Lugar super recomendable, sobre todo relación calidad-precio. Pedimos papas arrugás, croquetas caseras, el plato del pueblo y lubina. Estaba todo genial, especialmente las croquetas caseras. Fuimos 2 y salimos a 20-25€ por persona. Sin duda, si alguna vez volvemos por Vecindario, repetiremos.

Hemos comido muy rico como otras veces.y sobre todo la atención y la comida, se come muy bien y a buen precio y la atención de emilio y su personal es excelente, merece la pena y 100% recomendado gracias emilio por el buen servicio y la buena comida seguiremos repitiendo sin duda alguna .

Excelente lugar para disfrutar una buena carne. Todo estaba en su punto, la atención fue impecable y el ambiente muy agradable. Da gusto encontrar sitios donde se nota el cariño con el que trabajan.

Estuvimos el domingo 7 de agosto y a la hora de comer, nos fijamos por unas reseñas muy buenas de la Taberna Emilio. Al llegar nos recibió muy amable Emilio y nos atendió muy bien. La comida estuvo maravillosa, tanto que incluso le indicamos que la reacciones eran muy generosas. Muy recomendable, además la Taberna está con un muy buen gusto decorada. Local ciertamente acogedor en decoración y con un trato inmejorable por parte del personal, que es atento, mejor y cercano. Gran variedad de productos/platos en carta los cuales están todos frescos, ricos y con una cantidad adecuada. La calidad precio es genial y tienen unos postres muy ricos.

A true hidden gem! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. While we were eating, more and more people kept coming in until all the tables were full — it’s clearly a very popular spot, even among locals. The prices are very reasonable. The interior and comfort could perhaps be improved a bit, but the amazing food and outstanding service more than make up for it. Definitely recommended — a must-visit place!

Amazing hidden gem! Food was excellent and the service was great as well! Our waiter had perfect English, which we appreciated, as we don't speak Spanish. We ordered a few things, but our favorite dish was Iberico Pork Secret! So tender and delicious! All other food was also very good and we'll definitely return if we're ever in the area again!

Parking is difficult, but it’s worth a little effort. Once you enter it looks better than on the outside; room, attention to detail and professionalism stand out. Food is simply great, the prices very good compared to quality! We had the Mixed Meat Barbecue for 2 and it was superb! We even got to watch sports during our meal 😁 The owner speaks English, German, Rumanian and of course Spanish. He is very hospitable, humble and was attentive and thoughtful during our meal. Would definitely recommend!

OMG! Every dish we ordered was so delicious!!! Garlic shrimps, the full starter dish, Secreto ibérico and alioli bread!!! They bake their own bread in their wooden over! 😆 I want to repeat every dish and try all the remaining ones. Btw Emilio, the owner and waiter, is super nice and speaks perfect English for those who need it.

This is by far the best restaurant experience I've ever had! My husband and I briefly came to Maspalomas and wanted a nice dinner and this restaurant came to the rescue. It looks family run. For starters we had the 'grilled cheese from the neighbouring Island' (that's what it is called and it isn't on the menu... It's available for 9 months in a year). This is the best cheese I've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband isn't a cheese fan either but he certainly did love this one to bits!!! And we had the stewed goat and stewed rabbit for our mains. Now this is where we were both swept off our tongues- literally. So so so flavourful!!!! We emptied both our pots. And we had the cheesecake for dessert (the only thing that's homemade in the restaurant) and oh my God - I just think we loved everything!!!! And the customer service was exceptional! Emilio was so nice and took the time to explain everything on the menu. He speak great English so not to worry if you're like me with very little (or no) Spanish vocabulary. Our bill came up to £32 equivalent. Overly affordable for quantity and value of food versus price. Please please visit and you'll not regret it at all!

No estuve allí,fue por Uber(una parrillada pues es,,para dos ,,dos chuletas de cordero dos de cerdo costilla de cerdo morcilla y algo de choricito no?será k en la península la parrillada es d otra manera ..pero k venga en una parrillada para dos 4 costillas un trozo de tocino ,4 filetes finismos de pechuga!(Desde cuándo lleva pechuga una parrillada?)una salchicha no fresca,arrugadisima ,y una especie de butifarra k no se lo k era eso un frasfurt...en color ..sabor a una salchicha 🌭 del salchipapas de toda la vida ..entraba papas arrugas con mojo picón. Hoy fuimos a comer porque busqué sitios y tenía buenas reseñas, llamé para saber si podíamos ir y sin problema cogieron mi reserva, llegamos y teníamos la mesa preparada. Entre todo lo que pedimos, pedimos una parrillada para dos, me llamó la atención que si era una parrillada para dos, nos pusieran uno de cada pieza, entonces la parrillada para uno que trae? Pedí una cerveza de limón que las que tenían en carta la tropical y la dorada la botella a 1,80 u 1,90, el señor me trajo una randler de Cruzcampo obvio pensé que era al mismo precio, en fin mi marido fue a la barra paga y yo cogí el ticket para leerlo porque a mí me pareció un poco caro, la cerveza randler a 3,40, y que cobraron 2 quesos fritos y solo pedimos uno, no volví a reclamar porque mi marido no quiso, me dijo que a ese sitio no volvíamos más, que me lo tomara como que era la propina.

The food was very good and served quickly, and the waiter spoke fluent English. We had padron peppers, shrimps, fish of the day and squid — all delicious. The problem came with the bill: prices were about 20% higher than in the menu. I was told that their system had already been updated with new pricing, while the new menus would only be placed on the tables the following day. They adjusted our bill (except the drinks), and I still left a small tip, though less than planned. After leaving, I checked other reviews and saw this seems to be a recurring scheme. It’s a shame, because the food is good and we would have come back. I’m leaving 1 star as a warning to other tourists: always check your bill, as the final prices may not match the menu. It’s a good restaurant — but you go at your own risk, knowing they might try this at the end.
