We hadn't been to this restaurant in years. We waited about 10 minutes on a busy Friday night. We had a great experience thanks to our server Erin, she was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed. We had an issue with the steak being over cooked but it was resolved immediately and we enjoyed our dinner! The Huckleberry Hooch Moonshine and the Guava'rita are a must try! We will definitely be coming back :)

This was my husband’s and I first time trying Outback Steakhouse and it did not disappoint! Erin was incredible! She made us feel at home. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, professional, friendly and made us laugh! She went out of her way for us and checked on us regularly. I have not had such excellent customer service in a while! Had lunch at Outback in Lancaster today and Sonia was our server, she was incredible. Super friendly, on top of everything, and made us feel genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Even with how busy it was, she kept her cool and made sure our drinks were never empty and our food came out just right. You can tell she really cares about her job and her guests. It’s rare to find someone who makes the whole dining experience feel so smooth and enjoyable. If you go for lunch, definitely hope you get Sonia. She’s a rockstar

Erin has been our server twice now. She is absolutely GREAT! She is funny. Very attentive. Before you can even ask for a refill or extra napkins, she is bringing it your way. I am an extra needy customer and it did not phase her once when I asked for and extra ranch or added a appetizer after she put our food order in. Always great food at Outback Steakhouse. It was our last great dinner in the States before going back to Korea. The server was very friendly and always came back to check on us. The bread is always great and warm. I has the prime rib and Shannon had the lobster tail plus the shrimp. The prime rib was seasoned and melted in your mouth. I love it.

Just got the Outback Hamburger with fries! The burger has mustard, Outback specialty brined dill pickles, and lettuce and tomato. The ranch dressing is really good! I recommend it for a quality burger without a paper bag or foil wrapper that might not look like the advertisement at all. This one looks just like the picture! Very friendly servers and no long waits if you time it around the lunch or dinner rush.

The pork chops were wonderful as usual but unfortunately they have been removed from the menu and replaced with another type of pork chops covered in some goofy sauce that I'm not at all interested in. Good meat doesn't need a sauce just a little seasoning. Please leave a good thing alone.

We had a lovely early Valentine's Dinner here and boy was it crowded but they zoomed through the wait and originally we were told 40 minutes but I swear we waited 10. The food was absolutely delicious and our waitress Christina was absolutely amazing. So attentive and caring. She really made our night. Yes we extra tipped as well. I don't come here a lot and I don't know why. I got the Aussie 3 course with the grilled shrimp on the barbie and he got the special Ribeye that was featured. Pg and we got the Blooming Onion. Everything was great and we had leftovers. Also why are their sauces so good.... need recipes!

Placing my order online and the curbside pickup were absolutely hassle free. I drove up 15 mins after ordering. A server was standing outside. She gave me the order in less than 5 mins. The sides are packaged individually from the main source. The food was freshly cooked and still warm. I will most definitely be going back!

My husband and I always come back. Can't go wrong with the shark bite or long island. As a person that is not a big fan of tequila, the boomarita we tried tonight is a fruity variety with tequila I much enjoyed, would recommend. Good food, kind employees and nice music

I can not rave enough about my experience here. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by the hostess til the time I paid my check and walked back out the door heading that same hostess telling me to have a great night and thank you was just an absolutely pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly. And not just the bartenders that took care of me but every server around me. I could hear their interactions with their customers and it was the same as my service. Just superb and I do not know who the grille cook is here but whatever they are paying this person it's not enough. I had the char grilled ribeye and it may be the top 10 best steaks I've ever eaten and that's including places like Ruth's Criss Malone's in KY and Jack Ruby's. The person(s) who cooked that food are true masters of their craft. There's 3 levels of great food. There's the type you always remember, there's the kind you highly recommend when asked and then there's the kind you want to tell everyone about insisting they try it. This Outback encompasses all of them. I know a whole team of managers that deserve recognition and that should in turn be super proud of their team. I'm only giving them 5 stars cause 50 isn't possible. Great job guys. Thank you for the experience!

We were a big group, which can sometimes be a lot to manage, but our waitress Rose was absolutely fantastic. Sides were also great (fries, baked potato and broccoli with cheese). The blooming onion was also a major highlight; tasty and very cool looking. Its a nice place to get a steak. This is basically the only place I trust to do steak besides The Broken Bit in the Antelope Valley.

A very nice lunch today at Outback. I sat in the bar area and watched pregame football. Not busy and we had good service. Coconut shrimp for an appetizer and seared Ahi Tuna on a bed of shredded cabbage, with ice tea.

They took a while to get us seated. The handheld machine was for a different table and they kept bringing our food to the wrong table every single time. But the server was amzxing kind and friendly.

The food was great and so was the service. The downside is the booths are filthy. I know there are kids and it can't be helped but this is weeks or months worth of never being wiped down. Please see pictures, hopefully the manager will take notice. I got the filet medallions with garlic butter sauce, husband got the HUGE 22oz ribeye.

Im giving 3 stars because While I appreciate restaurants that offers Steaks with temperature levels such as Medium which I order but to send out a steak that was well done was disappointing. So I send it back and they sent out RARE! steak in which I felt the chef did on purpose.. So I had to return that one as well and give instructions on how to place the rare steak back on the grill for 45 sec on each side. Gordon Ramsay would say it's " run of the mill ". But for a standardized steakhouse, everything was prepared and portioned properly. A new Strawberry Salad was fleshed out with fresh berries and a refreshing vinigerette. The environment was clean and easily navigable, with plenty of large booths and table seating. Unsure if the patio was functional, but furniture and heat lamps were present. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

Decent place for dinner. The ribeye was thin and super fatty which means they are using cheaper steaks at a higher price. The bloomin' onion was over-fried and less appealing. Service was good, but more pressured to buy drinks we didn't need. The bread was awesome as ever. Restrooms were ok. The overall experience was ok for this older establishment. The parking lot was packed, but not all the tables were full at 530pm on a Sat evening.

Recently went here to treat my family for dinner and the waitress was great. She was polite, sweet and gracious. She took our drink orders and got them to us quickly. Then she took our food orders and sent it back to the kitchen. Everyone's food came out relatively quickly, except for mine. It probably took somewhere around 40 minutes or so before mine came out. I'm a patient person and chalked it up to us being a good sized group, being a party of 9. Everyone else was just about finished eating when my food came out. I didn't want to make everyone else wait, so I ate half of my meal and packed up the rest. The ribs were amazing and the asparagus were nice and tender (though my niece and nephew's asparagus came out kind of sad) and I saved my sirloin and Aussie fries for breakfast. I got into my food this morning and the fries were alright (no one expects fries to be amazing the day after) and to my chagrin I found that my rare sirloin was actually medium well to well done. I haven't eaten a steak well done since I was a kid and didn't know better. Now I have to do the unthinkable and smother it in barbecue sauce. This has made for a very sad breakfast. I also didn't get my grilled onions for my steak topper, but my awesome husband saved me some of his, so I can't be entirely unhappy about it. Today 5/23 My daughter and I decided to go to Outback Steakhouse for the first time in Antelope valley area. First off Holly was our waitress and she was amazing but by herself. We arrived soon as they opened and she was our host, waitress, bartender and server as we noticed her cleaning all the tables. I thought she was the manager doing all these jobs. However my daughter and I ordered the blooming fried shrimp, it’s not bad but could have been better the sauces were terrible. Next was the wings and the spice was there but the taste was not. We waited over an hour for our main meal and by the time it got to us we didn’t want it anymore. We just wanted to go home. Overall I truly believe outback needs to hire more staff and Thank you to Holly for your amazing service here and it’s my first experience at Outback Steakhouse. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location due to waiting over an hour for my order.

The food & drinks are always of great quality, flavor and presentation but this specific location is filthy. The windows silts have not been dusted or wiped in weeks. The Male bathroom is discusting, it smells like an abandoned public bathroom where homeless & undesirables frequent. I did go twice to this location as my friends insisted but when I showed them the window silts & bathroom. They wondered what kind of cleanliness the restaurant has in its kitchen area....???? Look at the pics I took. Check out the black fabric napking, that was one wiped right next to my seating area. I also told Dave (waiter) to advised his Manager about it during my first visit. Obviously, he did not convey the information. Allergic people...watch out.

Food wasn't that great. The steakhouse Mac n cheese was cold and all the cheese was in one clump at the bottom.. I ordered the toowoomba topping for my steak. Which is sautéed mushrooms and shrimp in a creamy sauce. Also the Alice springs chicken was supposed to have mushrooms on top as well.. but When my food arrived it didn't have mushrooms in either item. I let our waitress know and she said she would get a side of mushrooms for me. It didn't come til I was already done with my meal and the metal cup it was in had a black clay substance all around the inside of it. Very disappointing, especially when you are paying $30 a plate.

Horrible place. Will not be coming back here. We came at 7:30 for Fathers Day, but our food was served by 9:00. Food was exceptionally slow for such small portions, and the waitresses took horribly long to bring as little as straws. The Mexican lady with blonde-ish hair in a ponytail also gave me an eye roll as I walked in. The ladies who helped us with our waiting time and such were the only nice ones.

I was charged an extra $25+ dollars on top of the already given gratuity, I discovered the charge days after my visit to the restaurant. DO NOT hand out your credit card or debit card to these people. They may overcharge you too. While this constitutes literally a theft, it's not worth the time and effort to try and get my money back, it's not worth the fuel and the trip. Ants on benches and sticky tables which may explain their presence, old looking decor, the poor lighting attempts to conceal the many failures and dirty floors and furniture. Not the friendliest waitresses in town. The Sirloin steak was as chewable as an old shoe, I gave up on the second bite. The coconut shrimp, all three of them were really tasty and enjoyable, thus bringing the cost to $14.00/shrimp, I can get a full fast food meal at nearby Sonic's from a smiling server with the price of one shrimp. The food prep time meant a 35+ minutes wait, which could have been compensated by a good service and acceptable meal. The only rescuable item was the shrimps and tap coke. $200.00 for a family dinner isn't remarkable, but when compared to the competition they are in a different category on service and value, I'd definitely skip this restaurant next time. Planet Hollywood at Universal Studios where they cater to a broader community, and at a more expensive location offers a culinary experience for less than $60 .00 / person, just a bit more expensive than this place, but in my experience a very different and really enjoyable outing.

I ordered the steak and shrimp pasta, my pasta was dry as heck, ordered my steak medium rare and it came out well done and tuff of course. Waiter name is Gabriel S and he sucks so bad. He wasn’t checking on us, he gave us horrible service and I can only image it was because we were black. This happens to us often when we go out and have a Spanish server that is a man. We received our food and he never came and asked us if we were ohk not once. I had to ask all the other servers for everything that we needed.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Outback Steakhouse in Palmdale. I placed and paid for a to-go order. Upon returning to collect my food, the staff looked at me as if I were invisible. I then had to request assistance from the front desk to receive my order, which I had already paid for. This level of service is unacceptable. The way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. It was clear that my business was not valued. It should not be this difficult to obtain food that has already been paid for. This reflects poorly on the management and staff. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment
