I love this place! Everyone who works there is so sweet. They also cut up their salad toppings small and that’s just something you don’t see often at pizza places. Great pizza, always quick.

Friendly and prompt service. Always a good selection of pizza by the slice in addition to ordering ahead. Buffalo chicken, garlic, pepperoni and more. Desserts also available to go. This is the closest I have found to New York style, the kind you find downstate.

Usually I would have a disclaimer here stating that this review is on the scale of small town upstate NY pizza chains... But not today. This is on the scale of all pizzas (1000s) I have eaten all over the world. This pizza is the type of pizza that I love. The crust was light and crunchy. (I order well done). Excellent structural integrity. The sauce and cheese were both good in taste and in ratio. This pizza just happens to check every box for my personal taste in pizza. The staff was friendly and fast. This is a 9/10 for me. One of my all time favorite pizzas and I will be back every chance I get 🙌

If you want a pizza, they have it; custom orders and all. If your in the area, this place is a must!!! My kids can't even wait to get home before raiding the pizza box!

At Oswego speedway, these guys and gal were the only ones to help heat food for a child that can't chew crunchy stuff right now...10 stars to Cams for helping a dad...

Just wanted to come on here because I’m not at cams often. But tonight I went there on a whim with my daughter and I had such an amazing experience. All of the staff was great. The food was good. I had ordered my food to pick up and decided to eat it there with my daughter. Everyone was super friendly. We got our food. Started eating and noticed that every single person who walked in got the same great service we did. I wasn’t able to catch their names but the cashier had glasses and lipstick on. It was tonight Tuesday 10/3. Truly was an awesome experience and my daughter was so excited and had the best time! Just wanted to give them a shoutout!

Great pizza place. Only thing that's stop it from being five star is they seem to cheap it out on some of the ingredients and once on awhile you ll get put on hold for eternity. I guess you can't have your canoli and eat too.

Always a decent selection of slices available. Garlic pizza noteworthy. Also like their hot meatball oven baked sandwich. Friendly customer service.

I literally LOVE cams pizza ! It's hands down my favorite in oswego . 4 slices of pizza ($12) , a 6p mozzarella Stix ( 10$+) and 2 lt soda was 42$. Our mozzarella sticks were way over cooked and didn't even have cheese in them. Pizza was good, my garlic slice had so many bubbles in it that it crumbled. Just disappointed today... maybe next time !

We have way too many pizza options in this town. So, to stand out you really have to stand out. Cams is one of the top 5. The delivery can be streamlined for bettering the wait on arrival. Customer service not the best either. However, it has its loyal followers and holding strong because it’s dam good!

Service was pretty good. Food was awesome. But the price... wow! 2 slices and 1 order of wings with a soda came to $25+! That is a lot Update: the past 2 times I've been, I had to remind them about my wings. Very disappointed.

My $18 steak calzone hardly had any steak in it and it was kind of small, but it was very tasty. I feel foolish for not just getting pizza.

Very quick service, very polite staff, always. Pizza is top notch, always. It's my #2 Pizza in Oswego and there isn't a close 3rd. My #1 place makes a very different Pizza so it's a close match up and really depends on my mood at the time.

I’ve always been a pretty big fan of Cams across NY and since I’ve moved here a fan of this location. With that being said, it seems like my food always is either forgotten or incorrect. Today, (about an hour ago) I ordered a Cheese pizza and French fries with a side of bbq for my son. When I arrived, I asked to double check that the sauce was included. The employee said they would have to go get it, but then a second employee said that the sauce was already in there and it was all set to go. Needless to say the second employee was WRONG, and there was no side of sauce. Normally I wouldn’t care about something as small as a missing sauce, but the fact that I asked to have it double checked and confirmed (as mistakes happen) and it WASNT… that kinda sucks… :/ Edit: I added back 3 stars because I’ve gone back 3 times for pizzas, and my order was correct all three times.

Ordering online as a bad experience. The other went through on my end and was even charged to my account but wasn't received by the store so it never went though. I called twice and was told that to wait for the manager who was on his way but took about 10 minutes. At that point the manager couldn't really help me except to put the order in AGAIN and pay AGAIN so not I have to track down the original payment and dispute. Anyways I can't even review the food as im need to wait another 50 minutes but the process of ordering online was a HUGE hassle. I'll update this review when I actually receive the food that I paid twice for AND get a credit for the extra payment. UPDATE: Food came from them fast and was pretty good. No complaints there. It's a Sunday so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see how quickly I can get refunded for the first payment. Because the food was good I upgraded to 4- stars.

"Very Pricey" pizza and other items. I went in today on August 19th, 2025. Flies were landing on the pizza slices that was behind the glass. GROSS The quality has went down and the prices have really went up a lot. I don't like to order a whole pizza to go from there anymore. Too many times my pizza has been burnt on the bottom or those little black things are burnt onto the bottom of the pizza. It's too costly for me to get pizza like that. I'm disappointed I've been going there almost 40 years and it really is not like it used to be. Almost $8 for a slice of pizza and a soda.

I can't believe that it cost almost $5 for a slice of cheese pizza.🍕 Outrageous!😞 Not the way to fill the restaurant..😳 If you are poor, this is not the place for you. It should be lowered by $2. Times are not that bad. Even if a fat man likes to eat.

My previous order was pretty good even if expensive. I decided to try the calzones. They were ok but very little filling. A little soft going on sog under the points. I ordered garlic knots and they were soo soft/ soggy I wasn't sure they were done. I love the canolis but there any chips, I thought I added. Online ordering is a bit confusing. Honestly I prefer pies guys calzones, they are stuffed.

I went into Cam’s on a Monday night and ordered (3) slices of pizza and asked that my one slice be heated extra well. The pizza came out and I took a bite and it was barely over room temperature so I brought it up and asked if they could put it in for another minute or so and she asked me if I had taken a bite out of it (clearly there was one bite missing) when I told her yes she said oh sorry we can’t take it back; I said I just wanted it heated some more and she said no sorry once you take a bite out of it we can’t put it back in the oven. I said well how was I supposed to know if it was hot enough if I didn’t take a bite and asked her when that started and she just ignored me. Meanwhile the guy I specifically told extra hot never said a word either. I swear I have had my pizza warmed up there previousl because I am picky and like my pizza hot when I eat it. Is this a thing now? Why wasn’t it put in foil to re-heat or why not offer another slice the way I had ordered it in the first place?

My friends and I were in town for a weekend event and got to our airbnb late at night and needed some dinner. We found that this was one of the only places available that late at night. We quickly placed an online order for delivery. It took 20 minutes longer than estimated, when our Airbnb was only 6 minutes down the road from this place. There was no communication of a delay, which was disappointing. The food arrived and the delivery driver was pleasant to speak with. Our food was a bit lack luster. Very bland and the pizza sauce was way too sweet. It was good enough for us at the time, but I wouldn’t opt to go back unless it’s the only place open.

First I have to say that the young lady at the register that day was not only rude, but she was also extremely crass. They food on the other hand, that was pretty good. Although I can’t say anything is special about their pizza comparator many others, but it’s pretty good. Loved the garlic knots. However, because of the young woman and her unpleasant attitude, we won’t be returning there ever again .

It’s good pizza, but overpriced and I didn’t find it as good as other places in town. We’ve been there twice and found it a bit dingy for a restaurant.

Got Delivery. It was fast but the pizza was overcooked. The food was kinda bland. The sauces were great though. Prices are also insane.

I paid way too much money to get a pizza where the cheese was missing from half a side and it was just sloppy and poorly put together. Disappointed. Would be lower but some of the delivery order was okay. I get being busy but you can’t sacrifice quality if you want repeat service that puts money in everyone’s pockets.

Walked in, and the smell of rodents and urine hit me like a ton of bricks. This place used to be an example of amazing places to eat, but now it's an example of what not to do.

Pizza was fine but I was quoted a cheaper price over the phone and made to pay ten dollars more when I arrived to pick it up. Had I known two larges would cost over $50 I wouldn't have ordered. All I got was a "my bad" apology. Not good business guys.

Good pizza (I've had it by the slice and it really is tasty) at extortionate prices. Called to order one 20" pizza with two toppings and 20 wings. When the young man on the phone told me it was going to be $44, I double checked to make sure we were talking about one pizza. Turns out we were! Unless we're in the city, or talking about organic duck wings and wood fired pizza with fresh basil and pepperoni made from gently killed free-range swine, that's just wrong. Order cancelled. Cams must stand for COSTS A LOT MORE, SUCKER. Sorry to cut this scintillating review short, but I've got reasonably priced pizza to order.

1st visit at a Cams. $6.70 for a slice and bottle of Dr pepper? That's steep, the slice was a mess, the crust was so thin that I had to use a fork to eat it. Whomever made the pizza should make the crust thicker, it should stand out straight when you fold it, like a good NY slice

Took over an hour to receive COLD Stromboli. COLD. It's supposed to he HOT. Called and got a nonchalant young man who obviously didn't care. Will NOT order from there again.

You guys are usually pretty good but tonight I ordered a pizza, fried dough, a cannoli, a drink and when it all got here I had to remind the driver I had a drink, my cannoli was missing, and the pizza looked and tasted like a 12 year old made it (undercooked / super chewy and doughy, there was almost no crust to grab onto making the entire thing super messy because it was sauced up way too much.) For as often as I order from there, I know this isn’t the normal, you guys are usually pretty good, the only pizza place or Oswego Original that I really like in this town, but damn you pay for something and you expect to get it. Sorry I even had to do this, but if you never know, it wont get fixed.

They must have hired new people here because the service is now godawful and they have no idea how to make a pizza. Not only do we live, at most, 15 minutes from them and they refuse to deliver to us, but they can't seem to understand how to place an order. Dave accidentally put in the 2x my order the first time and I corrected him, but when we got the pizza, it was still wrong. We had to call only to be told that "that's what we have down." Obviously, that's not correct or why would we be calling? Ryan, the manager, was nice enough to give us a credit back but it really wasn't enough. The pizza we got was more 25% and 75% topping versus half-and-half. I'm not going to return a pizza twice and waste my time, but honestly, either train the employees correctly so that they can understand and make orders, or fire them. Unfortunately I won't be back for a while.

Will somebody please tell the woman who takes phone orders that regardless of whatever toppings you request on your pizza, it should also be understood that that pizza comes with tomato sauce and cheese? A pizza with chopped garlic and mushrooms doesn’t mean JUST chopped garlic and mushrooms. This is the third time I have ordered here this year and each time I didn’t get what I wanted because I failed to specify that I also wanted two of the three elements that make up most basic pizzas. Is this a test?

Lack of cheese on one side and pepperoni (one slice had only one full piece of pepperoni on it) as you can see from photo. Big pieces of burnt stuff all through the box (upper left, lower right) that I’m assuming was leftover in the pan from other pizzas because some was stuck to the bottom of the crust, leaving indentations which shows that the dough was put on top of the burnt stuff left in the pan previously and then cooked to form around it. $25 for a large pepperoni is way too expensive to have the end product be this.

Not great. Delivery guy was super friendly and it didn’t take long to get to us but the pizza and breadsticks were very soggy. Wings were fine. Overpriced for the portion sizes and quality.

Young red haired counter person was not just rude, but personal hygiene needed desperate work not sure she knew what handwashing was after touching her face and doing random tasks and then serving food. The pizza was flavorless, overcooked to begin with, the “Parmesan cheese” was not refrigerated and was obviously spoiled. Over priced and undesirable. You’d be better off going to McDonalds

My husband and I ordered a supreme pizza with no black olives and I got it with black olives. Don't get me wrong it's great Pizza after I took the olives off but its not what i ordered, and when. I called to tell them about it they made me feel like I didn't know what i ordered. It's all good coz there r better places to order from, and pies guys is not it either

Went in to pick up my order. Workers were pleasant. People were dining and having a good time. Took my pizzas home. Pepperoni was on top. Garlic on the bottom. Opened the pepperoni one first and it looked great. Opened the garlic and there was a huge spot towards the middle of pizza tbat wasn't covered by anything. Normally I don't mind a few bubbles on my pizza but there were two massive ones. The bottom of the pizza was burnt too. Couldn't eat most of it. Wasn't worth the 20 minute trip back.

Terrible- 3/4 of us got food poisoning almost instantly. I’m still sick.. $50 for food that makes you extremely sick. Would not eat again, something was definitely contaminated

Food came cold and dimangled, waiting over an hour on a Tuesday I am unsatisfied with having spent almost $40 bucks on food and a $6.83 tip for my food to look like it was dropped while in the box! Will never trust delivery from this place ever again! I can't blame the store but they need better delivery service!!!!!!!

This place is disgusting for letting their employees put derogatory remarks on boxes of pizza that you pay for. I wouldn't trust this place as a good place for delivery. You may end up with something in your food.

So, I ordered a cheeseburger pizza. So far, all I taste is mustard and dill pickle. At a medium pizza, this was worth $19.95? The aftertaste of each slice, is nothing but mustard and dill pickle – how is that a cheeseburger pizza??? Just saying.

It was the worst NY pizza I've ever had! Crust was tasteless, sauce had no flavor, mozzarella was bland. I've had cardboard that tasted better. Worse yet, they are overpriced and delivered cold pizza.

They don't let you use the bathroom. There is a "staff member" blocking the customer path to ensure no one tries to use the restroom. They claim it's out of order, which is doubtful since this has happened each weekend without fail for longer than a year...

Ordered our pizza at 8:30....was told it would be ready by 9:24....ok no biggie...10:05 called to ask where our pizza was...lady told us she wasn't sure what happened but she would make it and have it delivered....received our pizza over 50mins after THAT time...terrible service. Not only were the employees rude but after picking up my order, getting home and opening our pizza, I realized our order was wrong. I love cams but this time when we received our food, the boxes the garlic bread and pizza came in and the napkins and plates we got with them smelled like dirty basement and mold…. So strong and now we don’t even want to eat the food they put in the boxes…

I have been trying to call and order for over an hour now, but the 12 year olds they have there running the place keep answering the phone throwing it on the counter and then hanging up each time !!!! This place has gone downhill so fast it isn’t even funny. Also pizza is always tasteless and burnt. The employees you have now don’t care about the food they’re making and are incredibly rude!!! If you want customers and locals like myself to keep coming around, maybe your employees should treat them like customers and not like their parents !! Not to mention every time I do actually order it’s never what I order and the employees there never fix it or care about fixing their mistakes. This place needs some help ! Never seen a employee so angry with so much attitude that i ordered a cheese pizza before. We asked if she was going to have more cheese out, and she said no. All because they didn't have any slices and had to make a new one, i frequent this establishment often. 20 minutes later after i ordered my cheese pizza, she pulls out cheese pizza to sell as slices.

Edible pizza, but cold and not that good. Ordered medium Buffalo wings, got cold wings with no sauce. I tried this place last year with a similar outcome. I did call to complain, and I was told they were willing to deliver me a 12 Oz cup of Buffalo sauce when their next delivery went out. There are too many good pizza shops in Oswego to waste my time at this place.

Two hour wait for a delivery- second time this has happened. Was an absolute fav spot, last few times the pizza was cold, super chewy. The flavor isn’t there anymore. We will no longer waste our time for blah, pricey pizza.

Not a big person to blast people but 90 dollars 2 large pizzas 20 wings asked for extra crispy weren't crispy. Ordered 150 dollars worth of food for the super bowl every single pizza was cold and the dough was like cardboard. Wings weren't crispy like I asked and then the boneless wings were burnt. I get its a busy night but do better. Hopefully they make it right or they loose a very loyal customer.

Got home and my pizza was RAW and not even right. I called and was hung up on, then called back and the manager apologized and said he’d deal with her. Called to explain and the male working then started flipping out on the phone and said “well don’t order here anymore”. So I guess I won’t be. Like I said, good pizza, horrible service. They never made it right. As soon as I updated to a 5 star thinking they would follow through they immediately stopped. They just wanted a good review and didn’t care as long as they got it. The fact that they called me shortly after this review and tries to make it better makes me feel like they actually care about their business. They deserve 5 stars just for that. I asked for 6 garlic knots and they were cresent rolls like from the grocery store and burnt to hell. And the pizza does not look good. Uneven toppings.

Your Oswego location has “forgot” to cut my pizza twice now and both times I was told to bring my pizza back and they’d cut it, don’t you think this is counterproductive to having a delicious hot pizza? I was a huge bother by letting the person on the phone know they weren't sending out a quality product. He actually laughed at me for calling about an uncut pizza. I asked for a manager, I was told that she had new people and didn’t know what to tell me it’s really too bad at this point for me. I am a once a week cams customer, but will be testing out other local pizza as your Oswego location can no longer provide what is ordered. Then for the employees to not take my complaint serious and to push me off. I can get treated like crap at places like dominos. People come to cams because it offers a better experience, when your employees stop providing that, you are headed in the wrong direction.

I ordered an Eggplant Parm Sub w Fries and a drink for delivery. I was told that my order would take a hour. I called multiple times after my delivery time and was told "it was coming out" twice 30 mins apart. I called two hours later and of course as soon as my refund processed, the delivery driver arrived with the food, most likely cold as a stone. Couldn't tell you though, I thought that being lied to about the prep and delivery time multiple times and the attitude like me asking about the whereabouts of my order was an inconvience was not worth the almost $30 nor the time before my morning shift waiting for this food. So Thank You, Cam's! For insulting my intellengence, making me wait 5 business days for my $30 back, and for showing me an absolute disgrace of service!

I was a longtime, frequent customer, but no more. My delivery order was incorrect twice, so I called to see if their online ordering system wasn't transmitting properly. I spoke with the manager who was somewhat rude and really didn't care. She asked if I was looking for a refund. Um no, I'm trying to determine why the past two orders were completely incorrect. But hey, if they don't care, why should I. It's not like there's a lack of pizza places in town. Surely, there are a few that can get an order right.

My family's first visit and definitely our last. A friend recommended Cam's and we figured we'd give it a try. Went in around 4 pm and the place was empty except for a man and his daughter grabbing slices. We ordered a large with meatballs and extra cheese and three 20 oz sodas for dine in. Told by the young girl it would be about 20-25 mins. Sat down in a booth with my daughter and boyfriend. FOURTY mins later, the other counter person brings a box to our table. I realized there was no plates brought with it, so I went to the counter and waited...and waited and waited. After 4 or 5 minutes of having the original female clerk pass by without any acknowledgement, nod or even an "I'll be right with you", I finally gave up and told my daughter to eat it off a napkin. My boyfriend upset by the wait, poor service and burnt pizza went back up to the counter. He came back over a minute later (seriously peeved) threw a pile of plates on the table and walked out of the shop. Apparently, the original counter girl had thrown the pile of plates at him with an attitude. Long story short...we paid $30 for a crappy, burnt crust, hard bottomed, greasy pizza, three sodas and an attitude. (Don't even get me started on the greasy haired worker in dirty clothes handling pizza or the cook with the big, bushy beard without anything covering it or the chick with the long hair all over the place. Apparently, health code is optional here.) Next time, we get a couple of DiGiorno's for half the price and call it a night.
