If it’s endless fries you love, Red Robin has fries we love and enjoy. The Garlic Fries, Steak Fries, & Sweet Potato Fries are delicious. Their Burgers are awesome and worth returning for. This visit was well spent enjoying our simple anniversary. I don’t recall our servers name but we did have her before, she is consistently helpful and on top of the needs of the dining customers. Every visit we had was pleasant and would love to return and try other things among its wide selection on the menu. This is a great location in Oxnard’s Collection Shopping Area. 🇺🇸👍🏻

Took a bit for our waitress to take our orders and drinks but after that she checked up on us very frequently and was very nice. Ordered the fish and shrimp duo. The fish was ok and I was pleasantly shocked at how good the shrimp was. Would definitely order this again.

Our waitress was nice and took care of us. The three star is for the manager not the waitress. However your manager wanted to charge me for a slice of orange instead of a slice of lemon in my ice tea. We will not return to this Red Robin.

At least a couple of things they serve are bottomless, including the steak fries (which are indeed not made of steak and instead are essentially the lovechild of french fries and potato wedges) and some of the sodas. The desert pear soda is beautiful and tastes very good, albeit a bit… chemical-y. The steak fries are delicious (especially with ranch) and decently priced, but they’re surprisingly filling. You can eat a single plate of them, not eat anything else or order any refills, and still be full for a few hours. My favorite thing I’ve ever had at Red Robin (as of leaving this review) is their drink Tito’s Fishbowl (and yes, it’s an alcoholic beverage). It looks cute both on the menu and in person, tastes equally as good as it looks (a must for those who love sweet drinks), is a little less expensive than I expected, and best of all, I felt AMAZING when it kicked in! The moment I stepped out of the restaurant, I felt like I was on Cloud 9. Still fully functional (aside from some mild dizziness), yet also fully blissful! It felt like I had nothing but clouds and romance where my insides should be (in the best way possible). I was worried that the drink would have too much ice in it and it looked like it did. They said that they could replace the ice with lemonade, but no more of the drink itself, so I kept the ice instead. I don’t regret it, because like I said, the drink was sufficient in more was than one (although I will admit I was left wanting more before the effects even started to kick in) I’m not as experienced of a drinker as I’d like to be, but I can say with full confidence that Tito’s Fishbowl is the best drink I’ve ever had so far. As for its flavor, it tastes like an oversweetened coconut with alcohol in it in a better way than you can possibly imagine. Highly recommend! A different day (prior to the day I first tried Tito’s Fishbowl) I tried the Sand In Your Shorts drink there. I don’t recommend it unless you like the taste of watermelon flavored candy and aren’t looking to get noticeably tipsy. Despite how large the drink appears to be, it’s 99% ice. Buyer’s remorse: the drink. As for their service, they have their good days and their meh days. No two days are the same there when it comes to how often the waiters stop by your table or how friendly they are. But the food and drinks arrive at the speed of light! This location is small, but not typically busy when I’m there (however, there isn’t literally always someone at the front desk when you need them). The decor, while not what I’d describe as fancy, is classy enough to make McDonald’s look like a stinky old dumpster in a shady back alleyway. And the music is great! A somewhat eclectic mix of country music, stuff you’d probably hear at a rave in the 1990s, and possibly some other stuff I’m forgetting. Definitely not for everyone and a tad bit on the louder side, but it just happens to be stuff I like at a volume I like, so I personally am happy with it. The “Reeeeed Robin! (Yummm!)” jingle plays a little too often for my like tho. It’s not even the tiniest fraction as long as the Daiso jingle, but I bet it makes the staff grumpy. The prices, while not amazing one way or another, are what you’d likely expect. Not awesome, but not too bad either, especially if you have at least somewhat of a respectable amount of money to spend. There seems to be a dress code (I don’t recall ever seeing someone working there whose not wearing a Red Robin shirt), but the shirts are cute, don’t all have the same design, and they allow dyed hair, cool haircuts, and I think I saw a waiter with ear gauges. All in all, this is a great place to go on your own or with a friend or two. There aren’t typically a lot of customers there even for such a small amount of space, it’s arguably peaceful, and although they don’t have many snack options, it’s still a nice place to stop for a snack (especially if you really like their fries). Their fries are the best I’ve ever had, and that says A LOT! TLDR: Order Tito’s Fishbowl and/or steak fries. You won’t regret it.

Fine restaurant for a better burger than a fast food joint. Served me a watery drink which was disappointing, but was OK the second time though. Chicken salad was pretty good.

I always have a good experience here because they are so willing to correct anything that is not to your liking. Burgers and fries are always good when your craving it. I always get the whiskey river, my husband gets the guacamole, and the bacon cheese for dipping our bottomless fries.

I had the 14" Thin Crust Serious Meat Pizza with a coke.The other person in the party had a mushroom burger with sweet potato fries and a water. I thought the pizza tasted quite good,and the thin crust had a great crunch.I asked for some tabasco and ranch for the pizza,and the friendly waitress kindly obliged.I could not finish the pizza on my own for sure. I took it home for breakfast.The other person enjoyed the sweet potato fries and the mushroom burger.They did say that even wrapping a napkin around the burger to eat it,it was still just a little bit messy to them. All in all the food was all good.I would eat that pizza again,as it was made well.

Service can be a hit or miss, we usually order takeout because we live closeby and just pickup our food while walking the doggies. Love that they offer unlimited fries, with takeout they can be stingy on giving them fries but that helps us with not overeating! Sign up for their rewards program and get free burger on your birthday! They also have other promos from time to time which is great for my budget

Update (4/28/21): Excellent service, from arriving till leaving! We went because of the Wednesdays $2.99 kids deal. I ate the same Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger, but instead of the fries for the side, I got the macaroni and cheese, and it was DELICIOUS!!! We also got the unlimited strawberry lemonade, Coke float and chocolate milks again. The fries, of course, unlimited. I just love it here. Can't beat the unlimited fry, strawberry lemonade, and coke float refills! Yumm! Must try the avocado, bacon cheeseburger, it was tasty. As well as the BLTA Club sandwich! The wings are also flavorful. I suppose just try anything on the menu and it should be good. Service wise, it's a hit and miss. The second to the last time I went my waiter was very attentive. The last time I went, I had to flag down the waiter many times for refills and it wasn't busy.

Greeted energetically & were seated promptly Drink were good. Ordered the new Desert Pear Margarita & the Paradise Punch. Also ordered the new Loaded Baked Potato Fries which were good.... nothing special, can't go wrong with thick fries though. Restrooms were clean Floors were sticky!!!! Yikes! Even the carpet!!!!

Been coming to Red Robin for years but have seen the gradual decline of it. Keep coming back because I want to see them make a comeback but leave disappointed. Service did not check on us at all. No offer for any refills and out bill was wrong. Took way too long to fix. If it were busy I'd understand but it wasn't. Sad but see why they are closing so many restaurants.

Been going to Red Robin for years with my family, good food and quick service. Really disappointed tonight. Wait staff spilled lemonade on me, total accident understandable, but when the bill came we weren't offered any sort of compensation. I dealt with being cold and sticky and uncomfortable thinking they'd be apologetic about it. I felt like a Karen asking for a manager when the bill came in full. The only thing they took off the bill after telling me "accidents happen" was the lemonade that spilled on me. I think we'll go to BJ's for a while.

My wife and I were there today around 3pm and at the Oxnard lication. Most of the restaurant was empty. After I got my bill, I know why its empty. $24 dollars for a one person pizza. My wife's sandwich was $17.00, no sides. So she wanted onion rings, and $4:00 for a handful less than 5 onion rings a dollar a piece?? RIDICULOUS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP IN A RED ROBIN. NOT WORTH IT! $64. not including tip. NO WONDER YOUR RESTAURANT IS EMPTY.

Red Robin used to be pretty good. Today wasn't that day. When we came in and seated, we weren't offered flatware, or water, or napkins. We asked for ice water, silverware, and napkins with our order, they never came. The food was lukewarm. I was sad, Red Robin used to be good. My friend wasn't impressed. The restaurant wasn't as clean as we remembered. All of the staff had really long, pointy pressed on nails. They were friendly enough, but didn't bring the things we requested. They seemed preoccupied and a little scattered. We were bummed, we payed a lot $15.89 a burger, for very little enjoyment or service.
