Shout out to Giovanni Jordan, AC service accessed roof of my townhome to trouble repairs and tech didn’t latch roof hatch and wind blew it open exposing home to the elements. The builder , Giovanni Jordan came out personally to close the hatch as I did not have a ladder high enough to reach the hatch. He came on a moments notice right before a torrential downpour!! Saved the day!! Now that is service and genuine regard for tenants! Amazing dedication and concern!!

Low grade apartment builder at best. Extremely poor to work with and beyond rude and unproffessional. The subs they use are of the worst quality I have ever seen. Don’t walk but run from any home they built!
