I loved the experience. The food was excellent and our server Donte was so knowledgeable about the menu, he was very pleasant and he made us laugh too. Lol. And the manager greeted us at the door. This is what a restaurant experience is supposed to be like. Thank you.

Our server Donte, was amaaazing and so kind. He was patient with us and our late guest, and suggested the perfect entree for us to all share. Had my first visit on Veterans Day, and it was LOVELY!! Not only did they have an insanely generous Veterans Day deal (I believe it was 11am-3pm free lunch special for military/veterans), the staff handled the busy-ness with grace. The host was very kind, and my server was sooo sweet, she did an amazing job making me feel welcome/cared for!! (The decor was also very classy/elegant. Overall, a great visit. Will be visiting again!

I would definitely recommend P.F. Chang's as a place for social gatherings and get-togethers. The restaurant itself is SO beautiful!! The large painting on the wall is really eye-catching and the decor around the place reminds you that this place WILL SERVE authentic asian food. And oh, the server!!! Donte was so entertaining and really livened up the place with his fun little quips. I dare say that man deserves a raise for how much effort he puts into making sure his customers are getting the most fun experience possible! Also, when I tell you that Chang's Spicy Chicken was BANGIN'? It had a crispy outside and a tender, spicy inside, which made it so FREAKIN GOOD with the white rice! I totally underestimated the spice level, though, so if you have a low spice tolerance, I would recommend the Mongolian beef instead. I rarely go to this place unless there's a special occasion, but every time I have never been disappointed! AND THOSE CRAB RANGOONS? Ohmigosh. 10/10. DO NOT WALK, RUN!!!!

This is a wonderful P.F. Chang’s. The parking lot is right around the corner. You can walk down some stairs and you’re there. The atmosphere and food was excellent. The waitresses were just perfect. And the food I can go on about the food all day, it was so delicious.Just like I remember it.

We ended up at PF Chang's twice this week. Once for lunch and then again for a late (9:45pm) dinner. Both times we sat near the bar and Josh was our waiter and bartender. Josh did a great job with our cocktails and recommendations! The firecracker shrimp entree is delicious.

I’ve had PF Chang’s in several countries over the years, and somehow it always hits the same way, comforting, consistent, and just amazing. I stopped by the Virginia Beach location while on vacation, and it instantly reminded me why it’s one of my go to spots wherever I travel. The Mongolian beef was perfectly tender, glazed in that rich, slightly sweet sauce that makes it impossible to stop eating. The dynamite shrimp were crispy and creamy. The lettuce wraps never miss, always fresh and seasoned just right. The wonton soup was light which was the perfect way to start the meal. Service was friendly and easygoing, and the place had that classic PF Chang’s vibe: modern, warm, and full of energy. It’s really rare to find a restaurant that stays this consistent around the world, but PF Chang’s always delivers. Definitely one I’ll keep coming back to, no matter the city.

It wasn’t the worst experience, but it also wasn’t the greatest. I wouldn’t completely rule out returning for Valentine’s Day, but a few things definitely need improvement. To start, it took about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by a waiter, so we decided to place our entire order at once. For context, our reservation was for their Valentine’s Day special, which was a preset five-course meal. We were able to choose our options for each course (except the first), so we submitted everything along with our drink order. My main issue with this preset menu was the pacing. The food began arriving almost immediately after we ordered, and the courses kept coming without any time to relax or properly enjoy each dish. There was no break between courses, which made the experience feel rushed. During the main course, dessert was already being served while I was still eating. I felt pressured to hurry through my meal instead of enjoying it. Because of this, I didn’t truly enjoy any of the courses—it felt more like I was rushing through the food rather than savoring it. I’m not sure if this was done to move diners along quickly for the next seating, but overall, the experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t consider doing this again unless the pacing and overall flow of the meal are adjusted to allow guests time to enjoy each course.

The food was wonderful and our server was outstanding. The problem was the drinks were awful and taste like it’s been rushed when making it. The manager look like he had an attitude when I requested the drinks to be off my tab. He was going to make me pay for it and I told him I don’t want these 2 drinks on my tab. He even given me a nasty look when I left. Shoutout to my server for keeping it professional and being as good of a server she was.

Worst location we have dined at. Went in on Sunday at 330 PM with a party of three, about 5 other tables had patrons. First issue, our servers first appearance took just under 10 minutes where one drink was forgotten upon return. First He did not take our order down on paper, we ordered three appetizers all supposed to be 1/2 size. Received full appetizer, server would not correct and charged for full size. Fried rice "upgrade" on two meals was awful, cooked very poorly, cold sections of food. Crab wontons did not taste very well too. Server rarely returned to the table, failed to keep drinks as ordered, and over charged. All of our main meals did not taste as good as they should have, definitely something off with kitchen staff. PORTIONS VERY SMALL compared to other locations we have been. Server took our fried green beans instead of bringing a box as requested. Will not be returning to this VA Beach location. Definitely not worth spending $100 for two, save your money and go somewhere else, there are plenty of options nearby to avoid this overpriced, poorly managed location.

Before you go READ THE RECENT REVIEWS! I hadn’t been to PF Changs in years and was so excited to go. My favorite meals are the Chang spicy chicken and the banana spring rolls. Both are now HORRIBLE!!!!! The Chang spicy chicken was literally scraps of chicken and all breading. I asked if the recipe had change and the server told me they had been there for seven years and it’s the same as it has been since they’ve been there.I can assure you that these scraps of whatever this is isn’t what I’ve been served when I used to go there. And the banana spring rolls aren’t what they used to be. I don’t know what they are now but it’s not sweet and whatever they wrap it with is cheap. The quality is no longer there, even though the price has increased and the portion sizes are smaller. Just go to your best corner store Chinese restaurant if you want good food. This is NOT it anymore. I will not ever be returning!

We recently visited for lunch. I ordered the lunch Mongolian Beef. The portion size was very offensive for the price. I spoke with the manager, Megan, who assured me that it was the right size. She also suggested that I order the dinner portion, as if that was a fix. I saw where a previous poster commented on the size of the dinner portion as well. Megan was in a rush as she spoke to me and hurried off with a plate that we had on the table that had food on it. I spoke with her again and asked why she took the plate and she said she thought we were done with it because my daughter put her broccoli up there. The problem is, she didn’t ask. Also, the advertisement on the website for Mongolian Beef doesn’t match what I received AT ALL….which is false advertisement. You all need to consider correcting this. Not only was my portion small, there was no sauce. Also, my egg drop soup wasn’t good and contained very little egg.
