Excellent place to enjoy teas, herbal infusions, frappes, golden milk, matcha, milkshakes, desserts, paninis, and salads. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with great kindness, and they explain the ingredients and properties of each tea, allowing you to smell the different blends. It's also a beautiful place, with attention to every detail in the decor. They have board games, and to top it all off, it's pet-friendly! 100% recommended; one of my favorite places in Pachuca.

I've been going there for quite a few years, ever since they were in Construplaza, and the service has declined considerably. Before, they would give you an introduction and explain the teas they had, and even after they stopped doing that, they had information cards on the table with detailed explanations. Now they don't do any of that anymore. The prices are still good, but the service isn't what it used to be.

The menu is super expensive, I bought a slice of cake the size of a super small brownie and it cost 80 :/ The frappes are also super expensive and not tasty at all, their prices do not match what they sell, they should at least serve more to match the prices, I was very angry and disappointed with my visit ;(
