Can’t recommend this BJs location enough! The food was amazing on its own, but the real star was our server Tyla. She really went above and beyond for our table! If you do stop by BJs I 100% recommend asking for her if you can.

I decided to go to Bjs after school today to eat the best wings in town, I had a great time and the best food and I will for sure be coming back plenty of times. Last week I had a wonderful visit to Bjs. The chips and salsa were an amazing app and the best part was our bartender Nessa. Her service and personality were spectacular. She was the best!

I’ve been to a few BJ’s before but this one is really nice! It had great food, very welcoming staff from the front door to our server Nessa. I will be very excited to dine again when I’m back in pearland.

I had a grilled chicken sandwich with Sriracha sauce with a gluten free bun, the coleslaw was sooo good (I am picky when it comes to coleslaw) the bread fell apart on me but was still tasty. My husband had the Tri-Tip Combo (meat was medium and was cooked to perfection) the rice pilaf was good, but the grilled chicken he had, said it was really dry. My stepdaughter had mini burgers and happy face fries (she loved the bread/bun/roll, she said it was tasty) My mom in law had Mediterranean chicken pita tacos with a seasonal salad, she says it was very fresh tasting, loved the seasonal salad more than the tacos but still great!!!

I had THE BEST EXPERIENCED today at BJ's. Mia Prince made my day. I told her it was my birthday,and she sung Happy birthday to me. She was so nice. Thank you. I've never had their food, but I'll be back that's for sure.

I typically visit BJ’s twice a month and order the same item. During my visit today, Bri suggested I try something different and recommended the tri-tip salad, which turned out to be an excellent choice. She was very friendly and also suggested an espresso martini which I really enjoyed. Will be coming back to see Bri again!

This was my first time here. Our waitress Veronica I.was sweet & gave great recommendations. I ordered the Chowder soup & Sante Fe salad (I forgot to take a pic of it) Also, for signing up for Rewards we were able to get a free Cookies & Cream Pizookie which was also recommended by Veronica I. I rarely get the inclination to leave a review for chains, but the staff here were really exceptional. I especially have to give a shout out to Darius, any time I even thought about needing anything, he was already there and ready to make sure I had what I wanted. If they’d turn the volume on the music down a single decibel, it’d be 5s across the board.

The food at BJ’s is always great, my Deep Dish Pizza and Pizookie were perfect as usual. But what truly made this visit exceptional was our server, Ashlyn. She was attentive, super funny, and genuinely kind, with perfect timing on everything from check-ins to refills. She made my daughter (who has Autism) happy and laughing! Her level of service is exactly what great hospitality should look like! I’ll be requesting Ashlyn every time I come back!

The staff is amazing The waiters and managers to go service people. There's always great foods deals going on each month to desserts amazing good variety of food to choose from Great for party just schedule appointments at least couple hours or 3 hours ahead so they can sit the tables up Even due private events before they open if you want the whole restaurant for like a breakfast meeting with your company. They also updated there TV and new furniture and an amazing bar setup all new. I can't wait till the monkey bread cookies comes out I beleive next month and the monkey bread

Our group lunch for 15 people at this location was such a pleasant experience. We started off with three best beginnings appetizer combo plates which had a good variety for each person to like something. My entree was the tri tip and shrimp scampi with sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus. I enjoyed every single item on my plate. Absolutely delicious! Our server was also attentive with a welcoming and friendly attitude.

I recently discovered I have a black pepper allergy. Eating out can be tough. I just usually prefer to stay at home almost. However, my family and I stopped at BJ's for lunch. I wanted to share how kind everyone was about my allergy. The manager came over and was kind and patient. He helped me figure out a meal I could have. It meant so much to me. No eye rolling or serving me something with black pepper anyway. My husband keeps talking about what a great experience it was as well. Thank y'all so much. Came for the food, stayed because Nessa refused to let us have a mediocre experience. Refills appeared instantly. i thought about needing something and she was already there. Concerning. Impressive. The food was great, but Nessa turnd a normal meal into a full experience. At this point I trust her with my order, my schedule, and possibly my future. I always enjoy this resturaunt but my experience last night at this location was amazing thanks to my server! I didn't get his name before I left, but I called and was told his name was Ashlyn(I hope that's right)... and I'm only giving props because of him! I spotted a guy's wallet on the ground next to me and he was kind enough to pick it up and return it. He was very attentive, remained friendly and entertaining the entire time and even ran after us to give my daughter back her headphones she left in the booth. Service alone 10/10!

Honestly the only time i’ve enjoyed coming here was when i was served by Leah. She’s so sweet, a really great listener and meets all of my needs. Even when an order came out wrong, she reassured me that she’ll fix it in no time. If you go to BJs, ask for Leah!! She’ll make sure you enjoy yourself.

Lovely experience and great food! My daughter and I decided to check the place out on Sunday, and we were thoroughly impressed! Our server, Sara was wonderful. We could see she was extremely busy as she ran around to at least 7 tables yet we never felt ignored. We asked her for recommendations and she patiently answered our questions without being rude or rushing us. That’s a standard I haven’t seen at a restaurant in a while. She also immediately communicated “I am a bit busy right now so feel free to flag me down if you need something” I don’t know about others, but I love when waitresses tell us they’re busy instead of giving us slow service with no explanation. Her service was not slow, she still managed to check on us despite all the other customers. She gave the same patience to the table next to us, and we all agreed to pool our money to tip her $50. I never am a huge tipper but she deserved it. BJs needs to keep this standard of service and please GIVE THIS GIRL A BREAK!! We will be returning and asking for her specifically.

I really like the burgers at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Every time I go there, I end up ordering a burger because they’re always good and filling. The patties are juicy, cooked well, and have a lot of flavor. You can tell they’re made fresh, and they don’t taste dry or plain. I also like that there are different burger options to choose from. Whether I want something classic or something with more toppings, there’s always a good choice. The buns are soft but don’t fall apart, and the toppings always taste fresh. The fries on the side make the meal even better. Overall, BJ’s is one of my favorite spots for burgers. It’s my go-to when I’m really hungry and want something that tastes great and actually fills me up.

Lolo was the most amazing server we’ve ever had! Even though she seemed a little sad when coming to our table, she had our entire family dying of laughter. Our server recommended a white peach boba Rita, and I’ll definitely be ordering it again next time. The food could be a little better, but the service and drinks were great. Definitely ask for Lolo when you go, I certainly will be!!!

I came here for dinner by myself at night 12/18/25. Faith was my server and was very professional, very knowledgeable in the menu selection and was very descriptive. Shes very patient and checked on me frequently and always made sure that my drink was filled up at all times without me asking. This is type of service that should be of standard, kind of like Chick-fil-A. Faith seems like the Kobe Bryant of the team. If I were BJ's, I would re-evaluate her position and make her the model/lead of quality service and expectation.

Me and my wife came here the other day for our anniversary. We first met at bj’s 20 years ago with a group of mutual friends and we have continued the tradition yearly. Over the years the food has changed, but the remaining constant has been the amazing service. We were so blessed to have Tyla as our server; she took such great care of us, constantly checking to see if we needed anything, and gave us some great conversation. She even helped me surprise my wife with an updated wedding ring. We typically don’t come to bj’s unless it’s our anniversary, but we are contemplating coming back just for Tyla’s amazing service. BJ's was a great place to go for dinner, and it was open late into the evenings. Everything they brought to the table was delicious. I would recommend it to anyone; they have a little bit of everything on the menu, so it's a great option for people who don't really know what they want and don't have a specific craving. This is the first one I've been to, but it seems like there are chains of these restaurants around. The server was attentive, and even though the food took a while to get there, he was still checking in to confirm everything was right. I ordered a burger with fried onions on it that was, I believe, some sort of barbecue burger. It was very delicious and a good portion size. It came with fries on the side. The french fries were not beer-battered, and that's the only recommendation I'd have to improve it. The other person I was with ordered a protein bowl, which looked absolutely delicious, and I would recommend getting that. This is also a local brewery, and they make their own beers. Each option and the tasters I had were great. We ended up going with two different IPAs.

Always have good service every time I go. The food is always tasty. I think my favorite is the mozzarella & tomato salad, it's very light & flavorful. Also the ahi poke is not bad too if you want just a light meal. I also recommend the tips with salad wedge.

I went to BJ’s today and had a great experience. The place looked amazing—honestly the nicest restaurant I’ve been to so far. Our server, Daisy, was awesome. She was super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of the whole time. The food was just as impressive. I had the ribeye and it was seasoned perfectly—full of flavor and cooked just right. My girlfriend loved her salad, and the dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, everything from the atmosphere to the service and food was on point. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was delicious! Our server was on point with the recommendations and keeping our drinks flowing. Very polite and personable. On a late Sunday morning / early afternoon the crowd was low but the service and food were excellent.

Updated to 4 stars because they gave us great service today at the take-out window. So we will probably order take-out from now on. We’ve had a good experience at this location in the past, so tonight was a let down. Our food (Chicken Parm and Beef Dip Sandwich) was just okay. The sandwich was too greasy, the au jus sauce was too salty, and the chicken parm lacked flavor. Our waitress disappeared so we weren’t able to order dessert. It was a good thing we didn’t want to-go boxes and that there was a QR code to pay on the table. It would be nice if pizzookies were removed from the tins they are cooked in before serving, because they always get stuck to the bottom and it is hard to get every last delicious bite out. (We didn’t have a pizzookie tonight, but I’ve noticed this on previous occasions.)

Food and drinks were great!! There was around a 20 minute wait after we were seated till we got our drinks in hand.. They were understaffed as two people were no shows as told to us by our waiter.. And there was a whole spilt milkshake that sat by someone’s table for 4-5 minutes. (1 less atmosphere) Is it worth the wait? Meh. If you like BJs and have nothing better to do (like me) I guess. Overall 4 stars!

Stopped by the Saturday of the Mother's Day weekend around 5 and the place was BUSY! The wait time was anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour but the staff was outstanding about the whole process and very courteous. While waiting you could order drinks from the bar so that's what we did. They're beer selection has a wide array of IPA, Stouts etc you name it they have it. We also tried their house margarita and it was fresh, tropical and very good! Our original wait time was 40 minutes but we got seated in about 25. We only ordered a few appetizers and they were delicious. We tried fried calamari, Spinach and artichoke dip. Definitely try them!!

The reason for 4 stars is because the food we ordered was delicious despite the issues that occurred. The main food took literally 1hr to get to our table while new customers after us got their food before we did. When the server took our order he never told us how we wanted our burger meat cooked and we received both medium rare when we always eat our meat well done. But of course we weren't going to return the food back to the kitchen due to what could happen. Despite this the server we had was attentive with refilling our drinks and kept telling us sorry for the wait. When another gentleman brought us the food he saw our shocked faces when he said medium rare for the burgers and told us he could fix it if we wanted it corrected. The fact that he offered made it better but we declined and chose to eat the burger as is. This was our first time ever eating at BJ's and I do hope to go again later in the future.

My wife and I had this delivered. It was good food! The ceaser salad had a lot of bitter core from the lettuce, but it was edible. The Hot Chicken Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries were great! Sal's Brewhouse Chicken was excellent! The Chicken Sauce and White Chedsar Potatoes were perfect with it! The asparagus could have been trimmed better because the ends were too stalky to eat. We will return and hope to dine in next time!

Was my first time coming; had to try the pizza that I've been seeing online. The pizza was good, and the service was quick. Ran into a nice young lady who helped me and my wife. She was very polite and sweet. Her name was Lyriq, I think. Definitely will come back to this location.

Well, I think it’s time to start including reviews for restaurants based off getting the door dash orders correctly. We ordered two plates of food, and mine was delivered without the garlic roll. No big deal? Probably. But restaurants are increasingly getting door dash orders wrong. When door dash was new at time of Covid, restaurants were spot on. Dying to get the sale. No longer it seems.

Enjoyed my dining experience only one critical thing. I ordered cinnamon rolls and a strawberry shortcake pizookie. Planned on eating it dining in but it was brought to-go. No big deal , but as I was eating the cinnamon roll, I almost ate a piece of plastic that the Icing could have possibly came out of. Pictures enclosed. Ruined my whole night. Just imagine if I would have digested that. Tried to come back in to speak to the manager but it was after midnight and I was not let back in . Hopefully someone can contact me about this. Thank you

We had a great afternoon talking and eating American food. The avocado spring rolls were ok. Maybe a bit more crunchier from the outside. Personally I don't like salads floating on dressing. So there were a bunch of those in the list of salads that weren't my taste. Two of the best dishes are: back ribs and filet mignon. You should try them. Also the beer and cider is pretty good 😊. The service was very busy and slow. We spent 15 min on a order of ice cream as dessert. The only thing I can say to the waiters is: please make sure to ask to the customers if anyone has problems with allergies. Just to be sure that later we will not have any problems. And if in case you notice it, please make a replacement. I would like to say also the distribution of the tables is just not wide enough. We were just too close to each other, so we almost can hear the conversation from other tables.

I’ve visited several BJ’s locations before, including the one in New York, and I’ve always been impressed with the food and drinks. Unfortunately, this location did not meet that standard. I ordered the fresh Atlantic salmon and a margarita flight. The salmon had a very strong, off smell and did not seem fresh, so I chose not to eat it. The drinks were also below expectations. The only positive part of my experience was our waitress—she was patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. Overall, this location needs to improve, especially when it comes to food quality and preparation. Please take the time to properly prepare meals. Thank you, and I hope to see improvement in the future.

This is horrible. 1st: I ordered blackened shrimp and this is what I got. 2nd: There is absolutely no seasoning. Not even salt. Just sauce, undercooked pasta and broccoli. Ugh. So disappointed right now.

I placed an order on Uber Eats and the food was undercooked so I called and spoke to a lady about it & they said they would go ahead and replace the meal. I show up and no one seems to know what I’m talking about & the manager gets involved. I then start explaining the situation and in front of EVERYONE he starts saying if it ever happens again to ask for a manger & I should’ve asked for a manger in a VERY passive aggressive manner. JEZZ Sorry for just wanting a new order because the food was GROSS. I never had an issue before & the food has always been great but someone needs to show the manager basic people skills.

I had a terrifying experience after dining at this BJ’s Restaurant. Immediately after eating my meal, I became extremely ill. Within minutes, I developed shortness of breath, dizziness, swelling in my lips and face, hives, tightness in my chest, and vomiting. My blood pressure dropped dangerously low and I actually passed out. 911 had to be called, and I was rushed to the emergency room. This was one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever had. I’m sharing this so the restaurant and others are aware, and so proper food safety measures can be reviewed. I hope management and health officials take this seriously so no one else has to go through what I did.

The bartenders Eyden and Josh were phenomenal. However, the cooks were the only reason why the stars were low. Our mozzarella sticks came out very cold at first and then the bartenders were able to help out with getting fresh ones. When ordering food, my partner and I both ordered loaded baked potato’s but one of us was given a loaded baked potato and the other was given loaded mashed potatoes “because they ran out of potatoes” at 8pm on a Saturday. The loaded baked potato was very cold and I was highly annoyed that this was the second dish that came out cold. I chose not to send it back due to the fear of a cook spitting in my food. I’ve never had this experience out of the years of coming here and truly saddened that this was a bad experience.

I’ve been a loyal BJ’s Rewards member for years and usually enjoy dining at this location, the food is always consistently good. This time, I ordered the pizza and it was excellent as usual. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere completely ruined the experience. Our server, Darnisha, repeatedly ignored our table and seemed far more focused on another employee than on serving her guests. My family and I couldn’t help but notice that she appeared to be openly picking on this other girl server that was serving tables near her throughout our meal. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to watch, not only did it make us feel neglected, but it also created a tense and unpleasant environment for everyone around. As someone who visits BJ’s often, I’ve come to expect much better. Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location and will take my business to a different BJ’s. I truly hope management or HR addresses this behavior, because the food deserves better representation than the service we received.

Avoid this place—terrible service and management Last night I had an absolutely awful experience here. I waited 45 minutes for my meal, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong order. By that time, my friend had finished eating an hour prior. The most disappointing part was the service. Both the waiter and the manager had a major attitude when I pointed out the mistakes. Despite the long wait and the messed-up order, they didn't even offer a complimentary drink or any gesture to make up for the delay. I ended up leaving without eating at all because the experience was so stressful. Truly terrible management and zero hospitality. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The food was more than amazing, cooked well and tasted delicious. The service, on the other hand, was terrible, by far the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. Darnisha was our waitress, my fiance asked her for ranch with the salad and it took her 15 mins to get it (she had already finished her salad). I had to ask her 4 times that my chili hadn't came out (it finally did 30 mins later right when we were about to leave). I had only had 1 drink and finally got a refill after I was done with my food (mind you I had finished it midway done with my food) and to top it all off my check was $125 for 2 people?? I asked her and she "accidentally" added another table to our check, luckily I caught on to it. It seemed like she was worried about her colleagues then us or other tables also. Tbh I didn't even leave a tip. You tip on performance not a % of the check total. But overall good food. Also dont normally leave reviews like this on Google but the service really was terrible

Have been coming here ever since I remember. I couldn’t even rate the restaurant because I never got a chance to eat the food. I was coming in from Houston after visiting a museum. Came in with my family of 4. There must have been 5 or 6 women at the front where the desk is. They all turned around and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we were there. I can understand if the restaurant was busy but the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. One of the girls faced my way and looked down at the desk and didn’t even look at me. Me and my family stood there for about 10 minutes. No acknowledgment. There was no “we will be right with you”. I’ve never expected such service like that in my life. It’s too bad that I won’t be coming here anymore. Me and my my family went down the road to another restaurant that did acknowledge us and took care of us as soon as they could. Terrible customer service on y’all’s part. Whoever is in charge should be ashamed of themselves. You need better employees.

I NEED THIS PLACE TO GO AWAY AND GET REPLACED WITH A CHEESECAKE FACTORY 🫶❤️ COME ON GUYS… THE TOWN CENTER /288 Side of PEARLAND absolutely SUCKS RESTAURANT WISE… all we have is sushi & 5 Mexican Restaurants , and BJ’s - has the biggest footprint and it ain’t it when it comes to a menu with variety. Plus their food is MEH 🫤 I mean WHO DOESN’T LIKE THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY’S MENU ❤️❤️🫶

This location is very convenient, and the food is pretty good. But on a recent visit, I can’t handle it anymore. We had 9 people, it took about 25 mins to wait and then seated. Our server Ebone was kind and cordial. Most of us got the $13 Pizookie Meal from the menu, but one person noticed a free Pizookie for Dine In on the app. Our waiter said to go back to the front counter and see, after returning we let the waiter know. Now here comes the manager, looks like an older Hispanic guy with a tie. The first words out his mouth is “ who had the online dine in order “ followed by “ if your doing that you should have told them when being seated, so cancel your order cause the FREE Pizookie was sent to someone else “ No apology and a voice tone of not caring one bit or having understanding. Fun fact, always an issue when it’s large group, and in our cause 9 young men who they assumed is not worth attention. Yes canceling the order got the promotion back, but the audacity to say cancel it and acknowledge the FREE pizookie was made, taken out and given to another customer is absolutely ridiculous. This goes more than a dessert, can’t even provide a solution or satisfy customers with thousands of Pizookies waiting in that kitchen. Rather drive 30 mins to Sugar Land to have better service and a manager who gives a life.
