I forgot to tell them to remove bacon from buffalo chicken pizza and realized that right before I start eating and came back to get another buffalo with no bacon, but the guy who works here gave me pizza for free. Awesome human being. I really like it. Good job guys

Had a very large order on a Friday night. Food was fresh, hot, they got everything right. My food was delivered with in an hour and driver was very polite. Making this my new Friday night pizza night spot.

the girl up Stephanie in the front who helped me with my order was so nice! She was super helpful and made sure my order was correct and in a timely manner! The whole staff just seems so nice! Love the pizza and the service!

First time ever buying this pizza. I don't eat pizza but bought it for the family. From my understanding the pizza was a hit. Everybody enjoyed it. Next time I have to buy pizza it's gonna be Papa John's!

Their were fraudulent transactions made to teamfanshop after using my debit card at this papa johns location. If you plan on using ur debit card or credit card, monitor your card for any suspicious activity.

I ordered 2 pizzas last night, I called about 50 minutes into waiting for my pizza and was told that it was for pick when we had ask for delivery, then they said it should be here any minute. It was here about 10 minutes later but it was cold. When I called to let the manger know what had happened she told me that we agreed to the 45 to 1 hr wait and that the pizza was here exactly 60 minutes from when we ordered it.. They did offer to make and another one but had to wait another hour, which was not an option. Then I spoke to a different manger and at the beginning seem a little more willing to help ever offered me a credit for my next purchase I told her I would like to return this pizza she put me on hold, spoke to the other man. and then become rude and unwilling to correct the problem with me.. I have called corporate office and made a complain.. I will never ever buy from this store again..

never had a problem with papa johns but last couple times it's been a bad experience. I think they need some training on cooking pizzas and cutting them properly. Also be prompt on estimated delivery time took them almost an hour to get my pizza delivered. I've been a consistent customer to say I completely gave up little caesars 5$ pizza to have more better tasting pizza thank you take it as constructive criticism papa johns thank you :)

It was pouring rain and the guy just knocked and walked away. Our boxes were all wet and one of our pizzas was burned. That pizza should have never left the store.

This is the worst Papa Johns. The customer service doesn’t exist. I place a order at 7:30pm the app tracking said will be ready between 14 to 24 minutes. I arrived at 8:10pm and they said that is going to take other 30 minutes.

They are so rude i asked for their specials and he only gave me two options? And I even ordered wings and didn’t bother asking me what flavors I wanted on the wings? And the times I ordered pizzas from this place they always get my order wrong?

The pizza I ordered was the stuffed crust. I ordered light sauce, but there was too much on it anyway. And the pizza wasn't baked all the way. I'm not happy about that at all. I won't be ordering from them anymore.

I used to not have a problem with the pizza but now they are really bad. My pizza came out mostly uncooked with the toppings at the bottom.

I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. Pizza was great but the salad was brown and wilted. I understand the salad is prepackaged but at least check the salad and make sure you would eat it. I called the restaurant and the told me that nothing could be done about it. The GM Jeff was very rude. I guess I will have to call and speak with the DM Sarah.

Delivered to the wrong address somehow?? Took over an hour and the place is 5 minutes away from my house. Had to call and ask for a refund so he started getting mad and frustrated and breathing all hard then before I even got it, he hung up on me. Would rate zero stars. Do not get your stuff delivered. They didn’t follow cooking instructions. Pizza was sitting out for a long time while they had me waiting for a paid online order.

I came to pick up my order and it was $43.76 and I was going to pay with a $50 dollar bill, and they wouldn't take it because the policy they don't take bills over $20, so I told them that they could keep the change because it was only like $6 or $7 and they still said they wouldn't take the $50 bill. So my question is ,If my order comes out to $50. Will they take the $50 bill.? Or do I have to literally have to go and get 2 $20s and 1 $10.? 🤔 I'm not mad, I just wouldn't like to have employees in my company that kill my businesss, because it might not seem a lot if I never come back to this store again. Served my family uncooked pizza and burnt wings, my son started throwing up. When I reached out to customer service they were extremely rude and used copy and paste answers to respond. Never eating at a Papa John's again.

Although the service was mediocre and the lady up front was kind, i got home and noticed one the yellow peppers was bitten into. The shop was empty and there was only one woman working so I could pinpoint exactly who it was. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. I cannot imagine what else they might do if they’re okay with giving customers bitten and eaten food.

Manager really never apologized once for the terrible service. Usually always order from here they're the only pizza delivery to deliver to mead valley but when they said I can't have a refund for a $30 pizza that was unacceptably tossed around. The manager said he couldn't compensate for my troubles and that all he could do was quality guarantee another if I still jad all the slices of the messed up one so I said it's all here they can take it and rudely hung up after.All I wanted was my money back so I could eat now or be compensated if I was forced to wait longer for my food.

He did absolutely nothing and did not care. I spent about $70 in food and I expect to get my moneys worth. Papa Johns is horrible now. One of my pizzas arrived with a long hair on top, I was instantly disgusted. I also asked for my pizzas well done and they were not, they were very soggy actually. I called to let them know but phone just rings and rings, no answer. First and last time ordering.

No staff, 2 lights on only., but yet online is says they’re open. The service here is unreliable and I’m sure their pizza is too. If u can go to the Papa John’s off Ramona Expressway in Moreno Valley, there Pizza is better quality and service is real and sincere.

They stated they were partnering with one of those delivery company’s. I called to place my order for free pizzas and the person that answered was about to take order when she stated I had to speak with the main store for my pizzas. When I mentioned I was ordering my free pizzas the girl at the main store stated they were ni longer taking orders because they were trying to catch up on other orders. If that was the case why was the other girl going to take my order for delivery. They wouldn’t send me my free pizzas which were free because they messed up my previous order. They are horrible.
