Stopped in for a donut and coffee. Both were pretty good and like the ordering convenience if you're in a hurry but it's largely impersonal, even if you go in to order. Not really conducive to indoor eating though outdoor area is pretty good

Dunkin is delicious! I loooove the Tmobile rewards cause it allows for me to try Dunkin’s food and drinks for free. This location is convenient but I always see flies inside the donut window. So it doesn’t seem sanitary. Usually my experience with the cashiers have been ok but today the lady did not seem like she wanted to do her job. She did not know the name of the donut we were pointing to and when we pointed to the donut in an obvious way, she was not even trying to really see where we were pointing! It was pretty frustrating. I know we get what we paid for but she did not know how we were going to pay yet! We tried the hash browns for the first time and it was a tad over fried but tasted delicious!! I also like their mango peach refresher. It tastes sweet and cooling! Their breakfast wrap and sandwiches are always good and comparable to starbucks. I would come back but i hope they take more action with the flies/mosquitoes I saw flying around in there right where the food is! I also hope customer service improves.

This is a really small Dunkin location, but it also has the best outdoor area I’ve ever seen at a Dunkin’? Service was mixed, I had to flag someone down for an issue with my order, but they resolved it quickly. Street parking was fairly available, likely because the other shops around are closed in the AM.

Ordered on the app. Order was ready upon arrival. Coffee was great! However, the donuts were awful! Chocolate glazed had l little to no glaze and the lemon filling in the Lemon donut tasted like cleaning solution. Both tasted like they were fried with corn dogs. Pasadena needs to take notes from Thousand Oaks Dunkin.

I ordered everything bagel and cream cheese with coffee. When I came home with the order, found that there was barely any cream cheese in it. It was a great disappointment. I give two stars because they replaced the coffee ( premixed with cream and sugar) with black coffee and creamer on the side.

I usually go to this Dunkin because of all the T-mobile Tuesday deals. Their donuts are not fresh-looking and always I could see flies around them. If I want good donuts, I would go elsewhere. Staff is okay nice. Parking is also at the back which I have to walk all the way around to get there. It's inconvenient. If you want fresh and tasty donuts, go somewhere else. If you get T-Mobile Tuesday, then come here. You have no choice anyways. 😁

The idea is fun, but really I don't know how this was able to be such a sought after donut other than good marketing. The chocolate frosted donut (chocolate raised at any other place...sometimes called yeast donut) was average, about the same quality at a Ralph's or Safeway/Vons. Got a sour cream donut... if they nailed it then whoever came up with the idea for this recipe loved all sorts of offensive flavor clashing. It also looked like they called a basic plain cake donut an old fashioned donut. Maybe I'm a bit too critical but I do know what a good donut is and these are not it. Would probably rank as the McDonald's of donuts...then attempting to do something fancy with it and failing. I always say, learn how to make a good donut first, then start to get creative with it. Sorry, I'm very passionate about my donuts. I'd suggest Sierra Donuts in East Pasadena. Way better! Ask the owner to pick out donuts for you based on the age of people eating them... she's good.

Can’t be bothered. Not sure how this Dunkin location fell off but the service is just getting worse and worse. Walked in, not acknowledged, ordered, not even a hello, mind you this is 630am, there’s nobody here. Just awkward. Finally get our order and nothing. Get to car, they forgot half our order. Return, tell them what’s missing, no apology, still no hello lol, finally got full order. Pay your workers more, they ain’t happy with the world.

The way the girls handled my order today was completely unprofessional and rude. I don’t like green tea so I kindly asked if I could get just the base, the girl helping me answered with an attitude and I stated that I don’t mind them leaving a bit of space to make up for it since she stated they couldn’t fill it to the top. She filled up my cup A LOT less than halfway and just added a bunch of ice and then just a bunch of room on top. I don’t mind paying more to get the drink that I want but what I was given was NOT worth the almost 6 dollars that I paid for the drink. There’s a way to deal with guests without the attitude as well and the eye rolling…
