Pasiano's

Been to Pisanos literally dozens of times. It's like going to Thanksgiving at my Italian Grandma's house ... too much food, but so good you just can't stop eating. Vinnie & his crew (whas happ'n, E?) are naturally warm & inviting; no faking it there. Yeah, the place is too small - everyone is kinda crammed in & at busy times, the wait can be long. (And while jamming little band in there is a nice idea, theres really no space & it comes off too loud.) But it's a place people can't help but linger. If he could build it bigger, they would come! All the pasta meals are perfection. Steak, meatballs, eggplant - great. Wine selection is "smart" - definitely showcasing good taste in a do-able price range. Don't get me started on the pizzas!! Get whatever you want, but if you don't get the Margherita, you're missing out. This place is the kind of small business/great restaurant P-town needs more of. If you haven't tried it yet, do! A glass of pinot noir, a little bruschetta & excellent ceasar, some fettucini con pollo & mushrooms (try it in their signature aurora sauce) and plop somewhere. As welcoming to a family of 8 as they are to a single sitting at the small bar. Becoming so popular AND doing delivery = longer delivery times on occasion. No biggie. The Boss is there a lot & does LOADS to train young people to keep it running like a real business. Just try it - a few times (delivery, eat-in, rush & non-rush, different meals) - see for yourself!! (Just re-read this ... NO, I get nothing for my review. Just love this place. Gonna get my "fix" tomorrow. :))

Maybe the best meal I've had since I moved to the area from Florida. Enjoyed the food, atmosphere and selection. Vinny the owner was a treat and made us feel welcome for the entire visit.

My girls and I were hungry for Italian. Little did we know that just down the street from the San Francisco RV park was a gem! The staff was friendly and accommodating, even though we came in about 8:40, the mom and daughter team made us feel welcome 😊 I ordered their Pinot Noir and the Pinot Grigio both were smooth and delicious. Next came the Caprese, the tomato garlic bruschetta, then came the most outrageous dishes we had in sometime. Handmade gnocchi in pesto sauce with asparagus and perfectly cooked prawns for me, chicken Alfredo and an amazing stuffed tortellini with pancetta for the girls. We ordered the tiramisu to go and enjoyed it together later! Please do yourself a favor and go eat there! Thanks again ladies!

My wife is always looking for amazing Italian. We came for the first time, with the kids and another family. Food was amazing, service was fun and the wine selection was pure bliss if you love good Italian wine.

This place is "the bomb!!!" Their pizza is the best in Pacifica! I've tried three other pizza delivery places in Pacifica, but they couldn't hold a candle to Paisanos!!! One of the other three even burned (as in black charcoal) the crust! I also tried a number of their other dishes dining in and have never been disappointed! After my experience with the other pizzerias, I don't bother calling anywhere else for pizza delivery! ****** Very sad news! Apparently they had a fire and are closed for business! I truly hope they can and will reopen soon!!! If not, I don't know where to go for pizza! I refuse to order mediocre pizza from anywhere else! ****** Update: Happy news!!! I spoke to a contractor who confirmed Paisanos is in the process of reopening!!! I can't wait!!!

I have eaten here twice. I save it for a special occasion because I know the food and the service are out of this world. The NY steak absolutely melted in my mouth and when I was done with the steak the fat had soaked into the bed of vegetables where it was laid and I ate every last vegetable to get at the tallow. Their pasta is eccellent as well. The gnocci is amazing. My fad likes to eat here and for him and .y mom it's the eggplant parmagiano and the fish.

Where to start? Our waitress Krishna was sweet, attentive and knowledgeable. The food is amazing. The best Italian we've had since New York city. The Spinach salad is a must try. Homemade Meatballs are incredible. And the fresh homemade Lasagna was also amazing. We will be back many times and will tell everyone about this place. Well done.

Love this place. Best Italian restaurant I've been to. The pollo parmesan is delicious. And the pizza is perfect. And the owner and his family are so nice and funny. I just seen him give out free slices of pizza to customers that were waiting to be seated. I will definitely be coming again.

Da-dang this family owned Italian is delicious!!!!! The Bolognese sauce is so good and the pizza crust is the perfect level of thin and crispy. The family is extremely pleasant and fun. This is a great place to go when you want a casual dining experience, but still want that drool satisfying food. Oh and then go walk right around the corner for stunning ocean views.

Haven't tasted a better pizza in my life, I hardly leave reviews anywhere but I felt this restaurants quality led me here. This is the place you want to go if you want to have one of the best tasting pizzas along the coast.

From Chicago, was looking for a good place to eat. Ended up here at Paisanos. We were so happy we ended up coming back the next day as well! Best pasta, homemade, great vibes and service. Feels like home.

The atmosphere is amazing the staff can generally pair the perfect wine with your meal. Overall this is a very cute place for dinner. With many many options both gluten-free and not. Pizzas and pastas and salads glore this is a must see that is sure to never disappoint.❤️❤️

Paisano's also addressed my previous issue with attention and a professional, yet emotionally warm nature. Paisano's cares about their food and community relations. It shows! Give Paisano's a try. I will be back in the future myself.

My only complaint was the kitchen seemed a bit disorganized. I was told it would be 25 minutes but it was more like 50. We ordered the eggplant parm and it was the best I've ever had anywhere and the gnocchi was great. Both were delicious! Probably one of the best eggplantsI've had. Prices were reasonable also. Most customers were ordering pizzas so they must be really good. I would definitely return.

The food was delicious and the drinks were well-priced. This place was a perfect way to start our short stay. Go check it out next time you're in Pacifica!

Best Italian in P-town. The farmer's pizza is my fave. The roasted garlic really makes it, yum! And it's a great Italian wood oven style crust, not too doughy, just right. Their pastas are excellent, salads are great. Service is great. Good wine selection. It's nice that they have jazz there sometimes, but when they do it really is too loud to talk, fills the little place up. As one who is sensitive to loud sounds for prolonged periods, it's a little headachy. But I think that's only Sundays or something, not sure, but most of the time they have some nice old crooners playing instead, Sinatra and the like. Anyway we love this place!

Pizza was mediocre. Pasta dishes had very good portions and were definitely worth their price. The tables and chairs were a little cramped for my liking, but the service was relatively fast.

Nice looking restaurant with live music. But neither the food nor the service was good. We had bruschetta, the bread was very hard. The pizza dough lacked fluffiness and salt. The server didn‘t make the impression that she cared about us. Probably because we we‘re tourists. Wouldn‘t come here again.

Went here after reading all the positive reviews about their pizza. Anytime a frozen Dijorno can outdo fresh, it's a problem. I don't know who's giving them such rave reviews, but as far as their pizza is concerned, it's a pass for me. Didn't try anything else on the menu, but If the pizza is any measure, it's highly unlikely that I will...

The food quality has really sunk at this joint. I ordered food to go and it really was a disappointment. Lasagna was lathered in cheese to a point where you could barely taste the eggplant underneath. The tiramisu tasted stale as if it had been sitting in the freezer for days. Pretty sad since the food used to be great here once upon a time but that has passed.

Ok the food and the service is really good, 4 stars. But the whole place was teeming with fruit flies. My husband and I ordered wine and we had to keep batting away so many flies. We looked up at the wall one point and saw a myriad of fruit flies. I thought I was being dramatic but the people behind us were also freaking out. Please make sure there aren’t so many flies…. We were gonna order so much more but the the amount of flies made us want to leave. Sorry but please fix it.

I actually loved the place! The art on the walls were very impressive and I loved the feel of the place! I throughly enjoyed the pasta and I ordered a pizza with it. However, this is why I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars. I sat there waiting for what seemed like ages, for the waiter to give me my pizza. I could see it and it was already done, he saw it too. He then proceeded to take out his phone and started to make (what I presume) was Tik Toks and was staring at himself through his phone. I called him over and asked if my pizza was ready and he was told me he’d check. He sat down behind the counter and hid for a while. I got up and left. I never got his name but his hair was black and permed, he also had green eyes. Honestly, the pasta was amazing but that experience ruined everything. /j

Some years ago when first opened it was very good. I cannot say the same now. First time requesting delivery, I believe they lost my order, it took well over an 11/2 hours to receive. Now I pick up my orders ,both times there were problems. Needed to wait a bit to long for a pick up order. Went for the 3rd time and this topped it. One block from home and they called and said that they gave me the wrong order. Put the wrong name of the food containers. I went back to get correct order. They apologized for the problem, gave me 3 small pieces of bread for the mistake. I told them I understood, no problem but to be honest I won't be going back. The prices have gone up and I get this is happening everywhere, but not the best food for the price. Sixty dollars for 2 meals, pasta and chicken, and 2 small soups, didn't like this soup much, plus 10% tip.

Terrible service. The server was rude & we sat there waiting for a while even after waiving & she ignored while she attended to all the tables nicely. She even gave complementary bread to other tables while we weren’t given the same service. She surely had some discrimination towards us. She was super nice to everyone else. The food was good though but i would never come back. She didn’t even greet us on our way out while she said byes & all to other people who were leaving. Terrible terrbile service.

I gave it 1 star because there's nothing lower. If you are from Chicago, or any other part of the Midwest, or New York, when you get this pizza, you will think that this is a pizza for people who don't know anything about pizza. For 30 bucks, you will get a 16 inch round piece of cardboard, sprinkled sparsely with some cheese and veggies. If you want some pizza that's edible, get Dominic's, at least they don't skimp on the ingredients. But if you really want the best, and you are in Berkeley, load up on Giordano's 10 inch half baked stuffed pizza. It's pricey, but at least you will eat like a king, and which is more, you won't feel like you've been ripped off by the imitation pizza peddlers.

Deeply disappointed with my experience here. I ordered two 14" pizzas and got two 12" instead. The garlic bread was good but everything else about this order was just sad. The pictures used above could not be further from what I had received. I take no joy in putting people on blast but I spent $76 after tip because I wanted to buy local and frankly, I got burned.
