I've been living for over two years in Colombia and honestly, this is the first bad experience I've had. They didn't have tequila to make the drinks we ordered. We ordered something else and it took about 30 minutes to make two drinks. We were the only people in the restaurant. I ordered the carpaccio appetizer and instead of the fish being thinly sliced, it was thinly choppped. More like a ceviche. My girlfriend ordered cheese stuffed platanos. They did not have platanos... Seriously, they have that literally EVERYWHERE in Colombia. She got stuffed yucas instead which were just ok. Only positive note, they had patacon, which oddly enough is made from platanos they did not have for my girlfriend's appetizer, and those were actually good and light. Often they are heavy and I don't likke them. We chose this restaurant on the basis of the aguacate rellenos de mariscos salteados (sauteed seafood stuffed avocados). Sounds delicious right? Guess again. Small portion, flavorless, overcooked seafood. Girlfriend ordered seafood casserole (cazuela de mariscos). Watery and once again pretty flavorless. The drinks we ended up having (piña colada and strawberry daiquiri) were below average. Service was the worst I've seen in Colombia so far. Waiter did not set up the table before bringing food so we waited a few minutes to get utensils and napkins. Waiter did not know ahead of time what they did and did not have. In Colombia they ask you if you want to include service on the bill, which is by default a 10% tip. For the first time in two years, I said no. I could not honestly encourage this restaurant in any way. Bottom line, avoid this restaurant. We did not look at reviews beforehand and found out too late it was rated 107 out of 119. We now understand why...

La comida es mala. Preparan todo maluco. No pierdan el tiempo y el dinero. Se demoran un montón de tiempo para cosas desagradables.
