Typical Dunkin...the munchkins were stale tasting though

There was issues with my Dunkin donut pickup order and the lady was very accommodating and provided above and beyond service including walking out my order to me when I was checking on my dog : )

The best of the 2 in Oswego to get ice cream, donuts, coffee, etc. The employees are “always” happy and quick to be helpful. The cup is always given to you with the lid on securely and the cup wiped off if there is any coffee spilled. I make sure that this is the store I go to when I am either getting coffee, ice cream, shakes, bagels or donuts. They are never frowning and are alway happy to be helpful especially when I come in with very large, aggravating orders, always smiling and always helpful.

All the staff on the west of Oswego n.y are very pleasant. Very fast service .The east side of Oswego really needs help.I stop out on east side twice a week and they always gets stuff wrong.West side I am there 5 times a week I need to stop going to east side.AGAIN I order large coffee with cream only.always put sugar in it,I have to go inside to get coffee the way I like it.....And they are not happy when I go in.Again they really need help out there. This is my home DD. Almost everyday I get my coffee here. So far...no complaints. Good service. Mostly use my DD app. Order to go seems to work good.

I've been stopping at this Dunkin for years on my drive up to the Islands. Has always had friendly and quick staff. Quick in and out if you're passing through Oswego.

The Egg on my bagel 🥯 didn't taste well. Had to toss my bagel sandwich out.😞 Iced coffee was good & the Hash Browns was good.

Never had a problem there and they always got my order right

The staff there couldn't be nicer and more helpful. I was up recently on a fishing trip and used my Dunkin' app to place an order. I read the app wrong and placed the order at the wrong store (which was actually closed at that time of the morning). Without hesitation, the staff at this Dunkin' said "No problem" and had my order out in minutes. We continued to stop there the rest of the week and were met with the same pleasant and helpful attitude. Really a great group of people there!

Use the quick and convinence of ordering online. It's fast and accountable. Friendly staff at Windows..coffee as ordered at my finger tips without getting out of my car and no hassles. Love it.

The Dunkin Midnight is a dark roast. I ordered mine with cream. The manager/lead made a fresh pot for me, which is greatly appreciated. The toast with avocado was good. I'll definitely be returning for my morning cup of coffee.

I go to Dunkin multiple times a week because I have lost control of my life. The staff are great. Like that drive thru line gets insane but they just keep cool and work hard. Dunkin employees are braver than most.

Typical Dunkin's, it was evening and they were out of the frozen and cold brews but the iced coffee was good.

Fast service and friendly staff. Sure they make mistakes sometimes, but always fix them and apologize if they do

My favorite DD! However the place is too small for the customer traffic, and they need to expand. Customers, including myself, have left because of the long drive-thru line, which many times, extend out into the road.

The drinks there are awesome! My problem is it seems like they're always out of croissant's and how absurdly priced everything is. I understand needing to make a living and what not but I shouldn't have to pay $4.00+ for a cup of coffee.

Love going to Dunkin nearly everyday. Recently I've been getting the refreshers which are amazing! My favorite drink it the iced vanilla chai latte which I won't order at the dunkin. They make it like milk everytime u like the other dunkins but, that's my only complaint. The associates have always been nice and even the dogs love going for their pupcups.

I just went in to buy gift certificates. The employees weren't the best, but it could have just been a bad day, so I won't be too upset. If I go back I'll update

Nice place for the quick cup of joe or a bite to eat on the road. There are plenty of Dunkins in the city of Oswego personally I believe 3 to be too many but "America Runs on Dunkin ". Good service quality coffee about what you'd expect from a Dunkin.

I love their coffee. The attitude depends on which staff is there. Some have very nice attitudes and make your drink extra yummy for you and then others don't care or don't get it right and have poor attitudes.

One of the several Dunkin' locations in Oswego. Not sure why they really need all these locations in a small city like Oswego, but here we are. It's fine, but I do wish there was more competition for drive-thru coffee shops here.

The service has been much better. I'm a regular, so it's nice to go in and have them greet me by name. They're in the process of remodeling the place, but still keeping up with things! Apparently switching to "in tap"!

Not enough people working. Waited half hour at counter just for 2 coffees. The counter person was doing both to go and counter.

Was not impressed with the vanilla iced coffee wasn't enough ice nor sugar donuts were good would have been better if they were warm.

I was there before 8am and it was only 2 people so there was quite a wait. But not blaming the associates

Listening to the workers complain I get the feeling they were not happy with their jobs. And they really shouldn't be complaining up front where customers could hear them.

Never have donuts after like 11 pm. They always seem to be out of everything. I work a night shift, sometimes I look forward to a snack!

Good food as you expect from dunkin but I go their almost every morning. I order the same thing every day, and they keep forgetting extra cheese even after I ask twice and see it on the screen.

Coffee was very watery to the point it was gross to drink. They usually get it right but this time it was very wrong :(

Just left, their emplyees are smoking in the bathrooms. My wife gets severe nicotine sickness and using the bathroom after an employee who was clearly smoking in there definitely doest help the situation. That's just disrespectful of other peoples health and safety!

Drinks were fine, hash browns tasted old and we were in the drive thru for well over 20mins. There looked to be about 4 staff but they were moving incredibly slow.

They did fine. It was slow, took a while. and their in and out signs and management was chaos. i waited 10 minutes for someone to drive up in the drive thru just so I could pull out to the main road and leave.

Poor experience on 2/12/26. When I entered I could hear slightly loud Latino music playing and the people that were working behind the counter were dancing to that music while they were working. I found this to be inappropriate. The rest of my visit there did not go well. The coffee that I ordered was made incorrectly, I asked for 4 equal sweeteners to be added but none were put in. I was not given the donut that I ordered but another type and when I mentioned this to the worker they gave me two more donuts but they were incorrect also. The service was slow and the people working behind the counter were not paying attention to what they were doing. I looked for the wooden coffee stirrer sticks but they were not put out. On top of that, there was a customer sitting there playing loud videos on his phone without a care in the world about anyone else. I can't say that I recommend this place to sit down and have coffee and some food. My experience at the drive-in has been okay but somewhat limited. I'm not interested in going back and sitting down inside there. 👎

4 days out of the this week I have bought a decaf coffee at 4:20 in the morning. It's disgusting it tastes burnt and luke warm. However if I buy my coffee at 2 in the afternoon it's fresh and hot. I think it's time I make my own coffee in the morning before work.

Great service, but there have been times I've stood at the counter for like 15 mins while employees just walked by me. Made me late for work and quite upset because I wanted to eat before going to work

Counter help is poor and slow somebody should STAY at that position not just leave to make sandwiches. DD is just plain poor on customer service and should re tool their methods of food prep, fancy Coffey prep time and so much more

Stop here quite often. One of the girls on the drive thru is extremely rude! Actually was yelling at me! Will most likely not stop here again! Never been treated so badly!

I order to go a lot from here and I ALWAYS find myself standing there waiting for 10+ minutes for the other half of my order and I do make sure to order 20 minutes before I even go there to pick up. Today I was ignored once AGAIN for 10 minutes before I stopped one of the employees and asked for my order since they can’t bother to acknowledge me standing there. Just to be told; “we don’t have that” WHILE WALKING AWAY FROM ME!!! well maybe you should’ve told me that when I got there instead of ignoring me for 10 minutes making me extremely late for work. Trash. Will be going out of my way from now on to the other Dunkin across town because this Dunkin has terrible employees who just can’t put what they need to first and they simply cannot tend to customers the way they need to.

Attention Emily please read this! Honestly I’m done going to this Dunkin, when I’m home it is my go to Dunkin. But the past year or two anytime I order, something is always messed up. I never leave reviews but today was my last time at this specific Dunkin (right next to ruby Tuesdays). I’ve honestly just had a bad day and then open my avocado toast to pretty much no avocado. most of the avocado was outside on top of the box and the worker tried hiding it with napkins and my receipt on top of it… so just bacon and bread and the bread was not toasted. Like come on. I ordered 15-20 before i arrived hoping everything was done and when i pulled up to the window i was told they were still working on my toast, no biggie I’ll wait as long as i have to for my order and for it to be right, and it was not correctly made. I’ve worked in the service industry so I understand if there was a rush or whatever. BUT I’m the person that just thinks if you’re working a job, you work hard, and do your job correctly. Im not looking for anything free or reimbursed I just wanted to shine light on the sub par work of employees at this specific Dunkin.

My family and I usually order from here regularly and have no problems, but this morning was the worst experience I've had in a while. I placed my order at the register from an older lady with long white hair and after placing it, she repeated the order back to me and the entire crew there got my order wrong. After letting the register operator know about the mess up, she proceeds to argue with me and roll her eyes stating that she never repeated anything back, which she had not done once, but TWICE. My husband orders an iced original blend and i order a cold brew. Two cold brews were made, and i was a breakfast sandwich short. The environment was very unprofessional, to say the least.

Customer service could be better. Normally when I go Stephanie is working, she’s absolutely amazing! When I went today, Teresa was at the window. She’s not very pleasant or customer service friendly, my coffee was absolutely terrible and had zero sugar when I asked for liquid sugar. I think I’ll just start going in to the counter to get better customer service instead of the window.

The mobile app sucks and they make it impossible to cancel your order or get a refund I have now deleted the app and will no longer order Dunkin unless I am there in person

I was traveling with my granddaughter who had to use the bathroom really bad she came out and said "Grandma you don't have to go to the bathroom do you it's dirty and the toilet is backed up!!!" I told them about the bathroom and all they could say was oh it does that.... I told them I plunged it for them No thank you from any of them!!!

Every time I go through the drive through the girl named Rebecca is always rude. She acts like she hates her job, she probably shouldn’t be in customer service.

Just went here lobby was locked at 3:30 pm was told at drive-through window the lobby is closed and they were not sure when they would be able to re open it they have a whole 2 cars in the drive-through well if that's busy then I want to know what slow is I wonder if management/owners know how busy it really is

I went to this dunkin at 8:20pm on my lunch break at work. The drive through lady's name was "T" I not only had to repeat my order 3 times to the lady at drive through, she got my order wrong. They handed me a hot coffee and i said I ordered an ice coffee. "T" then started yelling at the kid working with her telling him I was wrong that I never said ice. So I corrected her and told her she shouldn't be speaking to coworkers like that when she's the one who took my order down wrong, that it wasn't a big deal. She then yelled at me telling me I was no longer aloud to go there. That I was banned from that dunkin. Plus my coffee tastes. Not the first time this last has been rude to me.

Usually they have everything correct from the mobile order but lately they have been telling me that theres no food on the order and making my coffees the way that is rasier for them instead of following what yhe order is which is very important to someone who may have health issues! Putting pure cane sugar in someones drink who ordered with sweet and low is a big no no for a diabetic! Will be bringing this to someones attention immediately!!!

Service was horrid at best. Did not get the right coffee and it tasted burnt. The person making sandwiches was yelling throughout the store that they were garbage and they were ripping the customer off. He was also cursing in front of 4 different customers. Will never go to this location again

I was over charged for food and the lady named Theresa I talked to on the phone told me to come back in and she would either give me a refund or give me the bagels that she over charged me for back. I went in 6/8 which is today around 1 pm to get the refund and the staff (Theresa and another woman working) and they were very rude and claimed that I did not talk to her on the phone but yet she had me in her book. I talked to her on the phone and she told me to come in and she would fix the problem. I will be contacting the corporate for Dunkin’. I was treated with a lot of disrespect and even when my step mom came in to see why they were being disrespectful to me they continued to be very rude and disrespectful to her. The lady snatched the receipt from my step mom and my step mom snatched it back. They then again told me I was a liar and that they did not say they were giving me a refund. I wouldn’t even give this Dunkin’ a star if I didn’t have to!! I very much prefer the Dunkin located near Wal-Mart in Fulton or any Dunkin in fulton for a matter of fact! The only reason I went to this nasty one is because I was getting my glasses from visionworks. Their coffee tastes burn as all hell and it’s gross. I would NOT recommend this Dunkin AT ALL. Very rude and inconsiderate people.

This dunkin is a joke.I waited in the drive through for over 10 min and the line did not move, thought about going inside only to find 30+ people waiting to order. This is absolutely ridiculous. Whomever owns this place needs to address this issue. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment unless they have several hours to wait for a coffee.

They need a second window for you to stop at for when they get your order wrong. Because they do it every time. No other dunkin in the country that I’ve been to has been more inconsistent than this one.

This is my least favorite Dunkin, I will go out of my way to go to the one across the river, the staff is rude, they mess up orders constantly, and again just very poor attitudes. Over the past few years the service has become worst and worst, to the point I do actively avoid that one. The good news is I have saved money due to no longer going there. The one next to the YMCA is a much better Dunkin, go to that one.

New disaster every day. 20 minute+ wait times and the order is rarely correct. Twice they've forgotten to give back my credit card. As long as you're prepared to be disappointed you'll never be disappointed

They filled my iced tea with iced coffee. It was the very end of the night so when I said something they took a cup from the counter and poured old tea in my cup. Then the cup I had drank from they had put on the counter of the drive through they seemed to pour into a new cup. I really hope it didn't get handed to the car behind me as an iced coffee as I drank out of it!

First of all, I want everyone to know that I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts and have been for at least 20 years. I have to Dunkin all over the country and have the timeline on google maps to prove it. I Just purchased two 24 ounce tumblers at over $fifteen $dollars a piece two days ago and was told that i would get free and or discounted refills. So I just went over and inquired on it and the manager guy kinda sneered at the question. A coffee shop is supposed to make you feel welcome and cobfortable. This is definitely not the vibe you get at Dunkin in Oswego in the evening. The morning crew that sold me the cups were much more friendly and gave more hospitality. Being a little short changed I ended up having to split one cup between the two. On in Oswego does this sort of thing happen. I hate this town!

The workers were very rude to a customer in front of me arguing with him about what he ordered for the rest of us to hear. The manager of the store was unkept. The only difference with him was he had a blue shirt on. He did not seem to know what he was doing. They were out of donuts had a few muffins left It was only 10am. The restaurant itself was dirty crumbs everywhere on the tables the seats the floor.

This Dunkin is really inconsistent. They forget items a lot, have to be reminded of much, and don’t have the best attitudes. I’d leave it negative reviews for the taste of their coffee and the donuts can sometimes be stale

Bought two coffee just about half an hr ago hot vanilla swirl coffees ask for coffee cream and sugar they even ask to make sure and I got none … Not happy I get more coffees that are not good then are made right it cost almost 4 dollars a coffee, I stopped buying them for over a month when I used to go there at least twice a day I just don’t buy coffee I also buy food so I usually spend 30 dollars a stop that’s at least 60 a day there

After going to Dunkin and being told that they had no decaf iced coffee left I asked for extra ice and a larger cup to ice down the hot decaf coffee But apparently that was too much to ask I thought iced coffee was brutal hot and chilled but I’m no barista. I asked for four different types of donuts for my kids and she kept saying we don’t have any of that we don’t have any of that and I asked for her to read off the list of what they had since it seems like that would be the shorter route She told me they had a certain type and when I asked for two of them she said we don’t have any that happened twice. All the sudden another voice came on the intercom and asked me to turn my head twice which is ridiculous to me it seems like a form of attempted intimidation there’s no reason for her to see my face. She then proceeded to tell me what’s the confusion she just read off the list to you. It was rude uncalled for and despicable customer service after being told pretty much everything I had asked for was not available a little bit of patience would’ve been nice for someone who’s buying and paying for services they were rude that’s all you can say.

I ordered: two roasted chicken and pepper wraps, and a butter peacan latte with sugar. I got: A pumpkin spice coffee that was probably someone else's order, and the wraps were cold in the center(there is a review from 3 months ago saying the same, I guess they did absolutely nothing about it). I would recommend other Dunkin's in the area besides this one.
