This location was near my hotel and I am forever grateful they were open on Thanksgiving day 2022!! The drive-thru line was long, but it moved quickly. The crew was clearly prepared for a Thanksgiving day rush. My grande hot macchiato was made to perfection!! The young lady at the window was an absolute delight! I hope everyone working received bonus pay! ⭐

I operate on caffeine, a lot of caffeine. I stopped at this Starbucks because it's semi close to 130. I drove through and the barista was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure that all my coffee and water needs were met. It was nice to have kindness after a long day.

The workers here are so friendly and communicative! Every time I come through drive-thru, this girl named Haley (sorry if I spelt it wrong) is always happy to talk to me and already knows my order! A few other workers named Hope and Anna are also great workers at Starbucks - they’re all always working with a great attitude and that’s why I enjoy going to this Starbucks!

They were out of the egg bites that I wanted, so I got the bacon ones. When we drove up to the window to get our food, the girl working the cash register informed us that she accidentally left the egg bites off, so they were on her. Then I over heard that they just sold all but one egg bite, so the employee offered to get a chocolate croissant to replace the missing egg bite. She was very sweet, and really wanted to make costumers happy, and my one egg bite, croissant and honey oat milk coffee were very good!

Amazing customer service, the staff are all so kind and I loved the food! I left a package there by mistake and called the store and spoke with a manager (manager "S") and she was so thoughtful and helpful in keeping it safe for me until I could come back. Would highly recommend making this your staple Starbucks as the employees here are just wonderful!

One of the best Starbucks I've ever been to—staff is always courteous, they make my orders super fast, and the drinks are perfect every time. I'm always impressed to come in about 7 minutes after placing my mobile order, seeing a long line and a full drive thru, and they still have my order ready to pickup. Awesome work!!

The night shift is awesome! They get 5 stars! We go to the night crew for drinks they already know what we want and start making the drinks. The atmosphere is very friendly and personal. The day shift on the other hand needs work. They get no stars from me. Not friendly or personal at all always having to get my drink remade because its bittner. They talk about customers. Not good for business!

This location has improved significantly. When my wife and I first moved to Pflugerville we did not like several things about this location and decided to make the Hutto Starbucks are preferred spot. After having recently tried this location again we noticed how things have changed for the best. Now we have two great locations to choose from depending on where our day is taking us. What I think personally stands out here is their wonderful system for placing orders on an alphabetically labeled counter. Picking up to-go orders is never complicated due to this system and the stay there now are a pleasure.

I never write reviews, but for the past year that i’ve been going to this location on nearly a daily basis, i have never had a bad experience. every single employee here is absolutely amazing. i love being able to start my day with them, or even end my day with them. genuinely the sweetest people on earth, even going the extra step to greet me by name when i walk in. perfection every time. ❤️❤️❤️

There’s a man who works the drive thru early morning, Jonathan, who is extremely rude. This Starbucks is a hit or miss on getting drinks out quickly and accurately. UPDATE (3/5/2025): Editing my review as I no longer experience the concerns I mentioned with Jonathan. Team is very cordial and friendly. I’ve also had a way better experience going into the establishment than drive thru.

Stopped in for a treat before some chores earlier. I mentioned to Beatriz that I was wanting to try a new drink combo I had read about online. She mentioned a drink she had made up and I decided to give it a try- it was soooo good! I’ve never drank my coffee so fast! She was also incredibly knowledgeable about different types of espresso and went through options with us. I really appreciate the time she took :)

I stopped by this Starbucks location yesterday to grab a coffee and get the Holiday Red Cup. They mentioned it was the busiest day of the year, and it definitely showed with the large crowd. However, the staff was in great spirits, working efficiently and keeping the atmosphere positive. Despite the rush, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my coffee. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience even on such a busy day!

Make sure an order ahead, the Starbucks is always busy but our drinks are always ready if we order ahead in a timely manner. Also, don't park close to the store when you go. You might get snarled in traffic. Try one of the surrounding parking lots and go inside to pick up your drink.

Shout out to all the girls and staff that work the morning shift at this location. For 2 years I have been getting the exact same drink- a matcha tea latte iced with oat milk Light Ice- and they are consistent with it, always good. They are also very friendly and tell me good morning each time that I go in this will be my last week of work near them and I will miss those ladies. Thanks for hiring a great morning team

The coffee here is always spot on. A lot of Starbucks have issues getting their drinks correct consistently and this is one of the few that do it right every time. I've never had to bring a drink back and I really appreciate that. Definitely will be back.

I just wanted to let the manager know that Donavan has a really great attitude very respectful, hands down. Also a very nice person. I’ve been to many Starbucks and have dealt with a lot of younger people and they all had attitudes. He was amazing very knowledgeable, young man. I will most definitely be back to this location because they made my drink just the way I love it. I really hope to see this young man move up the ladder one day he most definitely has the attitude for it, because again you don’t find a lot of young people that’s good with communication and have an outstanding attitude like he did.

Chelsea was an amazing start to my day. Just dropped off my car for will unexpectedly before the day due to tires being replaced and me having no appointment prior to. So I was a bit bummed out ☹️ I had already had a cbd tea but didn’t want to wait at discount tires. So I strolled over to this Starbucks. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very fast too! Best Starbucks ever!!! They are the fastest Starbucks I've ever been too. I've been to over 100 in the US, across 12 atates and this is the one in my area and my drink is always ready when I pull up and the drive thru is super fast.

I’ve been off and on going to this Starbucks for many years. Drive thru is my go to even if the line is long, they always have it rocking and moving based on the customers of course. So if you are that person who goes through the drive thru ordering for more than three people, take that inside. That’s from 98% of us who are trying to get moving. Now for the best part, the staff are always kind regardless of how busy they are. And never miss a beat with keeping it fun! 🤩 Last week for my bday which they had no idea, they drew a fun design on the cup. Today a funny saying! Thanks yall for being so awesome, small little things like what my photos show, do make a difference for some of us. Especially those of us who deal with the non sense of others on a daily basis. Keep doing what yall do and from the bottom of my heart, thank you so so much 🥰

Pflugerville location by Walmart. Is there any way you can fly the American Flag? I think that represents more people than the Trans flag that was recently put on display when you walk in. I am not trying to get political and I love all the employees there; really awesome staff! The Trans flag just isn't something most people want to see as they are walking in. American Flag is representative of all.

Comfortable and nice. It was pretty clean and the barrista got the order perfect. It was quiet without any music but at least it was not too noisy. The shop was relatively empty so it was comfy inside. The drive through was pretty busy. The bathroom was at the point where it needed to be cleaned. Overall a decent Starbucks to go to.

At the local level it's a nice Starbucks. The employees are nice and keep the lines moving. It's clean both inside and out. Only 4 stars because it's too expensive for a cup of coffee and they drag their idiotic political views into their business model. I will say the lemon cake is the best part of the experience. Nice place clean. They have one lady working there Makayla lovely sweetheart of a woman that needs a serious raise. She was one hell of a worker place was packed when I came in and she's making the drinks by herself with 4 other girls working a register or standing with there hands in their hips.

Everything was fine, but the drive thru employee, although friendly, should have acknowledged my driving up and not ignored me to do something else. I'm not sure what it was, but a simple, I'll be with you in just a moment, wouldn't have me sticking out my card, like a handshake and having to pull it back, after 20 to 30 seconds.

🌟 Great Coffee & Friendly Staff, But Property Issue Nearby I stopped by this Starbucks location on E Pflugerville Parkway and had a really solid experience with the drinks and service. My latte was made to perfection—perfect temperature, great flavor balance, exactly what I was hoping for. The baristas here are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always makes a visit more enjoyable. Service has been consistently good overall. Like any busy drive-thru or food spot, some days are smoother than others (staffing, rush hours, etc.), but that’s pretty standard everywhere and hasn’t been a big issue for me. I parked in one of the spots facing the parkway to enjoy my drink and a bite. Unfortunately, there’s a long-term homeless encampment set up in the buffer zone right in front of the parking area (between the lot and the road). The individual there was chain-smoking heavily, and the smoke was strong enough to smell inside my car with the windows up. From what I’ve learned (including local discussions), this person has been there for about two years, Starbucks owns that property, and there’s a YouTube channel where he posts complaints and rants about various things, including rejecting smaller donations. It feels like a safety concern—being that close to traffic, any accident or incident could be risky, and it raises questions about liability since no apparent action has been taken to address the encampment. The coffee and staff are top-notch and worth the stop, but the ongoing situation outside does detract from the overall vibe when parking and relaxing there. Hopefully, it’s something that gets resolved soon for everyone’s safety and comfort.

Usually I'll rate 5 stars because I absolutely love Starbucks. That being said, today's visit was not great at the Starbucks we usually order from. Like I do previous times before, ordered ahead on the mobile app. Got there, only to wait about 17 minutes before anyone asked me what I was waiting for and my drinks had been sitting by the drive thru window that whole time.

Not always a big fan of Starbucks to begin with. This location is Ok. Nothing great, but nothing bad. Just like all Starbucks, this one too it's easily forgettable. However, the staff is extremely nice, but the last couple of times I went here, my order was not prepared correctly. I do realize they the store can be busy, but when when my order is wrong 2 times in a row (and I don't even go very often) then there is definite sings of training problems since consistency is lacking.

It wasn't the normal crew and you could tell as they were struggling to keep up with the 3-5 orders they had at 5:10 am. Their normal crew works much better together! I did wait almost 20 minutes for my drink and cold pastry(that is how I asked my pastry to be) but the drink was still not put in my personal cup and I had to remind them about the pastry. Maybe they need to start shifts at 4 am so they can get everything together before they open so when they open they are not so disorganized. 🤷 I will keep going back since coffee makes me happy!

The food is a hit-or-miss. It is not the employee's fault. It's just how the food is delivered to them. The atmosphere is okay, but the whole store needs to be cleaned. The service is good depending on they're busy or not.But that's everywhere.

The man sitting under the tree outside your store is very rude. I parked my vehicle in the parking space near where he was sitting under a tree to get my take out. As I was walking away from my vehicle, I used my key button to lock my vehicle. The vehicles horn tweets when it locks. The horn must have upset him because he began to start cursing me out and yelling the N word at me. Please ask him to control himself because one day, someone might not be as patient as I am. Besides, its not good for your business to have crazy people yelling at people patronizing your store. Thank you

I stop by starbucks at least one a day or so and always being able to feel good and welcome except this one. Not my first time here but today is the worst. My cashier have a freaking attitude when I tried to order and when I told her I need to reload to my app and she said. "You need to tell me before order. Now you need to pay this order first before I can reload". I was like, what?.. I told her never happen to me before and I did that all the time. She said well, no one told you but that how it suppose to be. So she make me pay cash for my order before she can reload. I told her forget it. I won't reload with her. She like, ok, fine. What the freaking customer service is that. If she doesn't like to deal with people, she shouldn't work at the register and if she have a bad day and decide to be rude, maybe she needs to stay home.

I went in to pick up two orders and the girl did not seem happy and she seemed to snatched the bags up rudely & sat them on the counter, as if throwing them towards me. She dropped a drink in the process, instant karma if you ask me! She also didn't speak or say thank you or anything. If you don't want to work in customer service or whatever your problem is..just don't! Most ppl are taught to not bring emotions, personal issues, or stress to the work place especially in customer service. I see I'm not the only one who has face rudeness at this location... do better especially it being Starbucks! It's a starbucks. Nice people, but same as every other starbucks. You overpay for sugary coffee because it seemed like a good idea, only to realize it tasted better in your mind. It will be the same the next time, too. Be nice to the baristas, they're nice to you.

This morning I stopped by this location, ordered in the drive thru, not one thank you. I said thank you and she closed the window without saying thank you. As usual 😒 the customer service is poor. I stopped coming to this location last year for the same reason, but thought I would give it a try this morning. I actually drive to a location a few miles away because their customers service is so much better.

I did not have the greatest experience at this location. I ordered two coffees through the drive thru. I had meant to order one of the coffee's soy due to being lactose intolerant, realizing my mistake immediately getting to window told the young woman at the window and was told that my drink was already being made then had the card reader put in front of me. I then sat waiting for a drink that was suppose have already been made being made. I figured I was the one who made the mistake so I should just pay for it. I reluctantly paid and left. I feel as if I was force to buy something that I couldn't drink.

This is a 3.5 star Starbucks at best. Pflugerville needs to raise its standards. Super tiny cafe and rushed staff makes mistakes and unpleasant interactions frequent. I’d recommend visiting one of the many actual coffee drive thru kiosks in town which is what this store is masquerading as. You’ll find more friendly faces and a better product in general.

I’m not sure why this location has been bad for years. I order the same thing across the country and this location can’t make it right. The drink in question? Frappuccino, caramel flavored. Nothing special, no mods. After renovating the location, they made the lobby more cramped and uncomfortable

Horrible energy. Took 25 minutes to get me my drink. I had placed it online and there was people in the store walking in, ordering, and getting their four drinks before me. Asked to get refunded after 25 minutes and they said they couldn’t give me back the stars used. Had me get the drink instead of giving me my money back. Left very unhappy, I hope I can have a good experience elsewhere giving it’s a huge chain.

Spent 25 minutes waiting for 2 coffees. After watching people come in after me, leave with their coffee, I finally asked about my order. Was told that there was an issue with the sticker machine and they didn't have my order. They quickly made us awful tasting drinks, not sure they made them correctly. We would have had better luck going through the drive thru. We we're hardly offered a sorry for the confusion..

Very disappointed! Ordered at 6:03 pm in drive thru, sat at the window for over 5 minutes watching 3 workers chatting away. Slowly making orders. Meanwhile, the drive-thru was busy, and I finally got both drinks at 6:15 pm. They had plenty of workers!

The staff at the round rock location need to train everyone within a 30 mile radius. They are amazing there. Waited 15 min for 1 loaf that they said can't be warmed up. A lot of sad or grumpy faces here, not personable and quite awkward when I asked for it to be warmed and was denied because of the potential of it melting and then she trailed and didn't finish her sentence and continued on with making another drink and I guess I was supposed to just walk away after that interaction.

the are always SLOW here ; even if its busy or not busy. They dont have basic knowledge of customer service. They might need to hire better staff with basic customer service or get better at what they do. The location on AW Grimes by 7/11 is way better

Drive through lady was extremely rude. They had their app open to ordering ahead for pickup but when I arrived their doors were locked and I had to go through the long line to obtain my drink. When I told the lady at the window they should close their order ahead option in the app if their location couldn’t accomodate that (I was now going to be late to work due to sitting in the line); her response to me was, “maybe you should manage your time better”. I’m sorry, what!? I managed my time based on the impression I would be able to grab my drink and go like I should have been able to do. Absolutely rude, ridiculous and I will never go back to that Starbucks!

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the appalling service I received at the Starbucks in Pflugerville. This location is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. After ordering my drink, I was told it would take 20 minutes. I ended up waiting an entire hour with no drink in sight. When I politely asked about my order, the staff rudely dismissed me and told me to wait another 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. The staff’s attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of making my drink, they refunded my order and refused to fulfill it. This kind of service is beyond ridiculous and reflects poorly on Starbucks. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to step up. Hire more competent staff and ensure they understand basic customer service. Waiting over an hour for a drink is unacceptable, and being treated rudely on top of that is infuriating. Get it together, Starbucks. This location is a disgrace.

I go to this location quite frequently. Today at 12 noon the girl at the window was so rude . I asked to see the manager who acted like she could care less what I said. She covered for the girl and wasnt even a part of what the issue was. She didn't see the sighs, facial expressions etc.I told her I would contact the general manager and she said nothing...No I'm sorry for this or a word!!!! Going to put in a formal complaint with 'Alvero'..who she said is the general manager!!!!!And this on my birthday of all days!!! She needs to learn customer service.

The employees at this location are so rude. I ordered six drinks (mainly tea) and had them in my own drink carrier and asked for stickers. They kept insisting I had to use the stoppers but those don’t fit yea kid cups. They would not give me stickers unless I worked for DoorDash or Uber. I’m obviously delivering drinks, so I don’t understand what the big deal was. Literally three people told me no and when I said how ridiculous this was and that the stoppers don’t fit. The manager rolled her eyes and said well give them to you. I would like to be able to deliver these drinks to a medical office without them being spilled all over my car so this logic was ridiculous to me after ordering so many drinks and food. When all this was happening the last drink that was being made wasn’t even put in the drink carrier, nor were the straws. I had tipped them also at the beginning. wish I could’ve taken back. For the record. I order drinks 5 days a week for medical offices and I get stickers and every other location. This was dumb.

Ordered my drink 15 minutes ahead via mobile order, and when I arrived at the store, they hadn’t even begun making it. Had to wait another 10 minutes at the store for my drink. I’d have understood if it was busy, but no one was ordering inside and only 3 cars at the drive thru. Not sure why it took 25 minutes to make a caramel macchiato. When it was finally made, the drink tasted nothing like what it should have. Wasted 8 dollars for nothing. I’d recommend a different Starbucks.

Placed an online pickup to-go order this morning and the service was horrible. our online to-go order was just placed on the counter with no indication it was ready and our items were not even together- one coffee was with our egg bites and our 2nd coffee was on the complete other side of the counter. the x2 coffee orders did not even have covers on the cups or in a drink carrier (had to ask for covers and carrier and guy working counter acted put out), and they didn't even place any of our breakfast items in a bag- we had to ask for a to-go bag. You seriously need to get better employees or management because it's the worse service from a Starbucks we have ever had. Soooo happy i live close to a Black Rock and Dutch Brothers- their customer service and coffee is 10000% time better. Reluctantly settled for Starbucks today since it's close to my work and was reminded again why i HATE going here.

Had a mobile pick-up order - was in a hurry and I failed to double check everything. Ordered a Bacon Gouda sandwich and received the attached photo. Called, only resolution was to drive back to the location (which was 20 mins away) to get a replacement or refund. Drove back (totalling another 40mins) and they said they were out of the Bacon Gouda sandwiches lol.

I ve been in this location before today Sunday so bad experience , they took forever to make my dring ready almost 20 minutes and the girls behind the counter so loud joking around and after I get the drink the girl she made it so rude and make the drink so bad make me refunded and iam notnthe first one another guy in front of me get refund and left, updat, this store like now every other Sunday when we come they closed to the weather conditions , the customers get mad

Extremely slow service. Order ahead at least 30min to get your drink. Line always wrapped around building blocking off most the parking.

EXTREMELY SLOW. AWFUL. I Ordered the biggest size drink it was watery they thought they were slick putting whipped cream at the bottom of the cup so they can give me a little bit of the drink. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru for that bs

Worst freaking place. I place my order at many starbucks but this one took them 5+ minus for my order and he keep said I suggested for you to order this... and that... no, I just want my order, not whatever you want to sell. How hard it is to have triple shot expresso with 3 pump of white mocha over ice? He have to call like 2 other people over to even be able to take the order and my drink still came out wrong. No one care to address the issue and their attitude there were unacceptable. Never come back.

We went there twice today. Once in the morning and another in the evening. This morning, my cold drink was given to me hot. I didn’t say anything because I was in a rush and didn’t mind it. In the evening, my hot drink was cold. Are they not reading orders there or something? We also bought some coffee and asked for it to be ground but received whole coffee. This place is awful.

Since last 3 months I am coming to this location every morning even some of the employees know my name I take medium hot coffee ☕ 3 sugar & cream but unfortunately there are 2 employees 1 white Oldman and the other short Mexican girl they don't how to do talk I come spend money not taking anything for free the administration need to talk to them for there bad customer service and stupid attitude. I placed a mobile order for two drinks down the street before arriving as I just like using the app to make getting my order correct easier. I arrive in the drive thru being the only car even in the drive thru for a male to start taking my order I say I have a mobile order with my name and a female worker (bell I was told) over talked the male worker telling me how many minute and exact seconds I had just placed my order her exact words were “your order was barley placed 2 minute and 12 seconds ago you’re going to have to wait for your drinks heavy modifications” …. as If I expected my drinks to instantly be magically ready. What difference would it have made if I ordered it in the drive thru ? You are still going to have to make my drinks regardless the attitude bell gave me was completely uncalled for, her interaction was completely unnecessary as she didn’t even give me my order at the window the male worker did I initially talked to.

I ordered pink drink with light ice and the barista that was making my drink literally put water right in front of my eyes and my drink taste like straight water. I go to Starbucks at last 4 times a week and this is the worst drink I have ever gotten. That is not right at all I paid for my drink I shouldn’t feel scammed. Y’all need to do better.
