Highly recommended! The tripe is delicious, well-browned and seasoned. We ordered for four and were more than satisfied. Plus, they served us quickly and with a friendly attitude. We'll definitely be back for more.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Tripitas Rulis, and I'll definitely be back every time I'm in Parral. The order comes with four overflowing tacos, accompanied by a spicy salsa de árbol, lemon, and red onion. A completely family-friendly place run by a wonderful family.
