Food is great , good price
We had a family get-together after my father’s funeral in San Fernando, California. Rafael Borunda, the food server, and the bartender were very respectful. The food was excellent, and the price was right.

It is a bit expensive, but service after 8pm is very good and it offers a nice ambiance. I would not recommend it to eat early between 12 and 6pm. Service is not as good and servers seem to be more interested in inflating your check than giving you what you want.
Applebee's in Chihuahua is an excellent place for lunch, dinner, or drinks. I am a non- Spanish-speaking American so it is nice to find friendly establishments like Applebee's. They are very helpful and tolerant even though we have a language barrier. They show American football games on Sunday on the multiple TV's. Food is good and very reasonably priced.
Nice place service not so good
Slightly different menu than the US but basically the same experience. Only downside is that it's always incredibly loud with being surrounded by sixteen TVs all on different channels cranked at full volume. Visit this place once a year during an annual trip and service is always good and food is as well
Took too long to prepare our food and it wasn't all great.
Food and service were good. It was some how hot inside, the AC was not working properly.
While the 99$ peso all you can eat wings seems very tempting, you cannot have more than 4 servings of the same. Many sauces to choose from, I liked the wings with the sauce separate. Ambience is good, comfortable and service is prompt with helpful staff.
Worst service ever! Empty place but no one working… (4 waitresses)
We waited almost an hour for our food when we went on Thursday. The server didn't seem very attentive. He also didn't bring my husband another soda when he asked for one. He did bring extra chicken for our kids fedachini alfredo. But, the portions are much smaller than in the USA. Also, this placed seem more concerned with presentation than food quality. At the time there were about 6 front end staff waiters and greeters. Perhaps more kitchen staff should be hired if it takes that long to cook food.
I will just go straight to the point. The food was terrible and the service was poor. Their nachos are as bad as a middle of the night 7/11 nachos. My grilled veggies were steamed-- not grilled. Never going back to this place.
It started wrong. My daughter usually gets the kids plate when she's not that hungry. Of course the Manager was being a jerk about it. And I'm passed because I had to order a bigger plate and for it not being good. Horrible horrible food. I ordered the arrachera fajitas. They had a horrible wood burnt taste to it. And I paid extra for 12oz of meat. And didn't get much. More onions and pimento. Not happy. Expensive and will not go back nor recommend.
This has got to be the worst Applebee’s I have every been to, terrible service food is served cold can’t get service no manger available. Avoid this place, Better off going to Wendey’s
Service is Great, friendly, fast, competent. Food is low quality and half-assed
