Visited this location today and ordered 2 plates. and a side of 3 rangoon. There was no wait at the drive-thru so that was good. Paid a total of 25 and change. The bigger plate was 3 items but I only got 2 I asked for honey walnut shrimp not string bean chicken and also asked for kung pao chicken and didn't get it. The rangoons were not even cooked. This is not the first time panda express screws up my drive thru order. They gotta train their employees so that they can get the paying customers' orders right that would deserve 5 star review. And you call to speak to the lead and they hang up and they don't answer the phone when you call the number on the receipt. Next time I'll go inside and make sure my order is accurate ok bye

I ordered my usual side and this time the flavors were very bland and off the rice was also off idk if they had a new cook but i couldn’t even eat my plate the only thing I was able to eat comfortably was the noodles. My husband also ordered his usual and he said all his food except his orange chicken was also bland and no flavors.

Went in this morning ordered through the drive through and the lady was really rude had an attitude while being asked a question. My husband asked her to go through the order just to make sure we got it right. Her name is flor s . Once we got home we realized one of the orders did not have rice and the orange chicken was recooked at only 9 in the morning. So most likely I got leftovers from yesterday. Bad experience, bad service will not come to the Perris location again.

The place is great but not the customer service. IT WAS AWFUL her name is ALLYSON she was not helpful at all and not patient. She was being very rude. :/

Today I ordered a plate and asked for double vegetables and double Orange Chicken, but in the vegetables I basically got two big pieces of cabbage and not much else. Paying for that is not worth it. Also, when I went to pay, the cashier started speaking to me in English and then immediately switched to Spanish just by looking at me, without me asking for help. I speak English perfectly fine and don’t need anyone to switch languages based on assumptions. Finally, when she asked if I wanted to donate and I said no, I could tell she seemed bothered by it. They should understand that those “donations” are actually tax write-offs for the company, not direct acts of charity. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel bad for choosing not to donate.

I had a pick up delivery and the items were wrong I called in and told I was going to be refunded my original order because I am allergic to shrimp. I came in and got immediate attitude and was just giving a portion of the item I was missing and told that was all I was going to receive and if I wanted anything else I had to pay for a new plate. I asked to speak with Kimberly and was told to leave the drive thru.

I ordered a bowl, chow mein and orange chicken. They only gave me that much chicken. I did order ahead and do pick up. So once I got home I noticed. I paid $10 for no meat all noodles!! That’s just horrible.

I got my food through the drive-thru. I am not sure if they are understaffed but it took awhile for them to give them my food. The cashier that helped me was nice. Nevertheless, the food was cold. I paid almost 15 bucks for a plate that had underwhelming small portions. And my white rice was overcooked. I will not be coming here again. It's not worth the money to spend here. It's better to just go to a Chinese restaurant that will actually give you decent portion sizes, and the food is hot.

I do not recommend this place to everyone who reads this post, the portions they serve are very small for the price you pay and if you ask for a little more they charge you for bad service

If I could I would give them 0 stars. There was a BUG in our plate under the broccoli. I spent $90 and the manager refused to give me a refund. Saying they aren't allowed to do refunds, I need to come back and talk to the GM. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The health department needs to pay them a visit asap.

Terrible management & understaffed. Only drive thru was open Sunday 7pm when I visited. Ordering inside the store was not allowed. I walked in to avoid 20 cars lined up in the drive thru. Said they were only doing Mobile orders, or drive thru. So I went to my car & downloaded the app, but the new Almond Chicken wasn't on the app. I go back inside, & the manager tells me to write Almond chicken on the app Notes section & she'd fix my order. Said I'd be waiting in my car since dine in wasn't available. Fast forward— I've been waiting 20 minutes in my car when I can't take it any longer and walk in. My order was sitting right next to the register for who knows how long. That's inexcusable. Dine in wasn't available as it is, so be on top of your mobile orders if you're going to be restricting dine in. (Not the employees faults) A sweet employee apologies when I tell her I'm discontent with my order having went cold now, she says she completely understood and would make me a fresh order. She comes out with my order & explains they've been understaffed, that's why dine in isn't available. She says she's felt like quiting since it's overwhelming. I sympathized with her, told her to breathe and just focus on what can be done, and also to mention to tell the manager to have better communication with how to handle online orders. This is just another corporate chain that does not want to offer better wages to attract employees. The result is the lines are wrapping around the parking lots and you have stressed out employees trying to do their best being overworked. I will GLADLY pay more for my meal if it means you're properly staffed and paying respectable wages.

I used to work at Panda Express and I remember in the training is said, "A serving is a heaping spoonful." What I got in my food was the smallest spoonfuls I have ever seen, there was chow mein and fried rice under them to make it seem like larger portions but they still skimped on my orange chicken and beef and broccoli. I was very disappointed. As soon as I saw my food, I went back into the drive-thru and asked to speak to a manager, I told them how I used to work at Panda Express and this isn't a proper portion size, she asked me to see the food, I showed her, and they proceeded to give me the same exact amount and the remade plate.
