Great taste of burgers. Also fries are great. It's good that we can also get some peanuts for free. Very kind people working there.

I haven't been to Five Guys in quite a long time because I no longer eat much meat, but when I went to Chipotle's next door, I couldn't eat there because the place is so filthy, I came to Five Guys to sit down. The nice cashier gave me a complimentary drink and I got some of their peanuts and enjoyed their ambience with the great country piped in music. Thank you.

Way too expensive for a little hamburger and a whole lot of fries. Also the burger wasn't freshly made. It was too cold to eat in.

Good food, but they way over season their fries. And the staff was nice but very loud especially the ladies hooting and hollering, shouting swear words and singing unnecessarily.

I am conflicted on how many stars to give: 1, 2 or 3. I decided on 3 because the restaurant was clean and most of the workers were nice. We ate there for the first time because I got a $10 GC for Christmas. We will never go back. I was shocked at the price for 2 of us to eat a single burger, regular size fries to share and 2 drinks was a little over $35. Even with the $10 GC it was too much! I honestly don't understand how they can still be in business. We were in Utah last month and ate at an In and Out for the first time and I think the burgers and fries are very comparable in size and taste, but for a fraction of the price. To top it all off, I found a small hair in my fries. Luckily, I can get over that most of the time, because it happens and I figured the hot grease will kill any thing harmful, so I just took it out and tried to forget about it! I will say that he restaurant looked clean.

I wouldn't come back here because this place does not has the proper conditions to eat. The tables are dirty, the bathroom had water in the floor and I almost fell. They do not sanitize the tables properly after people eat. I had to clean my own table because it was dirty, and I saw how they just threw the food to the floor when they cleaned other table. The manager needs to do something about it, I will feel embarrassed running a place like that. Is not attractive to do eyes, the smell is bad, its not clean, and the customer service could be better.

I just left here On Friday, November 21st. The service and atmosphere were OK but the fries tasted like someone dumped a jar of salt in my bag. If it was an accident, they should've just started over or gave me a different batch of fries. So many large lumps of salt flakes in the bottom of the container...So disappointing.

I received my burger with a lot of pickles and when i went to ask them to remake it, they said “what are you allergic to pickles or something?” and then they remade it and i found two hairs in it. Based in their attitude, I think they put the hairs in my burger on purpose. Mistakes happen but the service was terrible so it made the experience bad.

Sat 7/19/25 8 pm Food was delivered to my home by mistake. I called the store to let them know, when I asked for the supervisor, the guy said he was the supervisor. As I tried to explain the situation, he kept talking over me, when I asked him to let me talk, he said no and kept talking over me and hung up on me. I called back, the same guy answered, I asked his name and he hung up on me again! He needs to be fired, knows nothing about customer service. If I was the owner, I'd like to know how my employees are treating my customers and deal with them accordingly, before they start ruining my business.

I want to be nice but I have to be Honest! I love the music they play but I won’t go back. The burgers are not good at all. And I’m a burger person! A whopper taste wayyy better. Also you can’t order a combo everything is separate!! They do have a lot of workers but the food quality is GROSS!! Save ur money

Update refund was given. Forgot the double pattys. Called and the manager couldn’t give me direct answers on how to get a refund. Said I could go get another burger. Negative and waste gas when it should of been made correctly the first time. Went online and filed a complaint, again. There is no refund button the site Postierier or whatever you name is.
