Excelent fast food. When I say fast food it means that was fast served but no cheap food. I ate a signature plate, steak, ribeye, with rice, avocado with a sweet sauce, salad with a delicious dressing to and finally a piece of orange. Great!

Food is delicious HERE! I watched the young lady handle the customer before me. She was kind and polite. Before taking my order, she washed her hands. After taking my order, she washed her hands. I was very pleased to see this 😄

I always enjoy dining at this WaBa location. Is always clean, and the food is amazing. I have to give major Kuddos to one of the staff members Elba, she always greats me when I come through the door, she actually greats every customer as they enter. She is so sweet and helpful, and always willing to answer my many questions. I will most definitely be coming back.

This is my favorite location, and the closest to me. I think that the staff are always friendly, the food always tasty, and the service always quick. They give you good portions here, I "cheated" on this Waba Grill once by going to the one that just reopened on Atlantic Ave and I had to return my food at that one, because they gave me literally a mini-bowl's portion in a regular bowl's container lol never again

This location has fast service, hreat customer service and never has shortages. However, this location is really struggling with keeping the the food cutting at a consistent rate. I've been here about 4 times since they opened last year, at first I thought this would just take some getting used to. But after returning several times, I notice that nothing has changed. The meat, the veggies and the onions are all cut way too big. And this is really putting a damper on quality. I hope that the location will find use in this review and that some changes will be implemented. After all this is a really good place to eat just need minor tweaks to keep up the quality.

The employees are very nice 😊 & great hard workers. The food is fresh & good, I always get the plantspired stake & tried the tofu it’s amazing. The taste is amazing compared to other locations.

I really liked the food. Costumer service could be better. The lady at the counter had a bad attitude.

Hard for CSR to hear me, order was rang up wrong and items was missed. Other than that place was clean and food was good.

Not so good performance leaves the food on the side doesnt call out the number leaves it out amounts of mins and the lid is half open not fully closed,food is cold but they remade the food cause it was cold but that was the only thing that i hade problem with.

I only saw one employee during the 20 minutes I was there. And she took my order plus 3 other guest before she began to full fill the orders her self. Management need to put more people on! Prices are going up, robots are taking out jobs. The least you can do is provide good sevice.

i walked in today 7-14-20 at around 6pm ish and this heavy set Hispanic girl was supposed to be working the register i stood there for like 5 minutes no hi no be right with ypu nothing so i just left, please teach your worker a bit of customer service, they haf 1 order going and no line.

Fix your hours 10 and your closed! Smh

If I could give this location a 1/4 of a star...I would....there not giving you what you pay for ....I ordered the beef rib dinner..the ribs was the thin....no meat...cooked to deaf and they put a half orange and any veggie...so I called to explain... The girl tell me ..you have to ask for veggie and she would have the manager call me back... Because she did know what to do...well it been three days... P.s. no call. ...at no other location have I every asked for veggie...my suggesting to went eat at this location... Please check your before you leave

Went last night for dinner the music was loud like a club and cuss words in each song that played. The cashier was clean table when we walked in.. Didn't wash her hands then would handle the money then touch the inside of the cups. The cook was wiping counter tops in the back around all the food that was being served. The cashier would help serve food and put only one glove on (the hand not serving food). Bathroom was a mess and smelled like urine. Food was cold and the soup didnt not look like the picture....it looked like gravey with chicken and tasted horrible. Mr/Mrs manager please straighten up your restraunt. I am in favor of young people working but need to be taught proper service practice

So we came to buy some plates @Wabagrill in paramount but to take them to go and no white rice the cook said 15 minutes so we said ok paid for our plates and left to get some other things done we came back after 20 minutes and still waited and then they say the rice is not cooking, really could you have said that since the beginning .ugh. I said we wanted a refund back not even a I'm sorry for the mistake or nothing .smh. What a disappointment

Went to eat there around 8pm and the music they had on was very vulger, rude and offensive! Rap music with the "n" word, "f" word. Very not appropriate! I might never go to this place again.

If you want food better come atleast a hour before closing. I got to location at 9:03 and a lady came out of the bathroom with a mop and said they are closed. Hours say until 9:30 I don't get why have a time posted and you are closing almost 30 mins before closing. All the lights are on and the open sign well lit. She walked me to the door and closed it and acted as if she locked it but didnt.

After nothing for a few days I emailed their support team and they said their Feedback is never read. So that is 100% useless. I send them my order number and expressed my concerns and they said the one the order was made for will get back to me in 2 days. It has been more than that. It is sad to see a business who thinks they are too good to respond and blow off their customers.
