The place is clear in front of the Gar de Nord, with fast, dynamic, and effective staff. They helped me pay for my order as my card didn't work. Food was fresh and tasty. I'll be back for more

This is one of the best Popeyes I have eaten at in a long time. They were busy but still got the food out hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Went here closer to when it first opened, but it was a great experience. There was a crazy long line that we had to wait in, but it was worth every second. This Popeye's is better than ANY Popeye's in the US by a long shot. The chicken was seasoned more consistently, cooked better, was more crispy, and the service was beyond great.

As an American looking for a quick taste of home while visiting Paris, this was a perfect place to stop for a quick meal. Within walking distance of both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, this Popeyes serves great food very quickly. It was easy to place my order in English on the screens, and it did not take long at all for me to get my food and find a seat. Delicious food in a convenient location!

Arrived in Paris with 3 people. In total 3 of us immediately went to indulge in the local cuisine - fried chicken - after a kind man whom struggled with both French & English told us to come here. Our lady friend we were with, unfortunately - didn't want fried chicken & was sick. We probably spend 30mins here - every second was pure bliss. It also had an additional silence in the background. Will return for celebratory fried chicken

The chicken was nice , luckily I’m not go there when lunch time so there isn’t a long queue. There is a port for charger that helps a lot if you run out the battery while waiting the next train at gare du nord.

What's not to love with fried chicken from the South 😃 it was super busy but we got a table and security as well as staff are helpful in providing any assistance needed. I was in Japan when the Popeyes became the center of topic in the states. I wished Popeyes had come to Japan but there was no news of it. A year ago I moved to Paris and I’ve found several places for some munchies but Popeyes came across my mind and we took the metro tipsy and we came here. God it was amazing, I’ve never had Popeyes in the states so I don’t know if they tastes like the ones in the states but either way they have gone way beyond what fast food franchise could ever taste. The chicken tenders were better than that if kfc and the burgers were better than McDonald. I wish I had taken the pictures before I took a bite but I was too tempted.

Fries with a crunchy exterior yet soft inside with a hint of cajun seasoning? Juicy and generous chicken tendies? Well look no further thank this hallowed ground of fried chicken GODS. It took a measly 5 minutes for the cluck cluck pieces and Burger to arrive. After we were done eating we wanted to take the trays and put them into the tray area but a french gentleman said "NO monsieur, we shall take away your trays, MERCI" You know what? THATS customer service! Thank you popeyes... Visited on sunday at 2pm, place was almost full with couple tables left.

I have been waiting the whole year for a Popeyes branch to open in Paris! Despite the rush hour and the big crowd, the food came quickly and was spicy, crunchy and delicious! The workers were nice. We ordered spicy chicken wings, biscuits, cheese cake, and sauces. The chicken wings are spicier than KFC, the garlic sauce has a strong garlic taste which is good, and the fries are the best. The biscuits are dense and not fluffy, but the cheese cake is good for a 4€ dessert from a fast food restaurant.

Really good food! Always wanted to try a Popeyes, and this was 10/10! Food was delicious; nice and spicy, and the service was superb. Me not being very good with my French, the staff there were able to speak to me in fluent English, and made the experience all the more easy. If I am ever around here again, I will definitely make sure to come! Thank you 🎉

Amazing place, first they won me over with their 5€ menu but the cherry on top was when they kept my forgotten bag for over an hour. Honestly amazing and honest people. I will be definitely back.

First time eating at a Popeyes, I must say really good, we were attended by Fanny who was very friendly even when we didn't speak French. Foodwise, way better than burger king or kfc which is nearby, actually really good in flavour and variety of spices. The place itself was clean and good enough, however some attention is needed to the door, as some not so friendly (meaning drunks/beggars) get into and disturb easily. However, overall good experience.

We tried both the spicy chicken and the original chicken. Personally, I found the original chicken more enjoyable as the spicy chicken was primarily just spicy without much depth of flavor. However, both were exceptionally crispy. Ordering is done through a machine, and payment can be made at the register with either card or cash. The service is impressively fast, with food served promptly.

Very great tasting chicken. We tried 3 spicy chicken pieces and they were one of the best fried chickens I tried. We also ordered deluxe spicy chicken sandwich which was great. The fries were also fresh, crunchy, and great. Fast and very friendly service staff and very clean restaurant which is surprising for a train station restaurant.

This Popeye's was more than I expected. The dining experience was nothing like it is in the USA. There are servers that bring your food and clean your table. They even serve your food on real plates. The only things that were missing was red beans with rice and a Biscuit. I would certainly recommend this Popeye's to anyone visiting Paris.

Very delicious chicken, I can say that it is the best fried chicken in town. I really like the spicy flavour that they offer along with the garlic sauce. The fries are tasty and very special (cajun spices make a great difference). Excellent place in terms of quality vs price, I really recommend it if you are looking for a special fast food experience

The food tastes great, the staff is friendly and i like the concept of getting your placed order delivered to your table with help of the tracking system. The prices aren't bad either. Bonus: Since there is a lack of seating space in the Gare du Nord station, this is a great place to sit down for some time (with food) instead of standing in the station the whole time while you have to wait for your train.

Their fries and chicken are great! I also tried their burger but didn't like it so much.

I waited for 35 minutes for three pieces of spicy chicken, in a FASTfood. The food was served hot : - Classic spicy friedchicken was dry. - Spicy wing was tender and juicy, better than the classic. - Tender was surprisingly the best! Crispy, juicy, tender and savory! The portion was also big compared to KFC.

Popeyes is my favourite fast food fried chicken back in North America so it was a dream come true when it opened its first shop in Paris. Waited till May to try my luck and at 3:30 pm on a Sunday, as I heard that the lines were horrible when it had first opened. At 3:30 pm, the place was still quite full as many people eating, but a few tables still available. Ordered (to go) a 3 piece chicken menu and a 5 piece chicken tenders menu + vanilla milkshake + a buttermilk biscuit (unlike back home, it's not included in the menu here and is bought separately). I would suggest verifying to make sure your order is all in the bags before leaving as they had forgotten the garlic sauce for the tenders and I didn't see till I got home. Verdict? - The real taste and crunchy batter of Popeyes chicken back home! Missed it so much! - Buttermilk biscuit a bit hard and dry and not as good as the ones back home - All dressed fries with cheese and bacon/ cheese onions were fine - tenders looked dry (but isn't all white meat?) - milkshake was good I will be back for my Popeyes fix!

Arriving at 8:10pm I waited ~25 minutes to have a table inside. The order came after 5minutes of my order. The staff is friendly and the quality is good. Fresh chicken, good marination. The fries are delicious as well. For the sauces I prefer the garlic mayonnaise and the barbecue. The mustard goes more with the fries. Drinks are normal. I recommend for delicious tenders but the waiting is long.

I have had popeyes in the states and it’s just as good here in France. The menu had a good variety and saver deals. The food was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The food is consistent like all other Popeyes restaurants. For a location right by the train station I appreciate how fast they give you your order. Not too many friendly faces but they get the job done. Seating can be tough because of so many travelers using the outlets or waiting around until their train leaves. The do a ok job with keeping tables clean and replacing the trash. Get your food and get out.

The food was good and the price was fair (8 stripes, 12 wings, 2 coleslaws, 2 fries, 4 drinks with 3 sauces, all for around 30€). The service was alright but the place was not so clean (mostly because of the previous customers but still, that's what I found).

Great fried chicken, good crunch and tenderness. The fried chicken and the small chicken sandwich, coleslaw, red hot honey sauce, and the madri gras mustard was good. Honestly, I wouldn’t order the coleslaw again, nothing special about it. The red hot honey sauce was alright, I don’t think I would go for the madri gras mustard, it had a tang, but nothing special about it. I ordered ketchup, but they didn’t get it.

Tasty and juicy chicken tenders. Fries were good as well. Sauces were tasty and varied. I recommend the garlic mayo. There was a line but moved fast, however, service can improve as it was not fast enough. Biscuits were a big dissapointment, burned, small, and not soft. Overall, an ok American style venue to get fast food chicken but the venues in the US are way better in many aspects.

Waited about 40 minutes around dinner time (20:30pm). But just when we wanted to enter the guy at the door tell us we can only take away because we are on the take away line which took us by surprise since there’s no sign to inform anyone between 2 lines which one is for dine in which one is for take away, he was really insisted us to take away no matter what , even we explained there’s no sign and we waited so long, but since we came really far away and did take long time at line we decided to ignore him and dine in, however during eating time I wasn’t totally relaxed 😂 afraid the guy will come and kick us out , hopefully it didn’t happen, but still, put a sign at the door at least to inform us ! Friendly reminder : inner line is for dine in, outside line is for take out. Anyway, about the food quality, I would say it tasted good , more crispy than KCF and McDonald, the burger bread was soft and tasty as well. Loved the spicy chicken wings , hope it can be more spicy though. Fries tasted different than other fast food place but good as well. For the sauces there’s many choices except ketchup and mayonnaise , like garlic and spicy ext, need to pay extra 1 euro. Average price is about 10euros-18euros/person, depends how much you can eat of course. We ordered a bit much so took away some leftovers, inside take away bag it’s plastic which is pretty good to keep the oil away , very useful design I would say . Typical fast food place, nothing to complain, but I don’t think I’ll come so far away and take the long line again for this, maybe when the hit is gone it won’t be this much crowded, I would consider coming back again.

Twice I've gone for takeaway and twice they've left out significant portions of my order. The first time sauces and kids drinks, second time I checked sauces and drinks before leaving and get home to find they forgot kids desserts and fries. Don't waste your time/money.

Just over the road from the station, it was somewhere to eat and go to the ladies' room before taking my train. The staff were overworked but friendly and helpful, the toilets were, well, as horrible as the users left them which says more about the clients than the staff, the food was cold and chewy but the onion rings were lovely. I was surprised to find space to sit and was served at my table. I mean, not great, but ok I guess.

Taste-wise, it's decent, can't say it's any better or worse than KFC, but decent. Calling it "fast" food is a bit of a stretch though, I was only getting a single burger, with only 2 orders ahead of me on the board, and it still took 15mins to get it. My train was just boarding when I got back to the station, so was cutting it a bit fine.

I want to like this place, because I have been waiting for a while to come to Europe. It must be suffering from some teething problems with the service however, because when we went it was confusing, slow and the place felt chaotic. Will try again and hopefully the staff will be hitting their stride in the meantime.

We takeaway as we need to take a train. Have not eaten Popeye for ages, there are no more outlets in Asia. Overall fried chicken wings and tenders were quite ok.

AMAZING taste as usual!!! However, The order took 30 mins to be finished. The team was LOST!!!! They brought the order of people I was sitting with, and forgot about my order. 10 minutes after, I asked about my order and they were totally lost and didn’t know that my order was missing, and an employee told me rudely: Go sit and we’ll bring your order. When they brought me the order, it was missing the onion rings. When I finished eating, I asked about the onion rings and finally got them. :)

Staff is nice and accommodating, and trying their best to keep the place clean in spite off being crowded when we arrive around 2pm it was full of costumer but after 45 minutes is better. Food is freshly cook but nothing so special, limited selection of menu.

Orders were piling up at the take away windows and only the people dining in were getting served. Had to watch my order get made then sit on the counter for 20 minutes before getting it given to me. Was there on a Sunday afternoon.

Popeyes has recently become one of our favourite chain restaurants, so after a long trip, we decided it was the best first stop before heading to the hotel. What we got was surprisingly underwhelming - with the chicken feeling like a pale imitation of other branches; on top of being way too thick for a burger, it didn't taste of much and didn't have that amazing crispiness that we've come to know. It wasn't a horrible meal, but it was by far the worst Popeyes we've had. The ghost pepper wings were nice though

Not sure if the pictures do it justice but the chicken was so juicy. With popeyes it’s sometimes a hit or miss but I was pleased with this one. It was also my first time ordering from this location. We got the 3 piece combo and the 8 piece ghost pepper wings combo. The 3 pieces were quite big but the quantity of fries not as much. They also gave us two extra wings, which was cool. One of the downsides was the quantity of sauces. We got only one sachet of each sauce that came with the combo, that is one sachet of ketchup and one sachet of mayo which were definitely not enough. We had to supplement this with an aioli sauce, which was luckily a more generous amount. The service was relatively efficient, took about 15 or so minutes to order (from the machines) and get our food which was great because we had a train to catch immediately after. The place was a little crowded and hard to move around but to be honest, being a fast food spot we didn’t expect much in that aspect.

we have waited half an hour for our small simple order, which upon delivery was not complete, cold and the chicken was dry. You don’t expect much from fast food but apparently you can be unpleasantly surprised. The toilet was DISGUSTINGLY dirty and smelly.

Attention!!!attention!!! last Friday almost got scammed by one old lady she has a kind of dark hair and she has a glasses all ready paid throw the counter and quickly threw away my receipt and she doesn’t give me another receipt to confirm I paid and after all that she said do you know your order number after I paid and after she threw my receipt and I said you have to find the receipt for me and she said I don’t know I can’t speak English but she was with other customers so I had to rising my voice on her till the manager involved resolved the mess she made , she is racist with tourist as well and I believe she does that a lot and talking the money after. Horrible service, the restaurant is dirty, it took 30 minutes to get one chicken sandwich, fries and a Coke Zero. The staff is beyond slow but to a point where you have to ask if it’s not on purpose. There was no one in the restaurant and it still took 30 minutes to be served. It’s dirty, no tables are wiped down (even though, as mentioned, it’s a slow day) and the bathroom is filled with buckets collecting dripping water. Disappointing!

We ordered 18 pieces of fried chicken to be shared by the family, along with 8 hot wings and biscuits for take out. Guess what? ALL 18 PIECES OF FRIED CHICKEN WERE MISSING. How can we “love that chicken” when they’re all missing?? How disappointing.

I ordered 8 hot wings (to go) and they gave me 4 tenders. I did not know about this until I got home. And I found nowhere to get my money back.

I ordered my meal to go and it took 25 minutes. I checked on my meal and it was just sitting in warmer and I almost missed my train. The food was lukewarm and the fries were stale. There was only one person at the register and he was also working the kitchen. Don’t waste your time here. It isn’t a quick meal nor is it good.

When I walked out of the Station I was shocked to See Popeyes fried chicken Then the nightmare began. The chicken was older than Me in minutes previously Cooked. We ordered three set of meals to take away tonight 23rd Aug and paid extra to get the meal deal and upgrade the fries to cheddar bacon fries. As we needed to take the train, we didn’t check the take away order. But after entering the border, it was found that the most we wanted food which the cheddar bacon fries was totally missing!!! Three meals just got only two fries, what a shame!! I paid extra and the meal and got nothing!

We have ordered the chicken popcorn but the chicken is very smell we didn't even eat a single we have thrown out all the food please we think they fried the chicken in the pork or beef oil so indians please be aware and ask them before you order the food

Update: received food poisoning from this sandwich. The chicken in my sandwich was not fully cooked. It was pink. Manager kept on arguing, when I asked for money back they gave it back for just the sandwich not menu, and gave it back with 50 cents. Great experience, hope I don’t get salmonella

I arrived in Paris on the Eurostar late in the evening and was hungry, but not ravenous, so I decided to see what was around the corner from my Gare du Nord located hotel. I saw Popeyes and thought it would be fun to choose something I'd never had the opportunity to experience before. I entered the store and used the screen to order, but when it came to paying the machine wouldn't work and advised me to go to the main counter. There I had to explain what had happened, and the answer was to use another screen, go through the whole process again, and this time successfully pay. I then waited in the area where the counter was, until someone rather rudely demanded to know why I was there and ushered me to the collection area around the corner from the small seating area. I found a seat and joined the people waiting for their order - mine was on the screen as being prepared. I waited... and waited... my number remained as being prepared whilst delivery drivers came and went and returned and went again... I tried asking someone how long my order would take, and they didn't seem to understand me - but indicated the board stating that my order was being prepared. After half an hour of waiting I approached another member of staff who checked my number, saw it was still being prepared and then grabbed a bag of food and handed it to me without comment. I thought to myself - this had better be damned good food! It was not. Clearly there had been some problem with their system as I know my number was not called and never left the "being prepared" section of the screen. However, when I got to my hotel room almost next door, I found my food was stone cold - chilled, even, as it had been beside the sundae which was melted. My vanilla shake was only about 20% full. I will never go to this Popeyes again - and probably won't have an opportunity to try another one, for that matter. I do not recommend taking a chance on this eatery.
