We stopped by for a quick happy hour visit. We sat at the bar and had a nice chat with the bar tenders. They have a nice HH menu, worth checking out! We especially loved the Smoke and Ash drink $10. We also had the filet mignon skewers $10, 4 meaty skewers. It’s a great way to enjoy HH food without all the carbs!
So glad to have found this place! One of our best experiences around Orange and Anaheim, since moving from the Miami area four months ago. The food is great, varied and very well curated. I was also pleasantly surprised by their wine list and that they had one of my favorite Mexican wines on it. Staff and managers are friendly and attentive, and the overall ambiance is just right. We are definitely returning soon!
I recently stopped by this restaurant on a weekday for a late lunch, and I had a wonderful experience. It's conveniently located in the Orange Circle, and I was fortunate to find parking right in front, parking can be challenging on weekends. Upon arrival, I was promptly seated, and our waiter was fantastic, though I regretfully forgot her name, she was very attentive throughout our visit. Shortly after I placed my order, I noticed that happy hour had started, and I wished I had waited, as they offer some great deals during that time. I highly recommend the stuffed dates; they were delicious! If you're in the mood for a cocktail, definitely try the pear martini, it was perfectly made. I’m looking forward to coming back for happy hour to try the sliders. Additionally, the bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. Overall, a great spot for a meal!
Citrus City Grille absolutely exceeded our expectations while catering our two-day FMS event! With two long and exciting days of meetings and collaboration, owner Charlie and his incredible team curated two completely different menus to keep our team energized and satisfied. Day one featured an outstanding spread of Greek chicken and beef kabobs, the freshest Greek salad with authentic Greek feta, olives, and house-made Greek dressing. Their house-made hummus and tzatziki sauce were hands-down some of the best we've ever had! Day two was just as impressive, with their famous prime beef dip sandwich, homemade minestrone soup, and classic Caesar salad, all topped off with their decadent chocolate temptation cake. Every dish was crafted with care, packed with flavor, and truly restaurant-quality—something you rarely experience at corporate events. Our employees and suppliers from near and far were absolutely blown away by the quality and taste of the food. During long meetings, great food makes all the difference, and Charlie and his team went above and beyond to deliver a gourmet experience. Thank you, Citrus City Grille, for making our event so memorable! We can't wait to work with you again.
One of the nicest restaurants I have eaten in Orange County everything is delicious and the service top of the line a combination that is very rare to find this days...I highly recommend it!! I don't have a favorite dish. Like I said, every single item on the menu is very tasty!!!
Everything about this hidden gem is pretty great. The restaurant is nice and located in the heart of Orange (Old Town Orange Circle). They offer a wide variety of dishes, a full bar, and great service. Most of the food I've tried is very tasty, but my favorite dishes so far are the risotto dishes (both are very favorful).
My family has eaten here a few times. Since the recent change in ownership, is it very apparent that things have been upgrading every time we go. We’ve been in Orange County for most of my life, and until recently never really knew about this restaurant’s successes. We frequent the circle quite a bit, and finally got a chance to branch out beyond our normal spots. Most recently we came to Citrus City Grille for their Sunday brunch, a huge array of food with a meat carving station and dessert table. You can order quite a few egg dishes with your brunch too! Coffee, mimosas and bloody Mary’s are all bottomless with brunch as well, so brunch just keeps getting better and better as time goes on. The brunch offerings are really quite delicious, and there are so many things to choose from. You’ve got omelettes, eggs Benedict, chilaquiles, a breakfast burrito and more on the regular menu, and French toast, pancakes, crepes, waffles, bacon/sausage, prime rib and ham carving station, a cold bar with ahi poke and shrimp (among other things), pasta, stuffed chicken, fresh veggies, bbq ribs, baked fish, rice pilaf, roasted potatoes, and a charcuterie and dessert table! Absolutely well worth every penny. Our server Chris was incredibly attentive. My mimosa was never less than 1/2 full, our waters were filled many times, and he brought all the condiments/accompaniments I’d want with my meal without having to ask for anything. He also told us a bit about his story coming from Greece, and how food and family were always a big part of his life. He made us laugh on multiple occasions and kept things light and friendly the entire meal. If you’re not looking for a big brunch, you can order a la carte breakfast items or order from their regular lunch menu too. They have a private parking lot in the back which is a huge plus on busy days in the Orange Circle. We will definitely be back and ready to eat all the delicious food! I should have taken better photos so you all could see what the offerings look like, but luckily I got a few that have half-decent lighting for you.
I hadn’t been to Citrus City Grille in over a decade and I couldn’t be any happier with our decision to revisit them last week. Whether you have a business meeting or luncheon planned, a romantic date, or a birthday, Citrus City Grille is the perfect spot for ANY special occasion, or just a casual patio lunch in the Orange Circle. The chefs here have cooking AND plating skills! They have a fantastic Summer Lunch Menu - If you enjoy sushi, the Seared Ahi Tuna is absolutely fantastic and melts in your mouth. But consider kicking off your meal with the Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates which taste like a pre-lunch dessert, and the Saganaki (Google it!) is a table-side experience! For dessert we had the Grand Marnier Souffle and the Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake were Phe-NOM-NOM-NOM-enal! And if you’re feeling parched, you can’t beat their Happy Hours - Now through August 30th, you can get 50% off all cocktails after 12 Noon - I had the Penicillin and my wife had the Watermelon Pineapple Martini. You’ll love the atmosphere just as much as the service with multiple servers and the General Manager checking in with your party. Thanks for the amazing luncheon experience, Citrus City Grille! We look forward to visiting you again soon!

Just stopped for dessert and was not disappointed. Service was good, desserts were well prepared and the Irish coffee (while not the best I've had, did cap the night.) The only less the 10 start from our samples would be the creme brulee. A little eggy for my taste, and the raspberry sorbet. Little too tart though problem refreshing during a summer month stop. Souffle were good but I would suggest doing your own pour for the sauce. The raspberry overwhelmed the Gran Marnier sauce and the dark chocolate would have been better spread out for the whole dessert. Bread pudding was excellent, and the bake less chocolate cake rich. This could have used some of that raspberry sauce left over from the Souffle. Overall a very enjoyable time.

Excellent food, lovely place, loads of fun! We went for the Sunday brunch buffet and LOVED THE FOOD SELECTION!
We have been going to Citrus City Grille for over a decade. We love the food (brunch is AMAZING) and the drinks are incredible. We have never had a problem getting a table. The staff always try and accommodate if at all possible. Sometimes its great just sitting at the bar and eating. However, our favorite is sitting at their patio. The best part about the outside seating is you can bring your dog. :) They are super friendly about it and you feel like you are in the heart of the circle watching it all go by you as you eat. It really is the perfect location. We highly recommend trying Citrus City for dinner (or brunch). The Chilean sea bass is by far my favorite hands down. Bon Appetit!
I've been here once before, but decided to go during one of their weekend brunch on a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised, easy to get seated, not too crowded. Good selection of food, they had a buffet style brunch. Also if you wanted you can ask for champagne for an added charge. It's $65-$70 per person for brunch. Not terribly expensive but a little pricey, still worth it. Clean restroom and clean establishment. Fast and friendly staff, very attentive. Definitely will be back

Santiago was an excellent server very respectful very nice and the place was so lovely. I was impressed. I haven’t been there for a number of years and I really liked the atmosphere and how pretty the whole place looked will be returning soon.
First time dining here. Came here after a short hike at Santiago Regional. It was crowded for the there brunch special, but we ordered from the lunch menu. Nothing really stood out, but everything tasted good. The ravioli was a bit on the salty side. Overall, I would come back if I’m in the area.
They have Happy Hour every day from 3-6 PM at the bar or on the patio. It's a pretty extensive Happy Hour menu but it was cold on the patio so we ended up sitting in the dining room and ordering off the regular menu. The Flambe Shrimp Scampi were five large shrimp that they light on fire at the table! They were very good with the bread they give you. We enjoyed our pasta dishes and the excellent service also. Take a stroll around the Orange circle after dinner!
When I entered, I found a large restaurant that went all the way to the back. The bread and balsamic vinegar tasted good. The Calamari Fritti was delicious, and the vegetables on the side of the Gyro Pita were very nice and still crunchy.
Food was great! Liked the flourless chocolate cake and recommended. and tried dark chocolate soufflé, but not that impressed- but it served hot. Margarita pizza was great as well. Complimentary bread was okay also the complimentary sauce was okay. Ambience is fine as well.

We enjoyed this restaurant in the Orange Circle. I had a lunch special for $15, a delicious Greek style wrap with filet mignon. It was so filling I only ate half and brought the other portion home. We were seated by the window and they have outdoor patio seating too.
The food was pretty good, I recommend if you’re in the area. The circle can be a pain for parking, so I wouldn’t go out of the way to go back. The drinks were good, the service was good at first but then I think they forgot about us. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure how good the service will be when it’s actually busy, but if your in the neighborhood and like the food options, and you aren’t in a hurry.. check it out!

We stopped in for breakfast on Saturday...the Chorizo and eggs was good, the breakfast potatoes were good...all nice and warm when it came to the table. The eggs benedict was a disappointment. English muffin wasn't toasted, the poached egg was too runny and the Holandise was watery thin. We had a couple of Bloody Mary's...which were tasty. The service was good, friendly...but the music, ugh. Work on that Benny!
The Short Prime Rib was more like a Chuck roast. The octopus appetizer was excellent. Appetizer came with cherry tomatoes cut in half and a sliced potato.

I rarely write reviews. The food was ok overall for most of us. My brother ordered a pasta with mushroom dish, that everyone thought was absolutely inedible. My son will eat almost anything, and he wouldn’t even eat it.! When we said the food was bad to the waitress, her comment was , “ shall I box it up for you?” For a table of 8 people to not offer any compensation for horrible food is absurd .It was heavy, tasteless and gross.

Went here for brunch with my beautiful wife. We were seated, and we're not acknowledged for over 20mins. Ordered drinks, they took 25min to get to us. Finally was asked what we wanted to eat, and food took literally 30mins more. So far, 75mins taken up out of the 90min you can done for, just waiting for our orders. Food was not good. Server never checked on us Ordered another round of drinks and were told we were approaching the 90min table limit. Didn't care. Drinks took another 25mins Not sure if our server was terrible or all the servers are terrible but the food wasn't good, the service was the worst I seen. Waste of 100 bucks. My wife asked for ketchup. Took 8mins I will advise everyone to stay away at this point. Again, service was the WORST and food was bad. Jack in the box is better quality.
