The pizza is good, workers there are friendly, but like Iris says they don't answer their phone,and that's something they should work on, oh and to answer their drive up window just a little bit faster

Got home didn’t have part of our order had to turn around and go back. When getting there they tried to charge for their mistake. Then get back opened pizza and they didn’t even cute it. Called back and they called me a liar about the pizza being sliced... Just make sure and check everything

Ordered 4 pizzas and 4 orders of wings online so they would be ready when we arrived in Perryton from traveling out of state to feed family meeting us on a time schedule. Never received the email confirmation, so I called to make sure there were no surprises. Rang 8-10 times before young man answered. Finally found the order, but was told they didn't have any chicken. Finally got the order 20 minutes late and no refund for the missing chicken. Was told that the manager would have to do that and she wouldn't be there until tomorrow. Had us sign our name and number so she could reach us. Waited two days, refund not credited, so called back and talked to manager Maritsa. Was told that she didn't know how to do it because it wasn't done the same day as the order. She would have to call her district manager to find out how. Still no refund. Maybe district manager hasn't received adequate training either. Seems like a lot to go through for mediocre pizza at best.
We have ordered pizza from here many times before tonight and have been very satisfied! Tonight it tasted as if it came from a different kitchen. The sauce had an off sweetness to it and the ground beef on the meat pizza had an odd taste and consistency; as if it had been in storage too long. We are 30 miles out of Perryton and decided to order two so we could freeze one. As stated previously, it has been exceptional, now we have one in the freezer that we certainly will not be looking forward to. It really doesn't surprise me as my opinion of any restaurant or fast food outlet is not good. If it starts out good, it deteriorates as time goes by. I certainly hope you can do something to improve the quality back to what it was when you opened this location. I have been a long time customer from when I lived in California. In the late '80s my favorite pizza was Little Caesars in Diamond Bar, CA. Please restore my faith in your product.😊

Her today as I post came in at 8:10 pm it is 8:30 pm and I haven’t gotten my food place kinda sucks. Also I do t know if Angie knows this but we can clearly see her not wearing gloves Edit: finally got my food at 8:40pm

I waited in line for about 20 minutes to be told that I would have to order online, which I did. Once inside, I was waited on by a young man who had no idea where my food was. He actually had to go outside to get another young man to help him. Meanwhile, a rather inebriated man argued with me about my order. I understand being overwhelmed at work, but a little more professionalism is needed at this location .
12/19 about 7:30 was told it’s gonna be an hour wait cause they are slammed with door dash orders, as I’m the only person standing inside this place and no cars in the drive thru
Had been craving little caesars for a while now. Finally went in tonight , they couldnt take my $100 , didnt know how to give me back exact change. Added on to my order &’ they said okay 7 minutes and its ready, went back 15 minutes later &’ it still wasnt ready. Then finally got home to enjoy my food &’ found 2 hairs in my pizza. Definitely never going back.
Bin here sentce 7:11 pm ordered 2 pep pizzas and a crazy bread was told it would be 20 minutes it is now 7:49pm and the customer behind me got his order before me had the same thing bad 😔😔 looks like you need better management
Of my two visits both orders were delayed as they were busy which is understandable. However they do not send updates as to your pizzas progress or send you a notification when it's finished as shown in the app, so you have no way of knowing without going in. On my second visit I had to call to the cashier four seperate times to get my entire order as they kept walking off despite everything being ready and in the warmer. The food itself ranges from about average to below average in my opinion although their crazy bread is quite good.
Placed an order online for 2 pizzas. Got there when they told me it would be ready. Went to open the door and it was locked. Called 8 times and they never picked up the phone. Drove around to the drive thru and nobody came to the window. Banged on the door for a solid 5 minutes and nobody came to the door, there was no note saying they were closed. Pulled back around to the drive thru behind 5 cars. Waited another 15 minutes, so now it's 30 minutes after my pizza was supposedly done. Got to the window and they tell me they are out of the pizza crusts I ordered and they didn't know when they would have more I stated I wanted a refund and it took all 3 of them an additional 10 minutes to figure out how to refund my money. I'm pretty sure they were in the back getting high. I will never ever ever give this sorry excuse for a business my money.
I ordered my pizza online for portal pickup. I walked to the door only to see a sign that the lobby is closed and to use the drive thru. Before using the drive thru I saw my name on the portal, so I was able to confirm that it was prepared. We drove through the drive thru and waited 8 minutes, only to be told that my one pizza order was "lost" somehow. So 10 minutes after it should have been able to pick up, they started "remaking" my lost order. Oh, and no one was wearing a mask or gloves or flowing any kind of distancing protocols. What a disappointment of an experience.

I placed my order at 6:21 and was told it would take 10-15 minutes to be ready, its 7:02 and its still not ready I asked to speak to the manager and they said shes not there that she would be there in 10-15 minutes
Nothing is on time for everything you have to wait 15 to 20min.The pizza that we got was very oily and soggy.even if you call it in or order ahead of time they will still tell you to wait 15 to 20min when you go pick it up.
