Nothing spectacular. Sonic used to be my favorite restaurant but this one has something different and I spent more than I wanted to. I think the hype on the hot dogs lured me in. Asked my friend if he liked the Coney... he said "Coney, what? You brought me a hot dog. What do you think?" He would have chastised me for spending as much on a hot dog. Lol. But the food is safe and good and the service is as good as can be expected. Nothing wrong. And there was no wait and there were only one or two other customers while I was there

Hamburger was cold but the fries were hot. How is that possible 🤔 this is the 3rd time that happens the samething. Bread was a little bit hard too . I eating because i was hungry or else i wouldn't eating. Oo i ask for a MD size. Looks more like a SM size.

Hi, everyone. I'm sharing my experience. Sonic!!!! I pulled up to the speaker and knew exactly what I wanted. I told the representative the number and how I wanted my hamburger cooked with no onions. She repeated it to me with a different number, and I had to correct her and said no and repeated my order once again. Then I proceeded to Taylor what I wanted to drink. At the end of the order, I have requested. She repeated on the intercom and got the order completely wrong, including the drink. I repeated everything the third time she sounded annoyed.. I got to the window and paid for my meal, which was supposed to be my dinner drove off. Do you go home when I got home and come to find out? She got my drink correct, but instead of hamburger, she gave me a hot dog. I looked at my receipt. Is she charged me for a hot dog? I was already home and I was very upset. So, did I go back? You guys, I did not want to voice my disapproval. So by that time I calmed down, it's my French fries. My soda was watered out. I threw everything in the trash. I paid about twenty dollars for it to be thrown away at my home. I guess I should do like everybody else and look at my food before I leave. What a shame that it has to be done that way, especially after I mentioned it 3 times. Hopefully, everybody agrees with me. That this situation is unnecessary.Nowadays we don't need any more stress than there is already

Edit: I spent the night in the bathroom. Something made me super sick. Random bread triangles were gross. Service was quick and super helpful. Tater tots are delicious! Chicken strips are amazing!! There were not a lot of tater tots in my meal, there could’ve been more. Even though there was a long line, they were super quick. No Apple Pay! Card or cash only.

I come to Sonic for their drinks and this is the first time I’ve been very disappointed. Waited almost an hour for 2 drinks and a burger. My “slush” was not a slush, but instead a weird consistency and tasted very weird and sour. The nerds add on candy was melted into the drink. And the shake we ordered was clearly made a while ago and just sitting as it was melted by the time we got it. Very disappointed. P.S. the worker brought us one straw and said she would come back with another….she never did.

Rotten and molding stawberries in my drink!! Heres the story. I got a strawberry lemonade slush and was disgusted by what I saw after the slush melted away. PICS for reference. There were rotten pieces of strawberries that had mold on them floating in my drink. If this is in their drinks I can only imagine how they prep and cook their food. 🤢🤮🤢🤮

I just left the drive thru with the worst taste in my mouth. Nevaeh is the rudest employee I’ve dealt with all year. She didn’t give me the right amount of change… which I kind of knew something was wrong with her behavior when she handed me the change. And that’s the only reason why I checked how much she gave me back. She was off about $2 (which isn’t much) but it adds up by the customers who aren’t checking. On my receipt it says I gave her the exact change ($10.65) (which I didn’t) I gave her ($15) which shows that she’s pocketing the money people are giving in cash. She then had an attitude when I confronted her about me not giving me my exact change and handed me my food and slammed the window… therefore I couldn’t ask for more condiments. Also the shake.. well I’m going to share the picture, because giving me a little dollop of whip cream is crazyy

I usually buy ice from Sonic because I like the texture. I decided to buy myself dinner. Bad decision, I had to throw it away. The food tasted old and disgusting. Never again! I should have gone to Cane's.

Soda prices are completely out of touch with reality. Was told a large soda with a simple flavor added would be more than $5. Absolutely not! This was an empty restaurant (no other customers) and I was just trying to quickly use the drive-through, not fumble with an app to "get it half price". Will never return to this location.

Waited 25 mins for 2 sonic blasts. Received them melted, asked the associate Jayleen for a replacement and responded with attitude "that's how ice cream is." Returned with our replacements and they were noticeably shortened (retaliation?). Just asked for a refund. Horrible experience

The staff do not follow instructions. I like Sonic but I will not go to this one. Honestly I want the Sonic closed down or hire new staff...

I gave them three opportunities. Their service is poor and you wait a very long time for your food. When the bag is handed to you via drive thru your food is cold. This is the only Sonic I have problems with. Try the Sonic on 152. They are FAST and your food is hot. I'm never going to this one again!

I’ve been here twice now and I just feel bad because these kids need work to pay their bills and stuff, but I’m never coming back again. The food is mediocre at best cafeteria food. I asked for lemonade the other day and like 80% of the cup was full of ice and the girl wouldn’t change it for less. She said “we always fill them up to 75% of the cup.” The only novel idea that’s worthwhile is being able to eat in your own parking stall and just order whenever you want. Just like they used to do back in the 50s I guess.
