive an email back stating they can’t help me because the system is down for maintenance. Finally after 3 days of calling the customer service line I get someone on the phone and their response to the situation is we can have someone call you back in 3-5 business days. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I asked for a supervisor multiple times and the operator refused saying someone would have to call me back in 3-5 days. After that was repeated to me I explained that I would post my experience all over social media and every review website I could find. Miraculously all of a sudden they wanted to transfer me to the escalation team. This operator named “Mike” said he would transfer me to someone who could help. At this point I was transferred to Cameron. She listened to the whole story and said she has to forward my complaint to the store owner and then they would have to research my claim and get back to me in 3-5 days. Keep in mind each operator I spoke to was able to look up the order and see everything. What needs to be reviewed? You see the order you see the store is closed refund my money!! Nope, they told me i would have to wait for a owner of a closed store to review it and call me back. What business functions this way? You basically stole $215 from us and are slow walking correcting the situation. I will have this review plastered on every review site i can find as well as every SUNY Oneonta Parents page I can find. I have already waited 3 days to even speak with someone and now you want me to wait 3-5 days for someone to get back to me to tell me if they can refund me for food you didn’t deliver?? This is INSANE. The best part is they actually sent me an email asking me to rate my order!!!!! Are you Kidding me??????
On 4/14 we were visiting family in the area and we decided to eat at BWW. We preferred take out so my mom could spend more time with her grand baby at her house. We placed an order around 2 PM and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it wasn't ready yet which is fine, we waited. My mom lives not even 10 minutes from the restaurant so when we opened the box to see the 20 count wings we ordered, we were shocked at how dry they looked. We assumed it was just little sauce until we bit into several of them in both flavors. It was obvious those wings were either cooked hours prior or a day or so before. The meat was very dry and not edible. We threw over half the wings out which was a total waste of money. We used my husband's gift card he got for Christmas and it was a huge bust. We were sad that it was a total bust.
This was the worst in restaurant experience I've ever had. Our meal started off with us ordering, then the waitress comming back to tell us that they were out of 90% of the drinks we wanted, so we order our food she leaves and comes back and tells us there out of some of the food items we wanted. We finally get our food and not only was the celery rotten, but there was a hair in my salad.
