Just like every single KFC in Los Angeles County this place is terrible. But after living in the vicinity for a decade now and only visiting KFC like once a year I decided that today was my final visit to this location. I've had 3 star visits in the past but today was the final straw. I can accept that today is Thanksgiving and some of the food will run out but i'd like to know about a wait time in advance. It took nearly half an hour to get mac n cheese ready for my order. I said it's fine but i'd like fresh chicken w/ my order instead of the chicken in the bucket that was sitting there nearly 30 minutes waiting for said mac n cheese. When I was ordering Nicole didn't even know what mixed chicken meant. Aside from this the customer ahead of me got his order incorrect and there were people waiting to order to the point that at least 1 customer walked out w/o ordering anything. I wouldn't complain if the food wasn't slightly overpriced for what you get. Next year if i'm on a budget on Thanksgiving i'll be going to Popeye's across the street where the chicken is better and cheaper and the service/professionalism is better. At least the gravy was on point, they usually serve watery gravy to cut back on food cost.

The cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there. Took her sweet time doing her job; service was slow. I ordered the two piece meal with a drink. For the drink I oreded a coke with no ice. She puts ice in the cup and I have to remind her it was with no ice, all this under a minute. It took 12 minutes to get my food. Why did it take so long when the chicken is there just waiting? The guy before me was upset of waiting and ended up canceling his order and asking for a refund. They need to be retrained in customer service.

This an edit repost from years ago. Food was okay but I felt very disgusted when foul odors came from the restrooms. People getting off the bus and using the restrooms and making a nasty mess!! Some guy smeared poop everywhere except the inside of the toilet? Really!!

I’m sick… this is sick. I ate the spicy sandwich and I had in my bite a big long black hair in my mouth when I took my bite… I’m sick. This is sick… I want to give people a heads up. Health wise… I wouldn’t want it for anyone else….

So sad the quality of KFC is going down the drain. Got a family meal today my biscuits were hard like rocks, food was cold like it been sitting for a while. Definitely not what I remember as a kid, so sad, won’t come back.

Came to this location and the customer service was horrible! They are very rude including the manager on duty at night. My food was not fresh and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while!

I got to KFC at 9:45 pm to buy a family meal. I was informed by Nicole (a very rude employee) that the store was out of chicken. Not only was she rude but she was givin us attitude as well. Luckily Popeyes right across the street didn't deny us service. When informed that I would be complaying to corporate she gave me a smart remark.

I waited for the restroom for a long time thinking there was someone in the restroom because I heard the water running but no one was in there. I asked to use the restroom and they too told me there was someone in there. I'm pregnant and when I asked again if they knew if someone was using the restroom they wouldn't let me use it unless I was a customer. Understandable for cleanliness purposes so I bought a drink. They opened the door and the restroom was filthy. The toilet seat had large urine drops that where becoming sticky. After I cleaned the seat off I had to use toilet paper as a seat cover because there wasn't any seat covers available or even a seat cover holder. Afterward the toilet wouldn't even flus! How are they so picky about who uses the restroom but aren't picky about the clenlines of the restroom for customers? Ridiculous

The food is okay but the bathroom is very very filthy. So many people taking the bus going in and out and the worse the homeless messing up the bathroom. Part of my order was for take out and luckly I changed my mind and ate in and went back to the counter for my food and this is not the first time.

This location is so SLOW!!! The food is not bad just not good. The long john silvers side is actually very good just still VERY slow!!! The staff is actually very rude and they usually forget something you order. YOu might ask why I go back? Because it is the only Long John Silvers. Otherwise I would go somewhere else.
