The cakes and desserts are truly delicious! They also have a wide variety of products for sale, including cakes, biscuits, candies, and more. They also have a wide variety of infusions, teas, and various types of coffee. It's a bit of a shame about the service: we sat outside at the only table that didn't have a sign saying "We don't offer table service." While we waited, the guy running the bar had gone out for a cigarette and didn't say anything to us. Seeing this and the fact that he wasn't approaching us, I started looking around at the other tables and saw the sign... he could have deigned to tell us we had to order inside... oh well... we went inside to order, and not a smile, not a word of kindness... I understand that being alone serving at a bar in the afternoon when a lot of people come in is no fun, but by sulking like that, you're also dampening the interest of your customers. I got the iced match latte and it wasn't great for €5... milk and ice with a green powder just to make it look like matcha but there was no tea or honey flavor, maybe the proportions should be changed... if I had wanted a big glass of cold milk I would have gotten the cold milk....

The cakes are delicious, and the cappuccino was also good, but the prices are a bit high. You have to pick up your order yourself, and unfortunately, the tables weren’t very clean. We were a group of four and had to arrange the chairs ourselves just to sit together. Although the café officially closes at 19:30, the staff started clearing everything—including sugar and ashtrays—around 18:45, which made us feel unwelcome and pressured to leave early. I visited this place twice and had a similar experience both times.

I love this chain of torterias in Turin. It was the last one I hadn't visited before. And I was curious how it was. Let's start with pros. 1) The bounty cake I took was amazing. 2) The tea was good. It was samurai Japanese green tea with cinnamon. 3) The ambience is amazing, an ancient well-maintained space (you can see in the pix) Cons in comparison with other places of the same chain of torterias: 1) they didn't have table service, you have to pay immediately after the order and carry everything to the table. It's fine because it was the same in another place in the downtown. But they had a crowd there. And here there were two people besides me. 2) they didn't have my favorite langarola cake 3) no tea menu (they have around 40 types of tea) and the girl just read several green teas contents speaking as fast as she could not withstanding the fact that I visibly was not very fluent in Italian. 4) the service. The girl was not sorry for all the inconveniences. she told something about summer, produced a lot of noise while washing up (much louder than the music) and she met entering people with the phrase "we are closing in 50 minutes" (they immediately went away after such greetings) 5) and the worst thing was a lot of plastic and paper. They gave me the tea in the paper cup (not in the normal teapot) and it was in a tea bag, it became cold in a minute, paper plate, plastic fork, no knife at all (imagine me eating short crust pastry without a knife with a plastic fork). Besides it didn't cost 3 euro, it was 9 euro for a cup of tea and a piece of cake. Overall experience is very bad. I can cook everything at home but I come to such places to improve my mood, to relax, otherwise I'd go to the nearest bar for the noise and the rest, and I'll pay 2 euro. Never again. Don't recommend, there are much better places of the same chain

The name were very attractive and decided to try their torta ( cake) not very happy . There were not fresh at least it was mine not fresh. The bottom part was difficult to break apart even my fork get broken😅. I ordered cake with pistachio and coffee. The barman was nice guy. But service wasn’t great. Also there were not written the price for cakes. I paid for coffee and small cake €5.

I've been coming to this place for years, but I have to say I was disappointed this time. This slice of cheesecake was half the size of the plate and even smaller than the fork. I even put the bottom of the bottle on it to show that it's even smaller than that. The price was €6. I don't know if the person serving me made it small or something, but I'm sure it was more than double the size every time I tried it. It's good, no complaints, but the portion is ridiculous.

The cakes are definitely not fresh,it felt like it was frozen because the cheesecake was kinda icy in a way, chocolate cake was soo dry. Drinks are okay probably bc it was the only thing that freshly made
