My wife and I came on a weekday and ordered an appetizer, main course, and dessert. We were served by Raquel, who was very friendly and professional. Everything came out quickly and was delicious. Generous portions and excellent quality. We'll definitely be back! 😊
Everything was great. Santi served us and was very friendly. We were a large group and made several requests for changes to the menus, but he didn't hesitate to accommodate us and brought everything to us perfectly and quickly. We will definitely return. The staff's attention truly makes a difference to the experience.
We enjoyed our food at VIPS. Reservation was very convenient through Google Maps. Round table is great for meetings with friends. Great variety of food and drinks, reasonable prices. Thanks to Pedro for good service (muy amable)!
I had the opportunity to have breakfast at Vips with a friend, and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is comfortable, clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a good conversation while eating. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food arrived promptly. The breakfast dishes were well-prepared and delicious, just what we hoped for to start the day off right. Definitely a great option for enjoying a casual breakfast with excellent service.

Had a great time, the waiter Javi went above and beyond. Dining here is a bit on the expensive side for a student who works part time like me. But I was thrilled with my first time here.
Very cool place. Tastefully decorated, cute waitresses, friendly staff, amazing sandwiches. My favourite place for lunch when in Oviedo.

A welcomed respite from the hustle and bustle from the busy city life of Oviedo especially if you’re from the US. Bright and friendly environment with good selection of Americanish menu items.

Excellent service, Javi is very friendly but the food is not worth the price.
You can evaluate expectation and real dish by attached photos , It’s a real pitiful semblance. When you pay 17 euros for a dish you expect something more, I will never visit your restaurant again and I will not recommend it to my friends.
VIPS Good morning I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service, of which we have always been regular customers. Yesterday, December 2, 2026, we placed a dinner order at your Oviedo restaurant, El Vasco. We waited for our two young children's dinner for over an hour and a half. When we called the restaurant, they told us that this was not their responsibility, since they had prepared the order on time, and that they wanted to know where our dinner was, that we should call the delivery driver, and that the delivery of our dinner was not VIPS' responsibility. I ordered the dinner through the VIPS app, which is the one that offers home delivery. The dinner arrived in a deplorable state. But even so, much better than the service we received from the staff at VIPS Oviedo - El Vasco.
