Tonight was my first time at this restaurant, the service was awesome, I met "El Gringo" and "El Cubano" they both exceeded expectations, I was so glad to have them near to my house and for sure I'm planing to try more dishes. I would recommend the owner to change some options in Uber Eats and DoorDash because it was hard to get my decided proteins for my patacon but in general I liked this place. Thank you so much.

The staff and the food are great.... As a black man who loves Venezuelan food but not knowing the language the staff is so helpful, friendly and make me feel at home. Hands down the best place I've found in the DFW. It's a go to anytime I stay here for work, and most def should be for anyone who loves the food and the culture. Id give it 10 stars if I could

Very delicious Venezuelan food! I tried the Venezuelan Cachapa with Carne Asada, grilled chicken, and fried cheese! It was awesome! My wife got the Patacón Mixed, which was delicious!

Disgusting of a place. I would not even order from here because you just never know if they’ll spit on your food just because you’re not venezuelen. Thankfully I didn’t go with my husband to order from here because the staff would’ve gotten the worst part of my attitude. Smh. Avoid this place ! If not good luck eating what you’re eating. lol

Came to try something new I sat for like 16 minutes without nobody to attend me. I saw someone else walk in and they got attended fast. Not sure what it was but the menu looked good but service sucked. Good luck to anyone else that comes and tries this place!

I called to ask a question about an order and then they hung up in the middle of the question. Soni called back and they just didn't answer. Getting a little scary over there. I used to live this place but I won't order again. I didn't even get the question out I don't get it? Edit: I see a LOT of the complaints are of the attitude of the staff or one person here so I totally get it now. Good luck with your business.

The food tastes average, the place is very small, I see that cleanliness is not a priority for the owner, the customer service is definitely horrible, I ordered my food to go, I waited inside and when my order was ready the young man who was cooking simply whistled at me as if I were a dog, he didn't have the decency to say "my friend, your order is ready." They are not going to progress like this, I don't know if they treat their customers that way or just me for not being Venezuelan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 👎
