Theresa was amazing!! She gave the best customer service I have every experienced at a fast food restaurant. She was very friendly and attentive. I asked for tomatoes on my Spicy Chicken Sandwich. When I received my sandwich, I noticed there was no tomatoes on it. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I ate it as is, no sweat! In the middle of eating the sandwich, Theresa said “there was something wrong with your sandwich huh?” And I said “haha yeah but no worries, I’m enjoying it!” Theresa went above and beyond and brought out complimentary fries and apologized! I have no idea how she knew there was a mistake, but I was blown away by how sweet and attentive she was. Thank you again Theresa! I will definitely be coming here again!
I usually don't like doing reviews but this night was different. Míriam Person in charge was very nice and attentive. Got my order just how I like it, always fresh and quick. And I like that cause I'm always in a hurry and don't have time to wait 20 minutes for my order.
The customer service was terrible . A cashier named Laura was rude. You have a poster displayed to sign up for rewards. She knew absolutely nothing about the program. I made a purchase and wanted my free burger. When I asked about it, she walked away. Rude and unprofessional!
I go here often and the quality varies, but today was PERFECT!!! Look at these crisp, delicious jalapeño poppers and the original thick burger is perfect too! I don't regularly say 5 stars on fast food, but wow! Give that chef a serious raise, not a promotion just a serious raise.
I've come to this location so many times over the years and it's always been consistently good. I usually just use the drive thru but the service is always fast. Ambiance in this area is ok, due to the PCC being nearby and it helping the area be good. The food itself is always fantastic. The Big Carl is like a Big Mac, but better (and I am a huge Big Mac enthusiast). The limited-edition churro milkshake is fantastic btw, please give it a try if it's still available by the time you read this.
The food is very good, The servers are very friendly and the service is OK sometimes they could take too long because they don’t have too many employeess. However, the reason why I rated low is because the atmosphere is really dirty. And I have concerns of sanitation!
Tried Carl's Jr. for the first time coming from the NYC area. We were very disappointed. None of us enjoyed our burger. It had no TLC in it. It was flavorless. Will not recommend anyone to Carl's Jr. We enjoyed the In-N-Out burger tons better.
It's an absolute outrage! $16.23 for a basic Famous Star meal? And for what? A pathetic, flavorless excuse for a burger, with bone-dry fries and only soda to wash it down. This isn't the Carl's Jr. I remember. They proudly display a plaque about their original cheeseburger being $.45 and fries $.20. What in the world happened to quality and value?! It's highway robbery and a complete betrayal of their legacy.
A very little to choose from. Was the day of the rose festival?So maybe they cut back. Prices twice as high as the midwest. Bathroom and dire need of cleaning
I was standing in front of them for minutes and asking to place an order, however they literally make a view they don’t see or hear you.
I will not be going back to this Carl’s Jr. They have roaches. I ate my food in the car went back to get a refill on my drink. That’s when I noticed the roaches felt sick after eating my food.
I visited the drive-through on January 10th around 10:30 PM and was really disappointed with my experience. The employee at the window seemed confused and unsure about my order, which unfortunately resulted in me receiving the wrong items. On top of that, the food quality was poor overall and the french fries were clearly old and stale, like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long. I understand late night shifts can be tough, but getting an incorrect order with subpar food is frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to grab a quick meal. I expected better from Carl’s Jr. and hope this location can improve its consistency and attention to detail during evening hours.
Made me purchase everything individually due to rose bowl parade. $27 for some bullshit that’s normally half the price. Thanks carls jr.

The food is disgusting I believe they are serving expired outdated meat.the service is slow The guacamole taste sour and the shakes have a funny taste plus the meals are overpriced.
This location is very dirty and depressing, it needs an update or at the very least, a deep cleaning. I walked in and stood in line for a few minutes and walked out after observing the condition of the store.
The cashier girl took my order wrong she was to distracted talking with her co workers. They were all being laud . What king employee yall hired ?
worst experience ever I went to this store couple days ago. The I guy in the front is useless. He's wearing an airpods while AT WORK. He messed up my food gave me the wrong order and his slow. His hair is everywhere and he got a full beard. Disgusting
This store is a dive, bums in the parking lot and hanging out in the store, fries were a joke, the manager? Was working the wimdow handling the money and preparing the food without washing his hands. I use to love Carl's I'll never go back. For $20 for burger meal you would think the quality would still be there. Sad times.
I ordered a $9 Sante fe chicken sandwich... Smallest piece of green chili I have ever seen... PATHETIC! I will never go there again!!
If you wanna die, eat here. Ive found several plastic items inside my burrito. Complain about it and the manager told me : « we dont use plastic ». What kind of response is it ? She should be ashamed. I should sue them. The cashier, Laura, was kind and professionnal.
I'm over this location. Service is short and never seem happy, not to mention hard to order with the language barrier. Food is always hastily thrown together. Just had to throw away breakfast burrito because it wouldn't hold together from half of it being the gravy and sloppily put together. Tasted old. I've had problems before with my burger being cold and everything dripping from sauces, ask for ketchup and only get one have to ask a few times for more.
