Panera Bread

The workers were friendly and promptly cleaned the tables . My chai tea was delicious. The chicken noodle soup is a little too salty . I like the patio area. There is a flyer that says they are a Christian ✝️ establishment that gives to children who are going through domestic violence. That's great 🫂

Clean and friendly. Fresh baked breads and yummy hot or cold items to go with them. I had broccoli mac and cheese. My friend had regular mac and cheese. I like the added veg but the straight up pasta dish looked drool worthy. I think it looked thicker in the sauce. My friend made happy eating sounds. Bagels are delicious and the tomato loaf is delightful. Lots of easy parking in a huge lot shared with other stores.

This man with a blue walker steals the drinks everyday and pretending to sign in on a kiosk.

Soup is very good!!!! Kinda costly for small servings. Girl at register wasn't firmiliar with 'customer sevice' and I ordered a iced coffee and they claimed they were out, yet the woman in line behind me walked out with one ?!!

You would think that a half sandwich soup combo would be discounted but a cup of soup was $9 on its own. But it's very tasty

This was my time eating there with my mom. She liked her meal, but I didn’t like mine too much. I ordered the clam chowder and it was 95% broth and 5% of the stuff in it. It was way too runny and I got at most three spoonfuls of food on the spoon. Disappointed.

Service was great. It is just disappointing that "The Italian Combo" they use to have is no longer on the menu. Replaced with "The Italian Sandwich" it is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. do not order it unless you are prepared for a completely unfamiliar Italian sandwich. Sigh.

Disappointed to spend $40 here for 2 people to eat lunch. They have discontinued all services here, and have the nerve to keep a tip screen on their register. You get a buzzer to grab your own food and you get to bus your table after as well. I have no problem doing these things at a fast food restaurant, but I can get more food and a beer for the same price at just about any sit-down restaurant nearby. I was also disappointed in the amount of meat in my sandwich. Still great flavor, just no sustenance. It's too bad,I used to look forward to eating here.

I have always liked to come here, with so many good breads and a good selection of sandwiches soups and salad, the food is always good. My only issue tonight was the service, I guess the young lady was not rude , but really had zero personality, I mean in a service business the customer facing staff should be nice smile and act like they want to be there. Just leaves a bit of and unwelcoming feeling to have no smile no personality. I won't write off Panera, but I may seek out another store with better staff.

This is the first time in a long while since I went to a Panera. They cut portion size on whole salad, AND raised the price. Not impressed. Then to basically ask for a tip? Other than taking my order and payment, I served myself. The table we sat at was dirty.

These guys are a bit clueless as to what there menu and options are. My best guess it has to do with lack of training. But they also have some kind of attitude issue. It’s very unfortunate because I actually enjoy the food they serve. So 2 stars for the food and 0 stars for the bad experience!

My mother has regularly gone to this Panera every Friday and she’s never had anything to complain about until 2 weeks ago. She came in to buy their cinnamon rolls that have been priced at 9 dollars for 4 of them. But this time they were charging me 14 for 4 ! I asked them why they were doing this and they said they were raising their prices. When she told them that she’s a regular customer at another Panera on the weekends and that their prices had not changed, they said that it was a recent thing. However, the prices at the other Panera have not increased. We even asked the manager and they said they were not expecting that much of a dramatic increase as this location. So I’m calling Panera customer service

Very expensive!! "Choose 2" menu with a half a sandwich and cup of soup with soda was $20. Didn't expect that. Several people like Starbucks sitting inside using free wifi and probably only buying coffee or soda and taking up seats.

Their wait times are somewhat long. Especially if you are only getting a coffee. And they gave me a buzzer so they can alert me for when my order is ready but never buzzed and I was standing right in front of the pick up area, they looked at me motioning for why I was standing there(15minutes at least) I told them I had only ordered a coffee and then theyotioned to a cup that was not visible to me and said here it is. I was on my break, needless to say I am not happy with the service here. They are always this slow. And the coffee tasted awful.

It was $17 for a "you pick two" without a drink. It was a total of 12 bites of food. And a tiny bag of chips. This mac and cheese was over $7. Not at all worth. And not even as good as it used to be. Very disappointed... it used to be great value. Now, to save money, I'll definitely be going somewhere else.

I poured a Dr pepper and was assaulted by every flavor that ever flowed through those tubes. I tried again with ice tea and it wasn't any better. I will stick with water or not come back at all. I brought it up to the staff and they hit me with the "Trust me, I know."

Super busy today, so I used the kiosk. No big deal, because it's faster than waiting in line. Guess what I learned though? If you use the kiosk, basically do someone else's job for free, you are still REQUIRED to leave a tip. There is no option to not leave a tip. My food was TO-GO! No one took my order, no one served me. Someone got paid to take 2 minutes to make a sandwich. As a tip was required, I left 1¢. You already charged $13 for a sandwich. Pay your employees more and stop requiring tips. Tips are optional.

Never go back this store! Horrible management team and customer service. They said they do delivery online, but they don't hold on the responsibility for the whole order fulfillment. They don't contact you if there's no driver pickup and deliver your order, when you eventually find out your order has not been arrived, and tried to contact them, they blame you did not contact the delivery company, hello?! I never got any information regarding delivery, who am I supposed to contact with? Their manager is super rude and impatient, no apologize, just want you to cancel the order, and quote his word "we can refund and treat this never happened". I never see a big food store manager has such amazing attitude. SUCK!!!

Came here to get my usual order of the broccoli and cheddar soup and Asian chicken salad only to have learned that they took the asain chicken salad off the menu 😪 so bummed because I can't think of anywhere else that sells anything close to how good this salad and dressing was!! #bringitback #tryingtoeathealth

I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and it made me sick. I found what seem to be a piece of plastic in my soup. I will not be eating there again.A bummer because I really liked their food.

I ordered the new toasted Green Goddess baguette sandwich caperese $10.99. $1.00 delivery but yet I was charged Over $19.00 for one sandwich. Unbelievable Never again... 4/20/24 GOT the Scrambled Egg, Bacon on Ciabatta roll n it was$7.99 alone No Potatos No Muffin Nothing just the sandwich. They don't have Cafe Mocha the #1 Hot Coffee Drink anymore so I got Vanilla Latte $6.99. 4/21/24 GOT the Tomato Basil BLT n Bagette both had a short hair in it. Really was it in the baking of bread ?
