Very, very good NY style pan pizza (small is huge for European standards!). The Buffalo Wild Wings were also amazing. Very good service too. We’ll defiantly come back when we are in Buffalo.

Ordered to the office for lunch and was fairly impressed with their Royal. The Italian sausage patties were thick and there was a generous amount of gabagool. The bread was great and tasted really fresh. My coworker had the meatball sub and really enjoyed it. I’ve never had their pizza but I haven’t heard great things about it, but I’ll have to try it for myself before I say anything definitive. Overall would recommend. 4.3/5 -BJ

This was absolutely delicious. Hidden Gem. I came to Buffalo for literally 24hrs. I was in the mood for Italian and this place was around the corner from my hotel. I was feeling lasagna (they didn't have it) but the Chicken Parmasian was my next option. THE BEST! The marinara has a sweetness to it along with the seasonings. Did not disappoint. Ms. Priscilla was the nicest and very attentive as well. Would definitely recommend!

Very tasty! Outstanding dough. This place has come along way, a beautiful outside patio, plenty of dining area, great draft and wine selection and amazing food!

This was supposed to be extra cheese and pepperoni.. and I drove all the way from niagara falls... smdh for $125 nope. Not again. Very let down.

Ordered the deep dish with garlic crust, I was expecting a flavorful buttery garlic crust but instead it was very dry and bland. I couldn't detect any garlic flavoring at all, and the crust didn't have a good flavor. Just a very thick doughy pizza. The sauce had a good flavor, it wasn't sweet at all.. way way overpriced, a small pizza cost over $30 with two toppings!! The toppings were over $3 a piece! Would not order this pizza again. Jets is much better and more flavorful, and more reasonably priced.

Ordered pizza,simple cheese meatball,there dough is way way thin now like sheeted dough, they used to have the nice thick crust, their sauce had no taste, and I asked for well done. And the bottom was white...SAD,!!

I have on and off been a customer of Casa for 30 years and today was the worst experience I have had with them. I ordered a pizza at 2:15pm (Half Pepperoni/Half Mushroom) and they said it would be 25 min. I was on the 5 mins away went to the store down the street for at the most 10 mins and came to pick up the pie. I peeked at the pie and the mushroom side looked fine. The pie wasn't hot but I didn't consider why. The why was it was an old pie made of two separate halves and but together. Looking at the photos, you can tell by the cheese that this is comprised of two separate pies possible from the lunch service. It wasn't even luke warm and they pulled the pie from the warmer when I arrived. Why would it be in the warmer if I just ordered the pizza 15 mins ago? The fact that it was luke warm had me at a lost. In the past (even when they were on Elmwood) they were one of the best shops in town. I know places now days love to take short cuts including their competition but why do this when all you have to do is "Do the Right Thing". When on Elmwood they had a dynamite display of pies during lunch and throughout the afternoon and now it feels like they just simply do not care as much as they did. I've paid above average prices when I sat in and you know what... I didn't mind as long as the food was good and the expeerience was nice. Look at the photos along side this review and tell me these came from ONE pie and not two. The pizza was tough and I am speaking on the half of an elderly woman I care for. I know they can do better but the question is will they? The moment you look under a pie and it's blackened it one of two things. Either a dirty oven OR they warmed that pie (pies? slices?) a second time.

My family a party of 6 was just turned away at 5pm. The place had one table sitting eating. The eyes on us and the looks from the staff was evident they didn’t want to seat us as we walked through to the dinning room. I haven’t dined in cases di pizza since the last location on elmwood but as long as I can remember this establishment has been a staple to me of what a dining experience should be. Always had friendly staff and great food. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant in my life. Clearly this isn’t the same establishment I grew up with and it’s a shame I wont be passing on the same experience my parents passed to me there

Pre ordered 3 pizzas and 30 tenders online at 8am before they opened. I used their recommended app “Slice”. My order was set to pick up at 2:55pm. At 2:08 they cancelled my order. No phone call or nothing just an email letting me know. I had to feed 15 people by 3pm so you can imagine the panic I was in. I ordered online so early because I was not going to have access to my phone until 2:45. Absolutely ridiculous. Will avoid this place
