Hoy es mi último dia, tras un año siendo Comodo&co mi lugar de trabajo. Se me han brindado todas las facilidades y servicios necesarios para que ir sea un placer. Me marcho porque me mudo no por ningún otro motivo. Destacando la profesionalidad y trato de Keren. Y por último resaltar el buen ambiente de las personas que trabajan desde ahí. Top Place, top Price and great coffee shop integrated!

If you're looking for a co-working space in Palma, look no further. I've been co-working for 5 years across many countries and this is one of the best places I've been. The floor is well spaced with good lighting, lots of green plants, proper air conditioning (very important during summer) and of course fast internet. The people here are friendly and what's unique about this co-working space is that they have a cafe with high quality coffee at the front of the building that's open to the public.

I booked a shared desk for 2 weeks at Cómodo, and I was very happy that I did! Besides the lovely café attached to the space, the office is well-equipped and the environment is perfect for building that daily work routine. Definitely recommended, my favourite spot to work from in Palma! Shoutout to the team too who are super friendly and welcoming :-).

Boho chic co-working, friendly staff and a really nice art and social cafe, BATX attached, great food and delicious coffee. I rented a desk space and monitor for a week, very good value and good facilities

Perfect place! Very well equipped, fast internet and modern furnishings. An inspiring place to work and be creative. All in all, a place to feel good. By the way, there is also a great café with good coffee and delicious bagels.

This coworking place is great. Jim and Natalia run it and they are kind and friendly. The building is modern and has very solid WiFi and also wired Ethernet. I have an office on the ground floor. The coworking area is upstairs. They have a nespresso so coffee can always be easily made. Prices are reasonable.

Un buen Coworking en Palma, lo que parece ser algo difícil de encontrar en esta ciudad. Hay una zona café muy guay y una area cocina bastante equipada. Las sillas son ergonomicas y las mesas y el espacio para trabajar en general muy amplio. Todo muy bien y Jim y Natalia es gente guay y amable!

Muy lindo, tranquilo, ambiente amable, seguro. Es mi primer experiencia en un coworking y me encantó.

Lugar con ambiente agradable en el que hay que ir sin prisas. La comida está muy rica y los productos son excelentes.

Tiene un ambiente demasiado agradable, tranquilo y muy cómodo para trabajar.

Nice coworking. Very little sunlight and sometimes very crowded. When you leave, make sure they give you the key-deposit on the spot, as they don't pay the key-deposit back even if you ask 10 times......

Very poorly managed coworking space. I had a very unpleasant experience. Be careful, hiring services from them could end up being a mistake. Consider yourself warned.

Unos LADRONES, DESORGANIZADOS y POCO PROFESIONALES !!! Yo buscaba un coworking y ví este espacio, sin embargo no me convencía mucho por las reseñas malas que tenian pero quise darles una oportunidad. En mi primer dia fui a recoger la llave a la oficina, ese dia una sra llamada Mirella Echeverri me tomó los datos y me cobró una fianza por las llaves de 20€ en efectivo y no me dio un recibí ( bueno yo confié porque todo estaba escrito por mail de como lo iba a hacer). A lo largo de mi estancia en estas oficinas noté mucha FALTA DE ORGANIZACIÓN no son capaces de poner bien en una factura el nombre de mi empresa ni las fechas del cobro…. Tenia que repetirles varias veces de cómo lo quería…Lamentable. Bueno, yo decido finalizar el contrato con ellos y a la hora de pedir mi fianza me comentan que no está registrado en el sistema le comenté a una sra llamada Keren Lann lo que me pasó el primero dia y le envié los correos iniciales. Ella me dijo que no habría problema y que me pagarían los 20€ por PayPal….. Hasta el dia de hoy estoy esperando el ingreso. He llamado y llamado y nada sin ninguna respuesta positiva. Ellos saben perfectamente que no dan las llaves a nadie sin ese pago de 20€ por lo que yo no entiendo por qué no son capaces de devolver mi fianza. Con respecto a la oficina diría que están bien pero vamos muy mediocre todo le daría un 5/10. No recomendaría estos cowering a nadie. —————- THIEVES, DISORGANIZED and UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! I was looking for a coworking and I saw this space, however I was not very convinced by the bad reviews they had but I wanted to give them a chance. On my first day I went to pick up the key to the office, that day a lady named Mirella Echeverri took my details and charged me a deposit for the keys of 20 € in cash and did not give me a receipt (well I trusted because everything was written by mail how it was going to do). Throughout my stay in these offices I noticed a lot of LACK OF ORGANIZATION they are not able to put well in an invoice the name of my company or the dates of the collection .... I had to repeat several times how I wanted it... Regrettable. Well, I decide to end the contract with them and when I ask for my deposit they tell me that it is not registered in the system. I told a lady named Keren Lann what happened to me the first day and I sent her the initial emails. She told me that there would be no problem and that they would pay me the 20€ by PayPal...... To this day I am still waiting for the payment. I have called and called and nothing with no positive response. They know perfectly well that they do not give the keys to anyone without that payment of 20€ so I do not understand why they are not able to return my deposit. With respect to the office I would say that they are ok but we go very mediocre everything I would give a 5/10. I would not recommend these cowering to anyone.
