This place is the spot love the country ,TX atmosphere. The service our awesome feels like I’am at home also the food is tasty as I would have cooked for thanks giving I invite everyone.

Marc is the best! He was kind and answered all my questions and even made suggestions. The ribs were THE BEST!! The mac and cheese could be slightly better but the charro bean made up for it!

Fabulous food, their one weak spot is their smoked turkey. It's cut against the grain of the meat which makes it break apart under the fork and sauce. Of course that might just have been that one cut of meat. The rest was fabulous. The brisket had just enough marbeling to be tender and juicy. The burger was lacking in artificial flavor, was tender, juicy, and not at all dry. They are smoked sausage had a nice firm texture, the cuts of It Made It Fabulous for putting on slices of bread and putting sauce on. The flavor of the sausage is best described as beefy, with just the right amount of spices and peppers to give it a good amount of flavor.

This has been my favorite place of all times, the food is AMAZING, and the service is always top notch, the friendliness of all the staff is simply the best. We love the decoration so very much that we decided to get married here a few years ago and we celebrate each year here with the staff (and they remember us every year) Every time we have family of friends from out of town we bring them here to experience the greatness of food, service and atmosphere under one gorgeous roof! Highly recommend Big Horn!

Very good food indeed. All common BBQ items and sides offered, no surprises here. Having ordered the three meat combo, I had plenty of food, coupled with two sides, a take out box was required. As other folks have aforementioned, it’s not the cheapest, cost around $40 for two people to eat. With that said, the ambience was nice and traditional. Certainly would visit again if in town.

Rating is for the Cheeseburger and fries only, haven't tried the BBQ. Burger was excellent. Patty was a good size and cooked perfectly. Veggies were fresh with a toasted bun. Fries were good with a little salt. The service was quick and friendly. The decor and furnishings are awesome. Highly appropriate for a Texas BBQ restaurant. I also liked the chocolate cake and chocolate covered pecans.

My family and I had ribs, sausage, and brisket with multiple sides (mac & cheese, potato salad, charro beans, and baked beans). The food was great! Big Horn (Pearland), cudos on the pico de gallo! It is fresh every time I dine in. That's a plus for me!

This place is AWESOME. This is what TEXAS bbq is all about. I suggest the 2 meat dinner. I had the brisket and the sausage with baked beans and yams. I also had an order of fried okra. All the sides looked great I was pleased with my choices. This is a really good place I would recommend it

BBQ is decent. Burgers are top notch. Sides are the BEST... literally the best French fries I've ever had! Baked and Ranch Beans, corn casserole, twice baked mashed potatoes... 🔥

A hearty meal that filled me up. I really enjoyed the ham probably more than I should have. The next time I'm in town I want to try one of the burgers and the jumbo onion rings.

I’ve eaten here once or twice before. I really enjoyed eating here today. The bbq isn’t going to win any awards (imo), but it’s definitely good. For me, actually, the charro beans were the real stand out lol. They had such a spicy kick to them - so flavorful! The atmosphere feels grand in scale, but still down home comfortable. I’d be happy to go back again. The self serve toppings and drink bar is a plus, too. Very clean and well stocked.

I must say, this is the BEST BBQ in Pearland. Outside of the outstanding food. The staff is great. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I come to this location a few times a month! Money is well spent here.

Placed an order in the drive-thru. We caught them on a day when there was only one car ahead of us. For those that are familiar with Big Horn, it is not unusual for there to be a line around the corner to get some great food. It was raining this day so there weren't that many people on the road. The young lady at the window was very courteous and got our order right out. We ordered the loaded baked potato with lean chopped beef and a chicken tender kid's meal with onions rings that also comes with a drink. I hope your kiddo has an appetite because this is not a kiddie portion. ☺️ The food was great. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we picked up an order of peach cobbler and pecan pie.

The convenience store side has a nice layout and lots of variety and selections at a fair price. The store has a down-home, country feel - just ask the deer mount. The coffee drinks station is well supplied, clean, and neatly laid out. They even have honey and a large variety of hot teas as well. Service is good, but the morning rush does make for a little longer line to check out. Breakfast tacos are BOGO after 10:30 a.m. everyday! Gas prices could be a little lower but certainly a nice alternative to Buc-ee's.

Great little spot in Pearland. Lots of meat options, sandwiches, burgers, kid options and sides to choose from. I highly recommend the jalapeño sausage and turkey. If you are looking for a treat the banana pudding and double chocolate brownie are excellent choices. You should also check out their sweet shop for a tasty treat as well as a nice selection of coffees and lattes. 10/10 recommend.

This location is always welcoming the staff is friendly and place is always clean. The food is delicious cooked well and seasoned very well. This location can get busy. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible entrance and dining in. This location does rent out a section. Good for a small party or a business meeting

This place is a warm and inviting atmosphere. I got the baked potato. It was loaded with bbq beef, the pork sandwich was filled with flavor, Mac & cheese was good, mashed potatoes were tasty and the banana pudding was incredible. Large variety. We added the 1/2 lb bbq ribs and they were falling off the bone. Soooo good! Will be back again.

Not sure why people are complaining about the meat. Me and mom split a 3 meat. We got Turkey, Chicken and Brisket. All good and moist not dry like other reviews. The chicken had more flavor on the inside chicken then Killens, same with the turkey and it wasn't Luke warm almost cold like Killens was. We had Mashed potatoes and Potato Salad both good, they could have more flavor but i would get again. Tea was good could be sweeter and dr pepper wasn't that great so personally wouldn't spend the $2.50 on soda and just get water next time. Bbq sauce was really good. Side bread was good but jalapeno to spicy for my white self lol The 3 meat meal with 2 drinks was $30 Not bad. Would come here over Killen's. Gave 4 because could use room to improve. The reason i compared to Killens is because here i could taste the flavor and smoke flavor in the meat especially the chicken. But at Killens the only good part of the chicken was the skin flavor which couldnt it cuz was too rubbery and the chicken at Killens and no flavor inside. Try for yourself and be the judge.

This place is the Luby’s of barbecue I was pleasantly surprised the food was great the place was packed but the line moved fast staff was great loved the ambience and the wildlife throughout the restaurant

Great barbecue and good side dishes! We have been going to Big Horn since the day they opened! Prices are comparable with other barbecue restaurants! The food is good either way one exception! I ordered a cheese burger several months ago and it was overcooked, dry and absolutely horrible! I thought at the time that burger had been sitting around a long time! Didn’t complain just ate it and moved on! Today I thought I’d give it another try! Big mistake, again overcooked, no flavor and cold! It was horrible! Now I’m pretty certain they don’t cook your burger when you order but cook some ahead that sit around getting cold and drying out and serve those when one is ordered! Not recommended and I will never order another burger there! There are places around town to get a good burger!

It was good, but not necessarily blowing your hair back. Pulled pork was some of the best I have ever had. The potatoe salad, not so much. Ambiance was perfect for the place. The employees looked like they were NOT having good time.

We shared a three meat plate with two sides. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the sausage was just as good, the pork ribs were a tad chewy. The pinto beans may have been the best thing on our plates, the broccoli salad had way too much sugar in it for either my wife or me to eat. Was this the best 'Q we've ever had? No. But it was pretty good....4 stars. Couldn't seem to find any extra napkins.

I ordered the nachos and it was a good portion for the price and while I waited for my take out order that didn’t take a while I went to the restroom and it was extremely clean . 10/10 most definitely will recommend

I’ve been going to Big Horn (Pearland) for years and at least 3 times a month. When I have family in town I would place large orders because Big Horn would give good tasting food and nice amounts . I was so disappointed with my order today . The portions are usually nice but today one of the ribs was basically fat and bone. The turkey was small cut up pieces and dry. They put 5 paper thin slices of brisket on the order. I normally go in but today I wasn’t feeling well so I went through the drive thru. If I go through the drive thru again I will check my order before I leave. It’s probably best to go in so you can see your order being fixed .

The only highlight of this place in my opinion is the peach cobbler. The pecan pie was not what I expected because it had too much filling and not enough pecans. The brisket was good but not the best I’ve had. The pulled pork was dry. I would probably just come back for the peach divide ambit that’s about it.

With how busy this place was, I was super excited to get my hands on a plate of BBQ from this place. Overall, the food was good but not what I expected from Texas BBQ. However, I will say the portions were over the top and definitely Texas sized! The atmosphere was definitely TEXAS and a joy to be at. Between the amount of food and how busy it was, I found myself enjoying the overall experience.

Tried for the first time today. Waited in the drive thru for 19 minutes (only three cars total) just for the order to be wrong. Once we got our correct order, it was okay food. Im not sure why it took so long though when the tacos came wrapped and fully labeled with stickers like they had been premade and set out under a warmer. The tacos needed the sauce cause they were pretty dry, but the sauce + taco combo was good! However, with comparable prices to so many other breakfast taco places right here, it just wasnt worth the hassle.

My mom had been telling me about this place for a while. Decided to take her for Sunday lunch. I ordered 1 lb of brisket (lean and moist), 3 pork ribs , and sausage. I requested jalapeño and cheddar but they gave me regular. My mom ordered 3 meat plate with chicken, sausage and ribs. My mom enjoyed her food. For me the meat was nice. Ribs were soft but lacked seasoning. Sausage was ok. I wish I would have tried the jalapeño cheddar. The brisket was moist but lacked flavor. Fortunately their house bbq sauce was sweet and made the meat more enjoyable. All in all an ok spot. I really appreciated two latino employees in the front line who speak fluent Spanish and made my mom feel comfortable ordering and answered all of our questions. They were very patient and made sure she got what she wanted.

I enjoyed this place - they have a wide selection to choose from. It is a cafeteria style restaurant and the BBQ Chicken I had was tender and delicious. With my dinner I got to choose 2 sides - Mac and cheese and the broccoli salad. The meal normally comes with Texas sized white bread which I opted not to get. The portions are generous as I took a portion of my half chicken home along with some of the salad.

The food is good, but you will not get much for what you pay: my chopped beef sandwich buns were resting on each other when I opened the wrapper. I called to ask about the small amount of meat that was on the sandwich, and I was told that they weigh out 4 oz. of meat when they make their sandwiches... for nearly $10.

The employees at this location are incredibly rude. Two times within a 5 minute span did employees try to squeeze through a small space near me and never opened their mouth to say excuse me. I feel if you work in service, great customer service should be a priority.

The food smells fantastic as soon as you enter and looks tempting at the pick up bar. The restaurant is large and probably could get loud in the evenings and weekends. The food tasted very good at first and second bites but after that the meat was dry and chewy. I had chicken and ribs and hubby had ribs and brisket. All the meat was dry and the yummy BBQ sauce could not save it. Our sides, on the other hand were delicious. We might come back.

Food was pretty good but it took almost 40mins for some sandwiches. Got to the car and one of them was COLD, god help me I didn't have the patience to go ask for another one 🤣. The pick up area needs another look tbh. So awkward to stand there in everyone's way.

One of the spots I hit if I’m in area and hungry.! Never had any complaints with actual food. Not the best o ever had but good for fast casual BBQ. My only gripe is the efficiency of the drive through.if you have a cook to order orders you need to come up with a system that doesn’t include them backing up the line. 30 mins or more in a drive through is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! I’ll never stop on a weekend no more. Tighten up. Yall have too much business to have problems like that . I understand a wait because volume but that’s a lil extra ya think?

I had a brisket sandwich the meat was not seasoned. Once you put sauce on it, it was ok. The Mac and cheese was not good.

We have been going here for minimum the past 7years.. Today I was told that for my 2meat plate I could not get lean brisket for both meats. I've always been able to get only lean brisket on the 2meat plate. Super disappointed, the man cutting the meat 1st gave me brisket and pork ribs (after I said 2meat plate all lean brisket) and I said no I want all brisket he said can't do it so I said alright then LEAN brisket and pulled pork.. I received the most UNLean brisket full of fat Very disappointed in service tonight, usually we have no issues. We love Big Horn, but we really did not enjoy our experience tonight

Not sure what is happening at Big Horn BBQ. I’ve purchased a Salad from here for at least the past 3 years. The salad has always been with sliced grilled chicken. Today our salad came with chopped grilled chicken for both me and my husband’s salad, which appears to be one chopped grill chicken breast spread across both salads. Mostly crumbs on my salad. Not enough protein for me @ price point. Time to move on.

Okay on a regular day, 5 stars for the BBQ, but I'm giving 2 stars because my mother and I shouldn't have to doctor a meal she paid almost $200 for, and thank goodness we can cook! My mother wanted to take it easy for thanksgiving this year, so she bought a "half-gallon" (didn't look like half a gallon, but okay) of dressing and sweet potatoes. She also bought the Cajun Turkey. I'm just gonna tell y'all what we had to do, to make it edible for us: -Turkey: dry fresh out of the oven, so we made sure to pour chicken broth over it and let it marinate in it before the guests arrived. White meat was dry, but not even the basic turkey dry, it was Popeyes biscuit dry. I'm not joking. You needed a beverage with this for sure. -Sweet potatoes: placed in a crock pot to warm, ended up having to add cinnamon, nutmeg, cinnamon sugar, brown sugar, and sugar to taste. Thanks to my mom it came out great! -Dressing: ended up having to stir it up a bit with a little chicken broth. It was already kind of mushy so we had to be very careful. We added gizzards, Cornish hen juice (thank goodness we made our own dressing btw), and basically all the seasonings we use on our regular dressing. It didn't taste great that night, or thanksgiving day, BUT today, Nov 26, when it all marinated--it tastes how it probably should've tasted when my mom spent almost $200 on this. All in all, if we're paying almost $200 we may as well buy the ingredients and cook it ourselves!!! We were too busy doctoring (the meal we paid other ppl to cook for us) everything to take pictures, but I did get a picture of the LOAF of dressing they gave us. I understand thanksgiving is hard to cook and we expect to spend a cute coin, but if you're charging ppl almost $200 for not even the full meal, you gotta do better than this. The exact price she paid was $184 and some change btw. For dressing, Turkey, and sweet potatoes--(allegedly) a half gallon. We know now ,not to trust too many businesses with the full thanksgiving meal. I'm thankful we had cooking talent and other dishes. The bread was good though.

I ordered breakfast this morning and ate 1 taco which was okay. Then I saves my biscuit sandwich for later. There was a huge egg shell in my sandwich plus other that I bit into!!! Eghhh not good. It was my first time ever going there for breakfast. Yeah no!!!!!!

I really enjoy eating at big horns I go there alot. I went today and I was really disappointed in the food today i had the 2 meat chicken and brisket with beans and broccoli salad which I alwaysn get but unfortunately my chicken was extremely dry and my broccoli salad was not good today I was very disappointed not pleased 😑

I was expecting the food to be good because it was extremely busy & the food smelled amazing. But my husband and I left disappointed. The brisket was hard and dry! The meat basically looked like it overcooked. I was so disappointed!! The BBQ sauce was very good! Thick & flavorful. That was the only thing that helped our meal.

I always order the same exact thing. Sausage sandwich on jalapeño cheese toast, fries, and a cup of water. Today was the very first time I went through the drive-through because I was in a hurry. Of course I didn’t start eating or looking in the bag until I got on the beltway headed towards Sugarland. When I open the bag, I noticed that they had the complete wrong sandwich in my order. When I called, the guy said that he was going to refund the sandwich only and that I would have to pay for the jalapeño cheese toast that I did not receive and the french fries. Do you really think that I am going to eat french fries by themselves? I threw all of it away except a cup water. I believe that he should’ve refunded my entire bill, but he pretty much acted like I was lying. I’m honestly not gonna go back there for a while probably even ever because the way that the guy was over the phone.

Ordered jumbo rib, platter and jumbo brisket platter. The ribs were cold and old. The brisket was cold and a lot of fat. The only thing good there was the onion rings and the french fries that came 20 minutes after we sat down wouldn’t go back to this barbecue place ever again, not even in my dreams

I did.rake out. Anytime I was inside you get more food. Both of my sides were very very small portions. I asked for more just one of them and the manager told me I had to pay another 4.00.

On a scale of Texas BBQ 1 to 10. This is a 3. The ribs were tough. Brisket was dry and tough. For a $21.99 3-meat plate I'd rather just go to Killens. The sides were actually very good. But that's it. In any other state this might be a 6. But in Texas it's a 3.

We ordered 3 meals and we got one meal, the other 2 never came, my husband went to check on it after I finished my meal and they kept saying they still were making the fries he didn’t move from the front, after another 10 mins or so he just requested a refund, but then his order somehow showed up. Mind you not he kept seeing ppl leaving the store with their ordered. When we got home we noticed that they also had taken a lot of the ham off the sandwich, we had seen it on the tray and it looked different. I know this are hard times but this is beyond sad

This is the first time I have eaten here. I ordered in drive thru. My friend ordered ribs/brisket, and sweet potato, baked beans. I ordered ribs/brisket, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese. The meat had no seasoning…. Bland, No taste 2 out of 5. Baked beans were good 4 out of 5, sweet potato 1 out of 5, mashed potatoes were good 5 out of 5, Mac and cheese no taste… bland tasted like water 1 out of 5….not even a cheese taste…. I was very disappointed.

Atrocious brisket had NO flavor and was very tough. It doesn’t seem smoked, it tastes steamed/ boiled. Maybe change your name to Texas Best steamed Beef Brisket. It cannot be called BBQ at all. I live locally and I am not planning to return; I wouldn’t want to waste more time and money. Very disappointed.

The food is eatable. The problem are the lines. BH has bottlenecks in thier method of serving. At 3:30 Sunday6/20/3021. See attached serving line picture. Notice the hole between ordering and paying. This is for veggies, desserts and such for the BBQ (which isn't particularly good). Most folks get hamburgers, plate dinners, or salads. Take Q from Chik-fil-La and improve your line serving. FYI, I left without buying anything, however, I was going to get chicken tenders.

Serving line staff is very unprofessional they laugh and whisper right in your face one guy on the line mistakes me for a man before even looking up from the line Sotheby’s short none l guy begins to laugh out loud where his coworkers on the other side of the line can hear and everyone begins to laugh and whisper as if I’m not standing in front of them the Olaf guy looking at the camera knows what happened the manager in all black and the no neck guy she whispers with just awful this hole line need to be trained on how to be professional on a serving line you should hire mature people for servers

In the time it took to get my order, I could have smoked my own brisket. Will not come back. They were so slow they forgot I had placed my order.

Ya upset me !’ Stingy !! I ordered at 15$ potatoes and no meat. Next time I know to specifically ask to pay 💰 for extra!! You Don’t care to satisfy customers. You know pearland residents have money so stop Being stingy!! Ya didn’t even load my potato up! Please be generous! Or tell me to pay for more.checking my order next time. Stop ya! Very disappointed with this restaurant. My family & I have came to this place for years and they always screw up our order. This time, they over cooked the burgers, the meat is tough and dry. A few months back they definitely burnt my burger (I don't even order burgers anymore) but my family decided to give it another shot. $9 for a over cooked burger (not including the meal) is not worth it. There's been MANY times when this restaurant forgot certain items of our order (missing a meal). Last year we ordered a party package & they forgot to include chicken and brisket for a $300 food order. Yes we did speak to the manager and get the missing items, after 45 minute wait. I swear no more good establishments in Pearland.

I went there around lunchtime after getting gas next door. I ordered fries to go, but when I tried eating them they tasted like being underdone in an air fryer. Oh well, a small price to pay learning not to eat there again.

Had a very rude encounter today with an alleged manager who refused to tell me his name when I inquired at the Pearland location. I asked another employee his name and learned his name is Victor. At any rate, I ordered 4 plates to go and a whole chicken for my family to celebrate Veterans Day weekend . My husband is a Veteran and served tirelessly in the military for many years. At any rate, I ordered my food and noticed that it was left sitting near the vegetables. I noticed several employees standing around behind the steam table not working, so I inquired if they would move my meals down to the register, to be bagged and I could pay for it and leave? The two female employees looked at me as if they didn’t understand my request and Victor appeared and stated in a curt tone that “his cashier would get my meal once he was finished with another guest!” I looked at the cashier and did not see anyone on the register and asked, “Where is your cashier?” So, Victor began bagging my food to go and walked my food to the register for check out when the mystery cashier appeared. My total was $96 and I asked for a military discount and showed him my husband’s VA I.D. card. Victor stated that he could not honor it because my husband would need to be in person to receive the discount. I told Victor that my husband was at the Chevron gas station in the parking lot getting gas and asked if I could FaceTime him. Victor, seeming extremely perturbed by my request, rudely stated, “I can not honor it unless he’s in the restaurant.” So, I called my husband on the phone and asked if he would come inside and he said he was in line to get gas and it would be awhile. So, I asked Victor if another Manager was there to make an exception, Victor was even more frustrated and rudely told me that “He is the Manager and he will not honor it.” Because he was extremely rude, I asked him his name. He asked me, “Why do you need to know my name?!” I told him because I asked and that he was being extremely rude and disrespectful. He refused to give me his name, so I asked the young man on the register his name who overheard the exchange and they also refused to tell me his name. I turned to the elderly lady on the register behind us who did not witness the conversation and she said his name is Victor. So, I hope the owners of Big Horn demote Victor because he is not Manager material and needs more training. If he is miserable at his job there is absolutely no reason to take it out on customers. These young kids have zero respect for their elders and I’m sick of corporations rewarding bad behavior and low performance. To the owners of Big Horn BBQ & Burgers, your management team at Pearland need additional training and coaching on emotional intelligence and respectful communication. The poor behavior and bad attitude that Victor exhibited towards me is unacceptable and bad for business. I will also report this incident to the General Manager Jose’ when he returns to work. Do better by your customers who patronize your business and hire qualified employees who want to work with positive attitudes. Lastly, please require employees to wear name tags so they are identifiable and disrespectful employees like “Victor” are easily identified.

Food was good, but not the brisket, just the chopped one was good w the bread and the sides. I am so picky w brisket, I don't like it dry and it has to have burnt ends not fat. But the chopped one made a mean sandwich dripping in bbq sauce 😋 Potato salad, passed Beans, passed Pickles, passed Sauce, passed Chicken, dry...no thanks I've been here b4 and it was delicious but it's gone downhill n my husband got sick with ECOLI after we ate there n had to be hospitalized so never again. Too bad.

Ordered a baked potato to get home and it's extremely dry no toppings. I called to inform spoke to Richard and basically got oo well. He didn't try to accommodate, or offer to replace. Poor customer service.

If u r lokin 4 a great experience wth great customer service gd food great atmosphere u hv found it. Whn it comes to gd cus svc it’s my pet pea. After all the market is so competitive so somthng has to stand out . It’s one of my favorite place to dine out

I ordered a NO BACON potato and when my order arrived (by DoorDash), it had bacon on it. I called the store immediately after receiving my order, only for the manager, Victor to tell me there was nothing he could do, even though they effed up the order!! Im so pissed off, I'll NEVER order from them again!

Picked up dinner on Thursday at the 288/South Fwy location. After waiting in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes, we checked to see if we had all of the food, we did and left. When we arrived home, the chicken tenders were overcooked, dark, hard, and crunchy. Burgers were overcooked and on the wrong bun, onions were not grilled, one burger had excessive amounts of mayo. We called the night manager, took him a bit to come on the line, he requested that we send him pictures of the food. We did. He asked if we could come back before 9 pm to bring the food back. We explained we were 20 minutes away and couldn't make it before 9 pm. He said he'd share the picks with the general manager who would call us the next morning. GM says sorry, you should have brought it back last night. We explained they would be closed before we could make it back that night. GM said we should have checked the food before we left the restaurant. He offered no apology and was rude and condescending. Message well received! If you're not prepared to do his mgmt. team's job for them and ensure his staff properly prepares your food. (Now I'm quality control) or make two trips to his "slow" food drive thru, Keep driving!! 2nd time this has happened. I'm done thanks

I had a terrible experience at your restaurant today and it is sad to say this isn't the first time. I constantly and consistently order from you all Pearland location because that is what my work crew likes. In the past week I have spent over $1000 with you all just to be treated so horribly by the store manager. It was 1/18/26 and my order number 52 was suppose to be ready at 2:30pm. When I arrived at 3pm my dinner was sitting on the counter waiting to be bagged. I ask the cashier who was steady taking other people's money of that was my order and her response was yes and all it needed to be was bagged. After waiting 5 more minutes I ask well who was suppose to bag it and she pointed to an African American woman with glasses who was putting bread pudding away. I am Black myself so it wasn't on anything racial and I asked her when was she going to bag my order? Her response was "don't do that, while putting up a finger and walking away, clearly I responded no you don't do it" she never came back to bag my order so I requested a refund. When the cashier took the ticket and walk to the back to go get your so called manager she came back and bagged my order all of a sudden. I could not understand why that wasn't done in the first place but this place is truly cares about making more money than taking care of the people who already ordered online and paid. I will never visit this place again for myself and will definitely try to steer my crew from even requesting food from this awfully ran location.

this establishment fills your order with fat unless you specify that you actually want the meat advertised. the managers act as if you are wrong for not wanting the scraps.

I'll come to bighorn over the years.A lot and they always have been consistent. But I ordered, I half a pound of brisket, and I got a half a pound of fat, very little meat to consume. First, they gave me lean when I asked for the point... then they gave me the the lean with fat on top. I had to tell him no I want the point. The next thing he gave me was all fat, very disappointed. Brisket is already expensive to get home to see that you have mostly fat and scraps. This is unacceptable. Take the guy off the cutting board. 10 /16 /25

It was so ahh💔 My mom dropped nacho cheese on her shirt and was able to peel it off without staining her clothes because it was so cold. Tacos didn’t have much flavor and the sauce made it even more ahh. 💔 My husband enjoyed his burger, though, and his fries were actually good. Overall rating: 87.6% Ahh💔
