Oh, that's probably about the 10th time I've been in there, and it's always been good and the service is always been more than fair and friendly I like the atmosphere and I leave pleasantly stuffed LOL

Now this was a great experience and with a wonderful atmosphere! Similar to their Roseville location, but bigger and more decorated and lots of space. The food it always top-notch with fresh everything and a friendly and attentive staff. Lots of parking but sometimes it may get packed due to other restaurants in the same parking lot. Highly recommend and great for a date or a family place to enjoy a very nice lunch or dinner.

Blue Nami is one of our favorite sushi places. We have been going here for over 8 years. Greenback location looks ok inside however Roseville location is hands down our favorite.

Places an order over the phone and staff were friendly and helpful. The sushi was fresh and good. But the portions were small for the price. My one complain was the suggestion of the tips were very high. 18, 20 and 22% for takeout?

We went for a birthday dinner; the hostess was a little shocked because we were the first to arrive. They were not very quick to take our order and slow to deliver the various dishes. They came so randomly, that some of us were done before others had begun. The upside is that in spite of the party size the food was good. We will try it again and see how things are with a smaller group.

I really like the style of this place, makes you feel like you are in a maybe an ancient forest or something. The Godzilla roll is very good. I can only come here once in a blue moon, the prices are so high and I always leave hungry. Check the menu I posted for prices. The place is clean and the staff is attentive.

I've always appreciated Blue Nami for the quality of food and the service. I dislike the fact that every time we come (which is often), the prices are always wildly different. We've been coming here for the past 2/3 years regularly, and it's always a shame to see how much more inflated it is. There was a point in time where I felt like the amount we paid was justified but the random 5% increases really do add up and overall lowers the dining experience. Over the last few months, we've started coming here less and less and found alternatives that equal this spot but for less money. However, the food here is good just expect to pay quite a bit.

This was my first time at the restaurant and I was excited to try it. My group was excited about the 50% off section. The restaurant is in a funky shopping center near a Nepalese restaurant, taco bell, grocery outlets, and Ross. The overall decor of the restaurant was nice. They have a veggie roll section which i was excited about. A tad disappointed that they couldn't have any veggie rolls in the 50% off rolls. Order 3 rolls and a sake bomb. I was never brought the sake bomb. They did give us some edamame before our food came. After our rolls came out dinner rush just started and we were a little ignored other than for water refills. Additionally, it took awhile to receive our bill, a to go box, and our bills to be processed. Overall, good sushi but lacking in the service area.

I go and order Tekka Maki (tuna) and Sake Maki rolls to go. The clerk at the counter had no idea what I was asking for and had to get a manager who knew what I was asking for. I order and wait 30mins for 2 rolls that I paid $9.50 each for and got 12 pieces of tiny rolls the size of a quarter or smaller. That was a ridiculous amount of money for little bit of fish rice and seaweed. This used to be a good place years ago but now it's just a ripoff shop.

I ordered three types of sushi: Hot sushi and two types of cold sushi with raw fish. All the sushi was packed together in one box. When I opened the box, the raw salmon was already halfway cooked. I don’t understand why they would pack everything together in one box when it could have been packed separately. They only provided small packet of soy sauce for three portions.

They should make their closing time be 830 pm, because they are going to pressure you to stop eating and leave around that time. They stopped serving soda to our kids at that time and said last call for food was at 840. We got there at 8 and we're sat with a view into the back area. We asked to move and the waitress, Suki, seemed upset and told us no. The food itself was fine excpet for the mayo covered rainbow roll, a bit over priced, but with service as bad as it was the lack of tip we needed to give made the bill not so bad.
