Great customer service! The food was incredible! And I felt right at home. All the employees are extremely nice and know what they are doing. One employee, Zach, was extremely friendly, greeted me at the door, and we exchanged a really nice conversation. He was clearly very skilled with his bread and dough handling, and I’m hoping next time I swing by Urbane Cafe, I see Zach again.

I had a lovely time being greeted by an open door by an employee named Zach, with an excellent cashier who had helped me decide to eat the ahi tuna bowl! It was a delicious bowl and the corner piece of bread was absolutely the best. The restaurant itself had an amazing atmosphere with such a warm welcome and wonderful staff! I cannot wait to return!

Today I was greeted by a beautiful woman named Martha, it was my first time here and she helped me get to know the menu. The place had a great atmosphere with quick and efficient staff. She even checked in to see if I had liked my meal. Which was delicious, eating the salad from there made me feel like I could audition for Americas new super model. The ingredients made love to my tongue and it was like I was in that one scene from ratatouille. Overall 10/10 would eat there again! Shoutout to Martha

I came in today and was amazed by the great presence of the manager. He said his name was Chester. He took my order and had great manors the whole time. I left with a better mood i was in because of him and will definitely be coming back in!

The food here is amazing, always fresh! Definitely one of my favorite spots to grab lunch or dinner. It's always clean inside and the staff there are very welcoming and friendly. Chester especially is super professional and kind to every guest. This place is always highly recommended. Great work SM Urbane!

Highly recommend Cafe Urbane. Food well prepared. I had the ahi tuna bowl and cookie but no photo I ate it fast it was all so good. Ahi bowl came with nice warm focaccia which was a nice touch. Everyone there is friendly and it’s clean and bright. Can’t wait to come back and try something else.

We were hungry and my wife is plant base. Couldn't decide where to go, decided on urbane cafe it was 7:30pm they close at 8:00pm on Sunday we felt bad going so late but it was the best decision. ZACH treated us with respect the manager was so kind and answer all of our questions. This place is so nice it has really change, they have a great team. Definitely will be back and make it our first choice to eat a delicious sandwich 🥪. Best tofu sandwich.

I had the Ahi Tuna Bowl with Red Pepper and Gouda soup! Absolutely yummy. I love coming here for the great tasting food, kind staff, and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

They always provide friendly prompt service. Food is consistently great. Always fresh salad and sandwiches. My personal favorite is UC Banh Mi. My son tried their seasonal sandwich and he liked it. Don't forget the add cookies to your order. I recommend white chocolate crqnberry cookie and doulble chocolate.

The sandwich and salad were good, however for the price definitely lacking in chicken. Kinda felt silly the salad also Had a single mandarin slice. They were good about leaving items off for my dairy allergy and my niece was in love with the gluten free bread. Was definitely not happy that there were ants crawling all over the counter you order at. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the entire place.

I've always loved the sandwiches in this restaurant. I've had several. Always delicious. But today I'm a little disappointed; my friend and I ordered to tip sandwiches. But the sandwich is overdone with coleslaw and I could hardly tater the beef, it's missing some meat. Sadly

This was my first time to try this place. It will be the only time I come here. I was actually hoping to find something sweet. The only sweet item they have are warm cookies. Of which I did order a double chocolate cookie and a cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup which came with a warm piece of baked bread. The soup was not even luke warm. I took it to the counter and asked if they could heat it up. The young man said he'd get me a new cup of soup. He brought it out and it was the same. So that means they have soup sitting in a warmer that is not at the right temp. Should be 140 to 160 degrees. I took this cup back and asked if they had a microwave... they don't buy another staff member said she would heat some on the stove. She did and brought it out with another piece of bread. This time it was hot. It was good and the bread was actually better. So I had half the cup of soup and most of 1 of the breads. The cookie was the best part of that meal. I can't eat salads but wished I could looking at what they had to offer

Ate here a few days ago on a road trip with my parents and we shared a couple sandwiches. The chicken on the sandwich was kind of soggy and grossed us out so we couldn’t finish it. Later that night we all had bad stomach aches and that was the only thing we had ate that day that it could have been from. Bummed because I had been to Urbane years ago and liked it so I don’t know what happened.
