The guy here talking about being stuck in the desert was absolutely right. We ordered pistachio croissant + cappuccino menu. They were out of pistachio croissants. I asked to cancel the order multiple times in multiple ways and languages and the only answer I got was "cacao". I came to Italy to eat pistachio croissants. Under pressure of the mean staff we ended up taking a donut. LIDL donuts are better. The milk in the cappuccino has worse consistency than homemade frothed milk. The size of the bubbles in it is equivalent to the size of the void in my soul created by this experience. I'm about to cry.

I have order one menu, and it came like made yesterday. Cold ( you can see in photos the cheese is not melted, pickles thrown outside the burger, everything is a mess. Napkins thrown on the Trey.This is McDonald's high class standard and respect. Lame. I have asked for some more salt, it took some time someone to look at me, and the attitude... ut this comments don't fix anything. Just try another olace fora better experience. And appetite.

If I had to choose between being stranded in the Sahara with only sand bugs to eat and no water and waiting for food at this McDonalds in the Milan Bergamo Airport, I’m choosing the Sahara. Could’ve gone and ordered something from all 10 other restaurants in the terminal and eaten every single item in the span it took to get our 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 pre-made croissants. Mc Toast is an inside-out bun with Gelatinous Cheese that jellified while waiting for our croissants because it took so long. Cold soggy fries. Do not waste your time.

waiting time too long I missed my flight on an awful day I endured the cold suddenly rain weather and manage to survived my sleepless days of long travel I passed by the traffic jam the train strike but at the end didnt catch up the flight bcz of a 10 euro burger they just give my burger with ppl who also order drinks and ignore me I lost my trip and all the reservations worthy of hundreds of euro were in vain :(((

They came from France, made an order they gave us, there were two big burgers, but they were poorly folded, it is impossible to eat, it is dirty everywhere, there is a lot of ice in drinks, I do not recommend!! It was very frustrating.
