Hervorragendes Essen und tolle Weinbegleitung. Preis ist angemessen für ein Sternerestaurant. Für mich eines der besten Restaurants in denen ich je war. Service zuvorkommend aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend! Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Hätte in meinen Augen auch eher 1,5 Michelinsterne verdient als 1.

Je recommande ce restaurant. Prix très correct pour un menu étoilé. Le cadre est en plus splendide, avec des magnifiques jardins. Une belle adresse. Nous sommes allés pour un anniversaire. Ils avaient fait en sus du menu un gâteau pour la table, sans frais. Dommage qu'il faille choisir le même menu pour une table de 10, sans flexibilité. C'est le seul point négatif pour moi.

Amazing food, presentation, concept - top notch. All was local produce. The place is incredibly beautiful, even though we couldn’t see much of it because we arrived after the sunset. I expected a bit more from wine pairing. The wines were delicious, presented well but somehow they weren’t linked with the food we were served. At least, not in an explanation given by a sommelier. Would be great to hear more about why we are served exactly this wine for this meal. Especially considering the fact the all the dishes were local but all my wines were French. I dare to say we come to Tuscany to try best Italian wines. Especially in a restaurant proudly presenting local food from local sources. For the French wines we can go to France. At some point I asked for local samples and the sommelier kindly brought local wine but again, without an explanation of a specific pairing. Overall, a very good experience.

I'm very happy that there was the (pre ordered) option for a ( 6 course) vegan menu. The food tastes good (so the regular menu- my partner had- do) and is a cool mix from consistences and side dishes ( for example selfmade kombucha). The vegan risotto was absolutley great. The dishes had a beautiful presentation and the wine pairing were good too. The best of all is the location and the ambience.

Eleganza. Questo ristorante è stato studiato in ogni minimo dettaglio per farti provare un'esperienza unica. La cura del dettaglio rasenta la perfezione. Le preparazioni sono notevoli e ricercate, alcune eccelse altre ottime. Il servizio impeccabile, fin dal parcheggio...momento nel quale un cameriere ci ha accolto con 2 ombrelli aperti perché stava piovendo. La mise en place è elegantemente semplice. La cantina ha oltre 700 etichette e si ingrandirà ulteriormente a breve.

Esperienza decisamente piacevole, lo consiglio vivamente, tutto ottimo anche se il risotto era troppo salato. Tutti gli altri piatti e il servizio erano davvero meritevoli . Complimenti

Una volta ho mangiato qui. Quando sono tornato a casa mi son fatto un bel piatto di spaghetti perché avevo fame....

Scandalous! We travelled 40 minutes to get there and they didn’t let us in, even though we had a reservation! Worst experience in Tucany!
