I LOVE the $6 Combos. Best Deal, Best Quality! I wish they would do one that includes a small chili! They also have cookies for .99¢ . If they were to be open 24 hrs Oh Man! That would deserve a 6th Star! :)

Great customer service. It gets really busy and the drive thru lines can get hectic but it's perfectly fast. The inside seating is also empty ish when the lines outside is long.

Wendy's is always a great visit. You can't beat the prices for a quick meal. Especially the frosty with french fries.. the Sawsome fries are a must.
Recently renovated, still small and is designed with drive thru in mind. But food is amazing and service is on point.
I could eat Wendy's at least three times a week what's not to like it's fresh it's good I think I tried almost everything on the menu and I would do it again

Nice chain restaurant with all the standard offerings that made this brand famous. They do a lot of business in their drive-thru, but we've eaten inside several times. One really good thing about the drive-thru is that when you pull-out, you can go straight ahead, down a short street and get on either Gonzalez or access the 101, even during peak-traffic times. The area does see a fair amount of homelessness but the restaurant is kept clean and it feels safe eating here.
I love Wendy's sooo much 🤩. The food is great, customer service is good and the food also doesn't take very long to come out. Almost Infinite refills on drinks (they will probably stop you after 500 refills.)
came here on Father's day since this was one of the kids dads favorite spots and this was their 1st fathers day without him
Dave Thompson had a grand opening in Covina you know he learn from KFC and the chili is just like grandmother Dorothy but I did know my name was Wendy since grandmother Dorothy was the Disney in the Duncan of brother Donald Duncan or Douglas or Hunt you best ketchup cause I'm going keep on trucking like Kansas city cheifs cause we know already know how to be both in Texas after all Howard Hughes was more like it and royalty is the name of game keeping up with the Edward's of London of too bad the sapphire was taken by the Quiznos of oxnard family because there gonna be sorry on that ring of interest piece of pye and they wells might be inheap of trouble and end up in a Hearst on the way back to deported of all there angels are Diablo and they will paythe price of prison of long time .
Went there at 5:45 on a Tuesday. Not only was the service excellent but it was fast and my food was fresh. I hope it's like that everyday awesome job!!!
At Wendys you are guaranteed to love the fresh and juicy burgers. The strawberry frosty is amazing. I only have reservations of the American cheese and if it is actually real. So I do not order cheeseburgers, I take my burger home and add Kraft Singles, it gets no better than that!
This Wendy's has a coca cola freestyle machine, which is a big plus and the reason we went here instead of another location. All the food was good to! Good burgers with good lettuce and not soaked in condiments. Quick service as well. One of the better Wendy's I've been to, so I recommend.

What a wonderful experience thanks to the Manager and Shift Lead at Wendy's in the city of Oxnard off Rose Avenue. I enjoyed my dinner tonight and I was so thankful for the service and how polite Michelle (on site shift lead) ~ 9-28-2023 ~ 6:50 P.M. Had given me, I just had to leave a all the way around 5STAR Review. Really great place and I'll definitely be recommending this location to all my friends and family. i did a mobile order and when i got my order my nuggets were freshly made and steamy hot. best nuggets i have ever had. and the lady was also really nice :)
I had a very good experience here. The person taking my order had a great attitude and genuinely wanted to help. The restaurant seemed clean and cozy. Our food was made to perfection; especially the fries. I will come here again.
As always Wendy's chicken sandwich hits the spot. I prefer it better than their parking lot neighbor.

Great Wendy’s experience! SUPER friendly staff. Solid team working efficiently to get orders correct and get them out. Not normally a fast food person, but we were in a pinch, and we were not disappointed. We happened to have had a coupon in a Valupak and it was easily applied. Also, the Caramel Crunch Frosty is off the rails good.

Decent Wendy's like any other. Convenient location with easy access to and from the freeway. Food has always been good with no issues.
4 Only because of the drive thru parking area. Love 4 for 4 can never go wrong with that.... and sauces for our dipping pleasure yummy... Sorry no picture this time

I tried their new 🍟 fries. Very tasty. My go to is always a Dave's double. I'm never disappointed. It's hot, fresh, the way I want it. Always followed by a small chocolate frosty!
This Wendy's is in a convinet location, the restaurant was clean, service was fast, and the employee's were friendly. The food was hot. I prefer to have access to the soda fountain and this location does not have one available to customers. To get a refill you have to wait in line, not so convient when your in a hurry and it's lunch hour.
I came in, and ordered the 444, and got the wrap done vegetarian style. Very tasty, although it would have been a 5 star visit if perhaps there was a way I could switch out the chicken nuggets for something vegetarian perhaps.
Wendy's is a pretty good for a fast food chain . Wendy's is a good chain because the food is cheap. The tru reason as to why it's so good is the low price, good food, and the convenience of ordering the food. These factor make a great fast food chain. My favorite thing to order is the spicy chicken nuggets

The bathrooms dirty, toilet seats wet and even the toilet seat covers were wet, all of them! Unfortunate. Clean environment while eating helps a lot. Maybe drive-thru is the way to do this Wendy’s.
I gave them 3 stars because I found hair in the food I ordered, I decided to go into the store, no one has on hair nets. The girls there have long hair up in a messy bun. Please change this. especially working with food while having a lot of hair.It should be covered.

Their food is delicious with exception of fries, this had been the third time I've come and they're refried thus they appear dark yellow and soggy. I suggest you fry smaller quantities that way they stay fresh.

Been to this location 3 or 4 times now as it's near my work. Employees are not very friendly and something is always missing. Update: decided to give them one more chance before never going there again. Ordered on the app from my work 10 min away. Got to the drive thru and the young lady on the other end wanted to argue that my order was not received. Told here I was coming to the window and bam! It was the same person who always gives attitude (Gabby I was told) she wanted to argue with me even with me showing her my order and that it was paid for. She turned looked at a screen and said I just ordered it 11 sec ago. And walked away. The manager came over and asked me to pull to the front and she would bring my order. I WILL NEVER give this location my business again. They need to stop hiring kids with attitude and maybe they can keep loyal customers.
There is hardly anyone at the restaurant. I waited 5 minutes to take an order, and at 12:30, they still had half the breakfast menu on display. I have come here in the past with similar experiences. The employees just don't seem to care. Now I know why everyone wants to go to Chick-Fil-A. I feel bad for the business owner.

This place is filthy inside..they literally have 'wet floors signs out and its not even swept up. God knows the last time they cleaned the soda machine..they get 2 stars for being nice or else it would be 1

This is the second time I’ve ordered and specifically asked for NO cheese and yet I end up with cheese. Today I sat at the Qi Dow over 5 minutes and they still didn’t get my order right. They tried handing me a different order with several bags after I said that’s not my order they asked me three times AT the window what my order was. Is it too much to ask after waiting that long to expect no cheese??? Idk how much they are paying thier workers but IMO it’s too much !!!! I gave two stars because I got the right fries and frosty
Staff didn't pay attention to the special notes on the order requesting no mayonnaise. Had to take my burger back and have it remade. Also, the restaurant was dirty with trash and food on the floor. Lastly, prices were expensive for fast food. Over $32 for two people to eat lunch
Ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag on the app and whoever made it got all my toppings correct and threw on a crispy chicken patty instead of a damn burger patty. What? Phone won't pick up when I call.
My experience in this restaurant was very poor they unavailable to give me my food and my refund the nigth manager a young woman, can't resolve easy problems for costumers. They maintenance the wendy's restaurant in insane conditions the restaurant is very dirty, floor so greasy and sticky went you walk inside. In kitchen they have a dirty floor and grease.

This here Wendy's has a very Bad reputation (Hazardous in cleanliness of serving customers beverages & food preparation; drain sink plug seen in clear plastic cup drink upon purchase from friend.
The manager has no managerial skills. One register open and long lines. The associates don't know what they are doing.
I don't understand the point of a 'Dine-In' option for mobile orders if they're just going to put it in a damn bag every single time.
Since the mandate during the hardest hit months, was lifted, for some reason they think it's ok to just shut down the dining in portion of the restaurant. From my experience there is no set time that this happens, just randomly. I dont drive and it is jacked up that they do this because all I want to do is get food to go anyways but they tell me I can go (walk) thru the drive thru when there are no people waiting outside. Either have a dining room or don't.
I can believe my eyes, @ drive thru I told cashier my hamburger plains and no cheese. When I got home their cheese on my hamburger. I drove my car to wendy and went inside wait a person to talk. A lady came talk to me . She say how I help you, I explain what going on. She told the cook remake my order but she didn’t say O I’m Sorry about or something. Is how you treat your customer.

I just came home from the drive thru I was not given 1 hamburger and chicken nuggets and no receipt. I don’t live near by Wendy’s so I couldn’t just drive back. I called and no one answered. Is this how Wendy’s makes their money by charging for a meal and don’t provide it to the customer. I know no one there cares but maybe the president of Wendy’s will read this and make some changes. I went through the drive through today and ordered a # 9 a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and 2 bacon nator fries and a extra 10 piece. I get my order they forgot the fry for the #9 then I get all the way home to Fillmore and theres only one bacon nator fry . What the heck. I work across the street and come almost everyday for a 5 dollar biggie box. I ask for extra ketchup and mayo every single time out of ten times of gotten it twice. It's very hard for me to eat a dry burger and it kinda ruins it. Dont have many choices during covid 19 but how hard is it to add ketchup and mayo. I literally got no sauces this time ussually you get one or two ketchups. Plus I have fries and chicken nuggets. I have to eat then dry everytime. What do I have to do to get ketchup and mayo.
They let you order online tell you there open till midnight but close 30 minutes early and there’s people working but they won’t come to window to help you I don’t understand
Not only did their prices go up, but their burgers and sandwiches got WAY smaller. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and it was tiny and nasty at almost five dollars. Burger King gives you 2 for that price, and much larger plus taste WAY BETTER. NO MORE Wendys for me. I used to be a regular customer. Shame on you Wendys.
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed about this incident. The works are rude I ordered four meal so I had four drinks and I asked for a cup holder, the lady at the window said there’s no more with an attitude. Her name was Natalie. Then I asked for manager she replied as “WHAT” instead of asking how can I help you. Then I explained to her I need a cup holder for my drinks, then she hands me a cup holder and walked away. Then after that another worker there was taking saying that we’re asking for to many things and told us to park and wait for one last item. I am never returning here and the food wasn’t even good the fry’s were soggy and not even warm. I don’t ever recommend eating here and especially going through the drive through.

The nuggets are now bite sized. The fries are cold and the person taking the order has to be told at least 3 times before they get it right. And the female manager likes to refuse giving the key tag frosties because it’s an inconvenience for her. Worst Wendy’s around.
Ordered 2 double stackers and fries everything cold. I was expecting fresh hot Pattie’s but not even close. Quality is not their recipe.
First of let me start of with the customer service the person who attended our order Diego sounded like he didn’t wanna place the order didn’t care about customer service at all, food was cold order was incomplete went back to ask for the rest of my order management looked irritated and unpleased maybe Lack of worker help, all I wanted was a warm meal spent almost 50$ just to get medium temperature food with stale fries, people can really get sick if food isn’t cooked right
Only one other car infront of me. 10+ minutes just to pay and wait 5+ mins, just to receive cold food. No apologies for the wait. Will be contacting the bank for a refund.
Drive through girls communication is beyond slow she asked 3x what I wanted..
I’m appalled with the way my partner and I were treated. Upon pulling up to the drive through they had the car waiting for 8 minutes plus however long they were there before we arrived, then when we pulled up they took another 5 minutes to even say anything to us. When asking how they could help us, I stated I had a mobile pick up, I could barely here her mumble “pull to the window.” I told her I needed to make a few modifications and was told they can’t make changes to mobile orders. I told her it was for a dietary restriction as my partner can’t have wheat and then am told again, rudely, that they can’t modify mobile orders. At other locations we always order his burger lettuce wrapped and it has NEVER been a problem. I asked if the orders are started when we arrive because if they’re started when we arrive, they can easily tell the kitchen to wrap it in lettuce. They then tell us “even if it’s a dietary restriction we can’t make change your order.” I’m disgusted. Had to cancel the entire order because of how disgusting their attitudes were and what’s the point of still ordering if my partner can’t enjoy his food? They should be ashamed of themselves.
I hate wasting money! I went through the drive-through at 7:45 PM Wednesday evening April 5th. I ordered 10 piece regular chicken nuggets cheeseburger and a large chili with cheese. When I pulled up to the window I saw the gentleman scraping the bottom of the chili pot. Instead of telling me that they didn’t have enough for my large chili or offering some thing to go with the large chili the employees decided to give me a half a bowl of large chili for full price. Also, I tasted one of my sons chicken nuggets. I was giving spicy chicken nuggets instead of regular chicken nuggets. My family does not handle spicy well. If my son what a bit into a spicy chicken nugget we would’ve had big problems. Very disappointed in the service I received tonight. When I went into the restaurant to exchange the spicy for regular chicken nuggets the gentleman behind the counter took the spicy put them back on the heating rack took a box of regular out of someone’s bag and gave them to me instead of making a new batch. Disgusting!
I was standing in front of the counter with the mobile order I had just picked up. I wanted to ask for a sauce but the staff kept walking by me and kept ignoring me. Even a “we’ll be right with you” would have made me feel like a valued customer but they completely ignored me and didn’t even look in my direction.
I was at Windy's At 2010 N. Rose Ave Oxnard CA 93030 the Employee are okay the so called mgr was a young lady who bosted to that she's in charge of the restaurant I was using my Windy's offer and I showed her the offer on my Windy's site and she asked what do you want I answered just what's in the offer and I said look at the offer on my iPhone and she asked so what is it that you want I pushed on the site and this I asked please look at it because sometimes they erase so you can know and she snapped back at me so what is it that you want I raise my voice at her and said what is in the offer the $3 breakfast special and it's offering me a small coffee.!! She get out of my store you don't come into my store and raise your voice at get out so I left, I haven't been back since and I shared that experience with family and senior friends and a couple of them said they had similar experiences with mgrs at that Windy's I'm staying away from that store my first experience at a Windy's and I visited dozens nationwide
Went through the Drive Thru last night after volleyball, placed our order and confirmed order. Got to the window and our order was not complete. When I asked the pothead at the window about the missing items, He said he didn't ring us up for them but I could pay extra and wait for the items. WRONG ANSWER !!! ALL these fast food places need to slow down and get the order right first. Getting the wrong food fast doesn't make anyone happy. Safe to say, this is one more Wendy's I will never return to.
